Scam Alert!๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿšซ.I went here with my 15k mobile. The display was broken n they said I have to submit my mobile n they will call me nxt morning, with my password given I left paying 2k in advance of total 5k screen damage, then next day they didnt call till 3pm, I had to call them which they didnt pick so I called customer care n then I had to call again after an hour, they picked nreplied I had to pay total *16k to17k* amount as motherboard is damaged too, so I refused n had to pay 200 rs for checking even my phone was under warranty. Later I went to local store n guess what, nothing was damaged other than the screen n got it replaced with another original display for just 4.5k.

Had to come 3 days in a row for phone problem .. but finally got assistance from Mr. Javed. He is the best and most professional well trained and knowledgeable person there. He is also polite and respectful person.. could have given a bad rating but he saved the whole experience with all the humbleness and professionalism.

I had gone today to get my 1 year old galaxy active 2 watch. It had just gone out of warranty. Watch was taking in moisture gor last 2 3 days and misbehaving till some time after taking in moisture. Otherwise it was working fine. I had gone there to get the residual moisture removed and getting the sealing redone. I was shocked when the customer care executive told me that they dont do any servicing or repairs and only replace any damaged parts. Was told that the parts are more expensive than the watch and that I should not use my 30000 worth 1 year old waterproof fitness smatwatch in pool. They were nice enough to tell me to use.my watch very carefully.

They served me very well... one time I went there after 6 oclock, 6 pm is their closing time... But i request them to help me and check my phone as I need it badly.. Good for me. I went during early hours. Didnt have to wait much. My phones charging port wasnt working. They cleaned it and it started working fine. No money charged as the phone was still under warranty. But I did see an employee arguing with another customer forcing him to admit that his phone was water damaged while the customer denied that

Worst place to take your phone. They are inexperienced. For problems that can be fixed in 200 rupees, they say, mother board issue and want 12000 rupees. What ever problem you take your phone after warranty is over, they always say motherboard issue....Such is the level.Guys beware.There is an element of rudeness in the staff members.....

Nice service centre. Cleanliness is maintained and they attain customer properly. Service was fast too but usually there is a rush.it seems samsung mobile are defects prone. It is hard to find the service centre as no proper board on main road.

The attitude of the employees is too rudeSpecially the T.L who is kept there to prove the customers wrong and call them liars !!They treat customers as beggars out for donation or free services !!! They act so arrogant and ill mannered !!The friends and family of employees get preference over the people who took the TOKEN !!I showed my discontent by letting them know THAT people were cutting line and leaping ahead of line they told me to get and catch the people( who cut the line who were gone already) which i couldnt... then called me lair for pointing them out !! Then told me that i must have not heard correctly !! Then blamed ME for the delay !! Which they were causing by allowing their known people to get service first without token !!!Then told me main kya karun , toh hum kya krein !!!They continually tell the less educated and old people that their phone has second hand parts or are water damaged !!If action is not taken we should all report to Samsung

There is no issue on surrounding.. the waiting room n infrastructure is comfortable but staff is so annoying.. couple of week ago i was there for moble repairing. My phn was broke unconditionally. First a lady , a representative asked 7k for repairing. Then she tranfer my phone to another representative, i was shock when he said the phone is completely trash. Everything, battery, motherboard, screen is completely trash. And phone will be repair around 3k more then the phone cost. And it was decided by without phone diagnostics. I took it another repair shop it was repaired under 5k. This shows how courpt people are engaged in service centre.

Very bad service they give a token number in starting when you enter there but unfortunately the person who cames half hour late then you got first num some time they call by num sometime call by name how a person can judge what going on I sit there 2 hours then I get num but not satisfied by there service to my query about my phone better then there a road side mobile repairing shop guide you what is problem in your phone...Poor experience dont go there to waste your time

I cant believe this was a Samsung service center. Was a big fan boy of samsung till today and can tell you right now, galaxy s20+ is my last galaxy phone.No more Samsung anymore.The staffs are totally worthless. Instead of answering questions, they give arrogant replies as if you are stupid.I would not recommend Samsung to anyone anymore.

Worst experience. Poor Customer service and when i had asked reason for delay in service Customer service executives ganged-up and tried to bully. even post service i had filled the Customer Service Experience form and the guy siting on the Counter number 9 had a problem with that.

Is this the decline of Samsung? Likely not. But it is a slow decline of my loyalty and admiration for Samsung. As a techie enthusiast and a general user, like many others, I get excited each year over the prospect of the next great thing that will help me live my life and manage my day. Samsung has been a part of that center. But, IMHO, Samsung has slowly declined since the S10 Plus. You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Harvey Dent, Christopher Nolans The Dark Knight. Samsung embodies this. Originally touting itself as the anti-Apple and speaking to guys like me. My relationship with Samsung started with the S3. But I did switch to the LG G3 afterwards and skipped the S4 & S5, as I felt Samsung didnt have all I needed. LG was the rebel underdog I had cheered for. I admired LG for its bold creative and innovative ideas every year, but they just didnt execute and deliver -- the price of LG was the failure to be practical. So, I slowly gravitated towards Samsung Galaxy, after the LG G3, (notable is the LG G3 was absolutely the best and legendary phone), I owned Samsung in this progression: Note 3, S3, Note 4, S6 Edge, Note 5, S7 Edge, S8, Note 8, S9, Note 9, S10 Plus, Note 10 Plus, S20 Plus, Note 20 Ultra, and now the S20 Ultra. Samsung was the company that I trusted each year to delivery counter-Apple features that consumers asked for and wanted, and set itself apart with Android customization, Headphone Jack, Expandable Storage, IR Blaster, Heart Rate Sensor, and MST Payments, just a few I LOVED about Samsung. In addition, the perk of Samsung was you always knew you would get the absolute best panels. What I long for was Samsung to fix their software shell, which they did with One UI. Then I had wanted them to fix their speaker game which they did with AKG tuning. They it was, improved in screen finger print scanner and keep everything else, earphone jack, MST payments, heart rate sensor. We thrived on mocking Apple having gotten rid of the headphone jackAll those little things that made Samsung unique is now gone. They had become the villain.Is the S21 Ultra a great phone, compared to the competitors, absolutely yes, but at the cost of so many identifiable unique Samsung features that leave me no longer loyal to Samsung. This is a 180 strategic positioning of Samsung that leaves me open to other companies now. However, with the competition thinning, I hated to hear LG is no longer in the game. So, it leaves Apple, Motorola, OPPO, Xaomi, One Plus, and only a short list. Im your phone to still be very capable. In fact, if you can get the S10 Plus, S20 Plus, or Note 20 Ultra,I still kept my S10 Plus and S20 Plus and will continue to use it. I will keep my S21 Ultra, but only as a back up. Thats right! A brand new flagship, as a backup. The S21 Ultra is too big, bulky, and doesnt deliver enough compared to either my S10 Plus or S20 plus. My daily driver is the S20 Plus. I do carry 2 phones, the S20 Plus and the Note 20 Ultra. Despite having dramatic nostalgia over what couldve been, I long for the days of the S10 plus and dream of Samsung building up from that. Even the S20 lost the heart rate sensor and headphone jack, but it was negotiated with a great panel and high refresh S20 Plus. Too many sacrifices plague the S21 Series. Going back to 2020, what the heck was up with the Note 20 basic model. might cancel the Note series, it appears Samsung is going through strategic shift to their foldables and other innovative screen form factors. Lets see what the future holds. For the year 2021, its a disappointing January so far, and I DO NOT recommend the S21 Ultra. My best advice is the get the S10 Plus or S20 Plus. The S20 Ultra was and is still a fiasco.
