Nice clean room, courteous staff, neat washroom. As I came back from a trek i asked for the bathtub working... First the front desk said that it was under repair but he managed to get me a room with working bathtub.Room service was prompt and good. Food is good and location wise also its in the heart of Dehradun. So I recommend it.

A very old hotel but well located. The rooms and lobby are quite spacious. But the overall facilities haven’t been modernised. Same old room keys with brass tags being used. Staff is courteous and food very good. Overall service is good.

Very good experience. Spacious room are available. There is multiple types of conference room like small, medium where we can arrange small get together like party, meetings. Food quality is good. Room service is good. Parking area is more then sufficient. Location was also good. Hotel is very famous in city. So recommended for all for staying, fooding, meeting and all get together program purpose.

Stayed here for 14 days on an official trip. Had booked 6 rooms for our stay. The food was fantastic. The chef was kind enough to customize orders. However the house keeping team needs to buck up. The washrooms are old and not as per 4 star standard. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. We even found a dead mice in the AC vent!

The Pacific Hotel gets a 5/5 for its location. If you’re a foodie/shopaholic who wants to explore the famous eateries and traditional shops in Dehradun, Rajpur road is the place to visit which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel gives a vintage feel to it with its interior decors. It’s humungous , with numerous rooms toaccommodate well during the peak season. I got a corner room ,which was their Executive room, on the 4th floor which had a beautiful view of the hills from its window. The room was extremely spacious with a comfortable bed, a big bathroom which was clean & had all the required things.The Indian and continental cuisine is what you must go for if you plan to dine in at their restaurant.The bar is equipped with IMFLs and the Jacob’s Creek is what I chose for my night at the hotel. My friends had a few cocktails of whisky and gin and loved the concoctions prepared by the bartender. We ordered a few snacks along with the drinks and again their Indian dishes were made to savour.The staff is courteous , helpful and prompt. Definitely a good choice for your stay at the hill station.

Pacific Hotel I guess is the only Hotel in Dehradoon with all the best amenities. I stayed here for almost 2 days and trust me I had the best food and hospitality experience. Pacific hotel is just a kilometer away from the clock tower, 2 km away from Railway station,6 km from the bus station and 20kms from the airport. One of the best parts about this hotel is its centrally located and if you are a shopaholic like me you can find many markets around the radius of few kilometres.Rooms are big enough and this hotel is definitely worth trying as its one of the oldest one in town and defintely know how to treat guests well.Also, the hospitality of the staff is superb. The rooms are spacious and the room service was super quick. Overall experience was amazing. I literally had amazing food from breakfast to dinner. The staff really took good care of my stay, made me so comfortable that I was having a great time in Dehradoon.This hotel is best for family trips, business trips and even for solo travellers.Highly recommended.

Hi Good Morning Everyone, I stayed this hotel for 4 days, i booked this hotel 1 months in advance, here i got here first and ever worst experience. i booked with BF and dinner MRP price, but hotel staff refuse to serve dinner (night time) due to buffet not arranged because of less customers restaurant staff confirmed, after that i ordered separately, even though check-out time , they billed MRP and additional charges for dinner( double billing) , i request to hotel management to take MRP price or actual billing, but these people not agreed , even though 2 hour persuasion from Morning 9 AM to 11AM after that i paid entire amount and check out due to i have no time due to already booked to flight.. I recommended to everyone don’t waste your valuable money, time and your mental health.With regardsSRG

This place is very close to near-by market and mall road.✓ It has well equipped Gym.✓ Fully-loaded Bar with huge seating area.✓ Presidential and Honey-moon suite.✓ In-house fine dine restaurant.✓ Huge banquets for wedding and parties.✓ Very Humble and welcoming staff.The main highlight of my stay in Pacific hotel Dehradun was it’s food. They have a very vast menu and the food is just over the top. They make sure to serve hot food in the chilli of Dehradun.Dishes you must try would be lemon- coriander soup. Veg-Sizzler platter and lasagne. Also in desserts do try baked Gulab jamun and banana toffee. They need to work on their shakes and drinks but other than that everything is just perfect.

Pacific Hotel in Dehradun is one of the oldest and best in the city. It is centrally located and the market is quite nearby. The hotel has a in-house dining restaurant called Paradise which serves spectacular food. Order anything from Momos to Sizzler to the spicy Rogan Josh and you will love it. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. The service is super prompt and the staff is humble. Apart from this they also have gym facility, a bar and a coffee house. If you are looking for comfortable rooms with excellent service I would recommend you guys to book this hotel.

The entire staff at Pacific Hotel were very friendly, approachable and very cordial. They always greeted us with a smile.Reception staff are also very helpful. They have all the facilities  available 24×7 in the hotel from coffee shop, restaurant, gym to conference room and banquets. The bakery items particularly praise worthy.The rooms are maintained and are cleaned on a daily basis. The staff has a very professional attitude. Rooms were very specious and clean. Room Service was on time and very active.Walkable distance to a lot of places.Best part is market is nearby from the hotel, no need for cabs. Also famous dehradun bakeries are nearby.A group of us dined at Hotel Restaurant for dinner. Food was exceptional and wonderful customer service on top of it. All those different courses of meals were so sumptuous that the food melted in mouth. The food servers were very cordial and welcoming. We tried most of the their delicacies which were cooked to perfection. The chef was also taking special care of guests. Buffet spread for morning breakfast was lovely, they have variety of options available for you in their buffet. From North Indian food to American Breakfast Platter. The hotel is situated in the heart of Dehradun City just a km from Clock Tower, 2 kms from the Railway Station, 6 kms from the Bus stand, 20 kms from Airport and also very near from Rajpur Road, Ashley Hall, Doon Club, Parade Ground, & Secretariat.The hotel also offers a variety of scrumptious and lip-smacking cuisines spanning from Indian, Tandoori, Chinese and Continental foods which are of admirable quality and taste that is appreciable beyond word.They have a multicuisine restautant named Paradise.Food is really great with varieties of options to choose from in breakfast,lunch & Dinner.I had both my lunch & Dinner at Paradise and I must say I loved it very much.They have a menu both for veg & non veg lovers which make it really special.Buffet spread for morning breakfast was lovely.The bar area is one of the best hotel bars I have come across. And I must say their room service is too quick which impressed me a lot.The staff were all lovely and made sure we had a great time.Also the Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. Dear Members,We booked hotel OYO Flagship 30188 Yours Pacific Chakrata Road Dehradun India 248001.We had not stayed in this hotel , within 5 mins we left this hotel both the rooms due to non entry of my brother because he had completed the age of 17 years and 6 months.In future I will neither suggest to book from oyo for OYO Flagship 30188 Yours Pacific Chakrata Road. 0, Chakarata Rd, Sudhowala, Dehradun Dehradun India 248001 and in future I will not create any booking from oyo it was my bad experience with oyo , I know oyo ko koi farak nai padega but still I wrote for members.Just be aware regarding : if you completed your age of 18 then you will allowed in the hotel otherwise not as per oyo guidelines.

The masala pineapple drink is very unique and refreshing after a long travel.The hotel has a beautiful lobby with pretty chandeliers and welcoming ambiance.There in all 30 rooms consisting of 4 categories.Deluxe, Executive, Suite and the Royal Suite.All the rooms are beautifully done up and are made to make the stay as comfortable as possible.The hygiene and cleanliness are of top priority which has been maintained.All the rooms are equipped with a electric kettle, constant hot water supply and air conditioning.Room service and house keeping services are prompt and helpful.The hotel has a huge banquet hall which can easily accommodate upto 300 people and is beautifully built with great lighting and sound proofing to avoid fellow guests from getting disturbed.They have an in house Gym which is also fully equipped with all the modern equipment required, perfect for the fitness freak guests.The 24hour coffee shop serves amazing confectionery items and along with that they serve a wide range of teas, coffee and shakes.Coming to the Restaurant, it is a multi cuisine restaurant located near the lobby which is also open to walk in customers.The restaurant serves some brilliant mutton seekh kebabs and a special Tibetian soup which I had for the 1st time and simply loved it, called Lung Fang. It’s similar to the manchow soup we get in most Chinese restaurants but much more tasty.I also loved their sizzlers and lasagne. Both veg and non veg lovers have a large variety to choose from.In dessert their special Baked Gulab Jamun is a must have.They have lavish breakfast spread consisting of indian, continental and a variety of confectionery items along with cereals and tea, coffee and juices to choose from.This place is ideal for a short stay or corporate meetings and training’s.

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Although, centrally located, the hotel staff was cold and unfriendly. My sister fell in the bathroom on the ground floor, her knee was severely hurt but no-one at the hotel showed any concern or offered any help to ease her pain. I had to walk across the street to a chemist shop to buy a heating pad for my sister. On top of that, we asked for extra shampoo as we have very long hair and needed to wash it. We were given one small bottle and said thats all you can get. I did inquire at the reception desk and offered to pay for the shampoo. At that time 3 - 4 shampoo bottles were delivered to our room - but by then we had already washed our hair!We did not leave with pleasant memories at this hotel - staff could have been more friendly and shown concern at our hurt. They could have been more generous with their shampoo bottles.One more observation - your marble stairs are very dangerous as they have a horizontal pattern and the next stair is not visible. Beware of people falling off these stairs.We do not visit Dehradun that often - but no more hotel Pacific for us.

Opened in 2008 nice four star rated hotel in heart of the city Dehradun. Went there to book a banquet for a family function. Nice clean property. Helpful staff. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Zero value for money. Lack basic necessities in room. Worst House keeping. Wifi is given but doesn’t work. Long list of issues. Even waste bins were neither in room nor in bathroom. One towel one tumbler in double bed room etc.

Mesmerized by their service. This hotel is located at subash road, which is prime location in Dehradun. All the rooms are clean and service is very good. Stall was very humble and no doubt food is amazing.

Out of all mutton seekh kebabs are recommended . They were so good in tasteIn main course we had veg sizzler , Hakka noodles ,lasagna .The food was well cooked and tasted good.Also , the staff was hospitable .Breakfast:I would call it a perfect breakfast buffet spread consisting variety of juices , fruits , salads , tea , coffee , South Indian items , sausages, omelet, egg , mutter kulcha , aloo parantha and what not . During My recent visit to the city with friends, we decided to stay at this hotel as its in the middle of the city & very near to railway station, and our Decision was more then justified. the rooms were spacious & luxurious, a lovely cafe & a good gym.if you coming for a business purpose you can avail the facility of their Conference hall, which are having all the current Tech facilities. Also their banquets hall can suffice ur requirement in terms of your Family Functions & Marriages.So if you are travelling to Dehradun, Pacific Hotel should be your Stay option without any thought.During our stay at Pacific Hotel, Dehradun, we had Dinner and Breakfast at this restaurant. Its completely a fine dine place with soothing ambiance. Located Inside the Hotel itself, With elegant interiors & dim light enhance its ambiance.On both days we had Buffet breakfast which had variety of choices from cereals to paranthas, poha, fruits, to south indian (Uttapam/ dosa, iddlis ) to North Indian Puri -bhaji and then to classic English Breakfast.Overall it was a very satisfying. Food quality is very bad

Old Hotel in dehradun. Every one knows the location if you ask in one who is living in city. Nothing new done with the time. But u will get a big area in your rooms. Near front clock tower dehradun. If u stay there then u can go in the park fir morning walks or at evening. Big park named Gandhi Park near to it. Food is good in the hotel. Not satisfied with the service. But OK for the prime location

I went to this place for dinner yesterday. Doing justice to its name, their restaurant is actually a Paradise for food lovers. It serves Chinese, Continental, and North Indian cuisine.I tried MUSHROOM KABANA, VEG KABAB PLATTER, NON-VEG KABAB PLATTER. All the dishes were good. I really liked the Mushroom Kabana. It was perfectly spiced and was something new I tried.So if youre heading out for a fine dining experience or a romantic dinner, this is just the place. The food here will never fail to delight you.

NOT RECOMMENDED. No hot water in shower. Terrible experience, we paid for a Garden View Deluxe room and there was no garden. Also, they charged us extra for a cold and shabby breakfast without asking us. When complained about the view, they said theyll move us but we had to check out.

I went their for Dinner and i really liked the place. They have Choice of different cuisine available in Menu.Mushroom Cabana - It is a continental dish. The mushroom is filled with a flavourful combination of spinach and cheese, perfectly coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. The dish tastes Heavenly.It is a delight for all the mushroom lovers.

I stayed with my friends and I really enjoyed the comfort level that I got.really recommend the North Indian Food specially Alu Kulcha and Veg Biryani, its actually Biryani.They have many different categories of rooms that gives you lot of variety to choose from.

The hotel itself is good, but it is not living upto the mark of a 4star hotel. If you compare other 4star hotels in Dehradun, you will not b able to match the standards.The staff was polite and courteous.The dish(kashmiri dum aloo) that i asked for my party was promised but not delivered. I got the normal dum aloo.

This place has cozy and warm vibe along with that it offers a luxury stay. Its very near to mall road and markets and other places are easy accessible. They have a fine dine restaurant with lip smacking food.Do try out the soups.

I often come for doctors meets. General ambience quite good. Service of snacks drinks satisfactory, food wholesome and tasty. Staff helpful ,Service good. Recommended.DOWNSIDE. BUT parking is very very big IRRITANT at most times. Guards force you to park vehicles on road side involving risk of theft and police action.

Goof place to stay. Value for money. Good staff. Parking available.

Hotel pacific is by far the most comfortable stay option in Dehradun I have been to. The rooms are super spacious and luxurious. I loved the food here including the kebabs, soups and breakfast spread. The staff was on their toes to make us feel welcomed and happy. Thankyou to the team.

Stayed at this hotel for a day with friends. We got a good deal. Not too expensive. Hotel is near to the market. Have its own cafe, restaurant, bar, gym, hall and 4 categories of room i.e. for couples, family, honeymooners, friends and official trip. We stayed in executive room and choose hills view so we got good view from our room windows. The room had all the necessary stuff, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean too. As we were there for a day so had both Dinner and Breakfast at the Paradise restaurant in the hotel itself. The food was scrumptious. And the breakfast buffet spread was delicious and changes every day. Whenever I stay at a hotel Im always excited for breakfast and here I was really happy and loved the spread. The staff is courteous and the service is really commendable. They have amazing honeymoon suite and the decoration was really impressive and cute. Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel.On my recommendation, do book a stay there and take hills view room and do eat at Paradise Restaurant.❤️

Nice and peaceful place..

Nice hotel with the most perfect neighborhood. In city centre with restaurant, shops all nearby. But hotel is old & AC doesnt work properly. Buffet breakfast is ok.

I would like to share one of the most peaceful travel experience I had in Dehradoon and Mussorrie  with the Pacific Hotels.Established in the main city with a central location, this 4 star property has all the amenities to keep its customer satisfied.I loved the entire design of the property, especially the public areas. The lobby for example, had several different seating areas, all luxurious, a great first impression. Upon arrival, I received a refreshing welcome drink.I was happy to finish the check in process and head up to the 3 floor to view my suite for the night. The hotel had prepared a very nice welcome amenity including cookies, chocolate cakes, fruit and of course a bottle of Old Monk. Cheers, just kidding.The suite was spacious and included a large living room with desk and sofa, a massive bedroom and a large television!The bathroom really had that wow factor! The bathroom was massive and was separated into three sections, bath tub & shower stall, vanity and separate toilet area.One of my favourite areas of the hotel would have to be the gym. Firstly, the gym was fantastic, with all the updated equipment and great facilities. Working out there was a delight! After completion of a great workout, I would return to my room, which had a large hot tub waiting for me. And some room service to have a light refreshment like fruit and lemon water, these little touches made me feel warm and fuzzy.The main restaurant “Paradise” is located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers all of the usual amenities including specialised daily breakfast, afternoon tea, lavish lunch, evening cocktails and dinner. I must note that the staff at the restaurant were excellent! Very personable and just lovely people to interact with. I enjoyed every bite of food inside of the restaurant.

Attended a seminar at Pacific hotel dehradun . Hotel is very spacious and having good spacious parking . All room well ventalized . Hotel staff were very professional and arranged everything properly . It was very good experience.

A good business Hotel in heart of the city. Rooms are clean and a courteous staff. Tasty food and value for money. Gym has to be improved a lot and has to be maintained. In terms of comfort, a good hotel to stay.

One of the great place that is a complete package from comfort courtesy delicious food gym bar coffee shop conference room banquet everything at one place near to main market . Rooms are spacious n clean with all kinds of daily essentials provided. All of that at a reasonable price.!! Recommended!!

Location great.... Room is ok... Cleanliness is acceptable.... Bfast option and taste not good.... Staff attitude is little unprofessional...

I was there few week a go to attend a workshop. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. Staff is friendly and hotel interior is awesome. Specially the suspension bridge kind of railing. Food quality is also great here.

I liked my 30 days long stay there..they can improve on the food and laundary though.
