Rooms are good, service not so great. Views are great, location is awesome but at present some construction work is going one near the property and also inside some maintenance is happening.Food I will say average. Otherwise could have rated it 4 stars.

Nice hotel with amazing view, has a party lawn where we can host a gathering of around 200 people. Also has cafe coffee day. The food is amazing and staff is also good

Room was in lower ground floor or basement according to road as hotel is built in stepwise style. room consists of fridge, tv, ac, personal balcony, with a mountain view. but room was stinking due to moisture and seepage because of lower ground floor. I suggest the room for its privacy and balcony view.Food is overpriced according to me. But the taste is good as I had all my meals in the hotel itself. Staff is nice well behaved. good if you want to spend quality time with your partner. you can stay in hotel and enjoy the scenic beauty of mountains from your personal balcony. Hotel has open terrace restaurant in foothill which is addition to its beauty. you can enjoy your food in room or open terrace or in restaurant. CCD is also there. You can go for walks to nearby.

31 Aug TuesdayFirst of all we have done work in other hotels too which are reputed and 5 stars also. They never give the feedback like this because the first thing we keep in mind is not to damage hotels property. The day of decoration we show your staff the room decor. If they have any problem with they tell us and secondly our decoration is not like that which damage your property. We also make videos of our work if you are complaining you better sure about this first.Sir, if you are a gentleman you will understand that we didnt like the behavior of your staff and we did explain about that.No one is perfect and mistakes can be done by anyone. In future also many more clients will come to your hotels. Hope, They dont face the situation like this so for that please talk to your staffs. Maybe it will make a difference.

Service was good and food was decent, but the property is in shambles. The rooms were dilapidated, bathrooms were very old, view was non-existent (from our 2nd floor room)and the shower overflowed into the rest of the bathroom. Overall, would strongly recommend against this hotel and definitely not worth the money we paid (₹4k/night).Update: removing one star and adding photos since the property said this was fake. So ridiculous

Very poor service and very bad behaviour of staff, I went through other negative reviews, the owner sir is abusive to guests who have given them negative reviews...best way is to discuss shortcomings and improving them..Atleast the services assured at the time of booking should be fulfilled..Hope the owner Sir understand what I want to convey.

Exceptional facility and best hospitality .I visited this hotel in a wedding 2 days ago and was fascinated by the view from the hotel and the best hospitality . The staff was polite and if I would have been asked to rate it I would have rated them 5 + plus stars . The food was delicious and probably the best I have tasted from ages . At last I would like to highlight that whomsoever wants to visit mussoorie must stay at this hotel.

Worse experience of Hospitality and service while attending a marriage yesterday. Will not recommend to arrange marriage there as entire staff doesnt know how to manage the Show and attend guests. They do lot of commitment while doing the booking but delivered only 10% of what they have committed. Service is very poor, entire staff deputed there had no sense/training of how to manage the marriage gatherings and treat guests. Overall a bad experience with Rajpur Heights.

I booked two rooms with triple occupancy but still they charge 500 for extra bedding and when you ask them why they will justify this by saying extra bedding is of 800 we are offering you at 500 🤣. Another incident was in the morning we ordered tea. After 15min we got dip tea for which they charged us 50rs which was already there in the room free. If this is how they gonna make money. Then I am sorry. No one will come back again.

Pathetic is the word i would choose to describe this hotel. The service is so poor that i wouldnt advise anyone to come here and waste your money. They would promise you everything when you will make the booking and deliver nothing. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, no water bottles were kept, only 1 towel for 2 people, they took more than 2 hours when we ordered tea. The staff is unaware if they have lockers in the room, they are all confused and untrained. We had booked 15 rooms in this hotel and they made us feel embarassed in front of all the guests.P.S.- Pehle english toh seekh le ganwar & rascal hotel owner.

1. Unsupportive staff:-(a) I asked them to provide me slippers and they told me, they dont have any. But later when I showed displeasure with the service they gave it to me at once.(b) dish TV was not recharged and they took 30hrs to recharge it for me.(c) even after repeatedly asking them to clean the room. The room was shabby.2. Amenities:-(a) Hot shower doesnt work properly(b) Bed side socket is non functional.(c) Bathroom is stinking.(d) Wifi speed is equal to 2G and somtime doesnot work.(e) Room doesnt have a mini fridge.3. Biggest problem I faced was when I encountered Lizards in my balcony. Thanks to my stars it didnt enter my room or else I would have to shift at once to a better rook in the middle of the night.Thank you Rajpur heights for a wonderful stay

The hotel is located in the most posh locations of Dehradun. It is a fairly big property with rooms offering great view overlooking the forest of the area. Though the view depends upon the package of room that you choose out of deluxe and super delux rooms that the hotel offers. Delux rooms come with a small patch of artificial garden overlooking the underlying forests and a campfire place and the super delux rooms are on the upper floors with an additional glass window courterie, an additional deewan bed and rest chairs, giving you a view of the surrounding forests. The restaurant of the hotel is a delight. The food was delicious and the staff extremely cordial. Since it is surrounded by forest land please carry insect repellents along with you. Rooms are free of any insects but can not say the same about the gardens.

Food quality and quantity was unsatisfactory

This is a very basic property and the rooms that we checked into were filthy and disgusting. There is a lot of construction going on and so relaxation is out of the question, the workers started making a mess right outside the room door. Spiders and rats wander freely in the rooms and add to the nature experience. The staff try to do their best but nobody is in charge and there is total chaos all around. The food options are very limited and horrible so one would want to opt out of the meal plan. Avoid this one for sure.

The hotel was quite good and the services were very good, especially the serviceman Chandra Mani was quite polite and generous with us. I booked room no 003 and was there for a day. Chandra Mani helped us in every way to make our evening and stay comfortable. The hospitality industry need more people like Chandra Mani. Great experience !!.

First of all, the staff at hotel rajpur heights impressed me the most their way of greeting was very genuine.Secondly the rooms were so clean and well organized that we didnt even feel like we are at hotel we felt like home.The service at hotel rajpur heights was so fast that they dont even take 2minutes to deliver something at your room.Now the main thing, the prices were so affordable and experience was worth every single penny,mountain view,personal balconies,Gazebo restaurant and party lawn, buffet, cafe and many more luxuries feels heavenly. On 7th april my family were staying at my friend Mr. Shariq Hotel Rajpur heights..Food &room was good but the sarvice is not good , Waiter Mr. Furkan havent manars how to talk with guest his cried behaviour spoil my trip. Mr. Shariq soory for bad review but you have to manage your staff.

We booked this hotel for wedding function in November 24,25 2020, we paid them 50000 advance in feb 2020, later we changed our mind and cancelled the booking on June 2020 . During cancellation hotel committed to refund amount if they receive any other booking on same dates(November 24,25).Hotel hosted wedding function on November 24,25 2020 . Now when we asked for refund they are not ready to give it , and claimed amount was non refundable . If you get some other booking for new customer budgeting 1 lakh then only we will return refund .Hotel made false commitment & multiple lies( they told me hotel did not hosted any function on 24,25 November , however I get to know from resources they hosted function , I have proofs for same .Worst part is when I asked hotel about their false commitment & lies they told its none of your business (I have email snapshot for same ) and your booking is non refundable , they could have told this in June also if the policy was legit .I recommend everyone to think twice before planning any event in this hotel , and requesting hotel to hire some professional employees who can pass transparent information to customer

Beautiful Property to visit in Dehradun

Lot of people organise wedding ceremonies, other get together. Its good place, scenic beauty, ample parking space, cool, no noise of city...one can enjoy food and drink with music.

Very disappointed by the nature of staff. They dont keep their words so please dont trust them if they commit something to you. Food is also not good here but you can order it from anywhere else.Overall location is very good, plenty of parking space.

The hotel isnt good at all. No value for money. We booked a family room, it was really dirty and foul smelling. So we had to take a triple sharing room.The service was bad, we have to keep asking for little things. The food was not good.They gave us expired creamers, there was no coffee for the room. I would never recommend this place to anytime.
