Pathetic service, even chairs are not working well in cinema hall, also washroom are dirty.Pleàse fix this asap or close this cinema.

Carnival cinema city junction is a ok ok kind of theater not very good not bad too.. Its an average cinema hall. Seats are not very comfortable but ok.During my summer visit, I found that the ac are not very effective but during winter I found the place cozy. Fast food available are good and fresh except momos which I found not so tasty... I have gone through one review which says that inside Hall its stink but I did not found same during my any visit till now.. One thing which need to be improve on priority basis are washrooms which are in so pathetic conditions.. From my side 3 stars

Reminds of the Mall of Travencore in Kerala . This mall isnt as happening as that. We came in at 8.30pm and the mall looks like its about to close. The escalators were not functioning and the food court was deserted. The elevators are so tiny. We finally had food from the pizza place Laziz Pizza. Overall I feel the place could use better management. Not sure if malls are like this in Dehradoon but yeah. Could use some improvements.

Nice place for shopping and fun. Near ISBT. Also multiplex for movies. Location is very nice. Good for families and friends. Free parking. Come enjoy here Its nice place to spend time. Cinema hall is also spacious. They charges little extra for the fun around but its ok for movie lover. So over all good place.

Location is good as its near the ISBT. Although mall is not that great when we talk about food and shopping. However, its good for a family day out or to spend some time with your friends. Movie theatre is there but no food court. Few shops are there in the mall and outside of mall as well for a quick bite. Overall its nice.

Theatre was good, sound quality also okay, but popcorn was not upto the mark

I Saw hobbs & shaw there Amazing view from D row . If you want amazing view book seats for upper section and good quality sound systems.Make sure you book yours seats online from Paytm or other platforms . Beacuse on counter there is crazy crowds for tickets and you did not get a seat so go safer side book online .And this is inside a mall you can do shopping as well.

Really a bad experience over its food court. It needs improvement. No ventilation and air conditioning over there. Bad food with poor service.

This is my full and honest review of the mall... If the owner is reading this, you have got a lot of work to do here... First of all, the washrooms are in pathetic condition, seriously they are poorer than government toilets... Second, the seats of theatre are broken and the odour in the cinema hall is very unpleasant... Third, I paid ₹100 for half cup of pathetic without sugar coffee and ₹150 for a stale sandwich... I guess no one purchases anything from you and you are offering eatles kept since ages... Fourth, The elevators are not working, I had to take stairs... Overall, I had a very poor experience and I am not going to visit here again and I wont recommend anyone else to go here... Such a Poor and Pathetic mall... I guess it wont last longer if this continues...

A nice Mall to go for a movie. Big Bazaar is one main attraction here. The food court however is not that great and there is huge scope for improvement there. The parking is hassle free and enormous. A good Mall if you love nearby and plan movies with some grocery shopping.

Being a cinephile I love to watch lot of movies. I am a local person of Dehradun and have an experience of all cinemas of dehradun. Today I am sharing my experience with GLITZ CINEMA. I have watched more than dozen movies there and everytime it seems like a fate worse than death.

Nice place to go with your family. As the name suggests, children can enjoy as well, as they have small trains and airplanes for them to play with. The cinema going experience was good for me except the 3D experience. You can also go for shopping as it has Big Bazaar inside it! Keep exploring and make memories.

Picture quality was not that par as I thought itd be. Not satisfied ! But the hospitality was really good because you can keep your bags safely. Cinema hall is so clean and seatings are well maintained too. The only thing is that they should work upon the screen quality because thats what people go there for.

It is fantastic movie hall. It is a great experience to watch endgame in 3D. The speakers are amazing the sound effects are awesome. The lighting of hall is very beautiful. The combination of red hall and yellow lighting is very fantastic.I will definitely suggest to go and watch any movie. Your experience will great👍👍

Not bad.... But needs to be improved. Some screens are good... And some screens are worest. The home Theatre in my room was better than that sound system in some screens. It is too noisy and disturbance.Please improve them.

Its A Good Place to Be At Before You Board Your Bus or Go Inside The city after your bus trip. u can find many items here but not as great as the Pacific.

A good place but dont have much shops of food means food court is not good enough.Not have pizza burger brands like Dominos, Macdonalds etc. It have a its own pizza burger brand.If I neglect this thing then mall is overall awesome.

The movie experience was quite good.Comfy seats. Can do with some good cleaning as the theatre smelt a bit damp.Sound is good and so is the picture quality.Ease of access and exit is good.The mall provides added attractions for shopping and eating.Can choose to spend family time here as well.

The seating arrangement is very bad, most of the seats are broken and its doesnt feels that you are watching movie in the theater, instead of paying them its better to watch at home. Halls are filthy, washrooms smells very much, they charge you unnecessary for the food you order. Very bad experience.

The film encounter was very great.Comfortable seats. Can benefit with cleaning as the auditorium smelt somewhat moist.Sound is great as is the image quality.Simple entry and exit is great.The shopping center gives added attractions to shopping and eating.Can invest family energy here also.

Seats are in pathetic conditions, also the theatre stinks me and my parents have seen theatre boy spraying room fresheners which makes it even worse. On top of that the theatre screen of Audi 1 in which we have seen the movie is not cleaned or the they havent put the film nicely so all movie was in dark phase. We are paying so it doesnt mean we can get exploited in such a way. Kindly do the renovations or please just stop showing films just for the sake of it.

Most of the seats are broken in the cinema. In big bazaar, the place is very small and not much space to move. Parking ticket is high and they wont let you take helmet in the cinema so you have to pay more to store the helmet there. The food inside the mall is not fresh and costly. This place require some renovation and construction. I hope the quality of this mall gets better. English movies usually comes in hindi dubbed and not the original audio.

Not so big just like other carnival cinemas. Here you can enjoy movies with some extra comfort with some extra cost as compare to the ordinary cinema hall. Audio and visual quality of movies are good. Inside is neat and clean. If you want to enjoy movies peacefully then it is the right place near ISBT

One word! Amazing...Really an amazing Multiplex in the city with premium experience.

We went to watch movie in the Morning show was from 9:30 and the hall staff said that there are only 3-4 people we will not run the show....it was a highly disappointing visit

Good to catch a movie without much Hussle. Most of the times the theatre is empty and you will get good seats. Apart from the cinema hall there is not much to explore here.

You dont get a lot of options here in terms of eateries but good for a movie and a quick snack at the local food court.

As it is situated at ISB dehradun, its not worth enough. smell inside the mall is also not pleasant. not much too eat there, in fact ambience is also not good. On the other side there are malls like Pacific, time square better than city junction mall in all aspects.

A good place to watch movies,shopping in big bazaar . Has toilet facilities for both male & female. Their halls are not that big. They have comfortable chairs unlike some cinema halls. You cannot carry eatables inside the hall. You also cannot carry your shopping bags inside ,however, they do have facilities to keep your bags. Over all a good cinema hall to visit for a movie.

AC was not with proper cooling. free water cooler out of order. washroom is full of water as tap pipe was leaking. Went for the first time. overall not enjoyed.i often come Dun .lets hope better condition next time.

Multiplex shopping mall with movie theatre with four separate screens and capacity of over 1000 people (all four screens)...... What more could you ask for? There is even an awesome restaurant.

Good place to watch movies. located very well and easy to reach.

It used to be one of the best malls of Dehradun. However, of late, its standards have fallen down. Pacific is always a better choice. The Movie Hall is not as well maintained as it once used to be. Yet, an occasional visit to Big Bazaar can be delightful.

Nice place just next to DEHRADUN ISBT. Picture and sound quality was great. Seats were pretty good and nice hygiene. Rest room was good and well maintained cafe with good enough options. Overall a nice price for awesome entertainment. Good place for you and your family even clean for the kids too. Inside a mall gives you more opportunities to shop and watch movies at the same time.

Safety and security needed as so much rush inside most of the time. Yesterday there was a fight among some boys, so properly attention should be taken towards this.

There is no mode of online payment at parking ..I walkout to atm for 20 rupees of parking.. after that when I went for ticket the same problem .. they dont have any type of online payment mode they are saying that this is due to YES bank . I think they should write this thing to outside of the city junction mall.. it will help public.. now the electic supply not here for 15 minutes there is no staff here to clerify this thing

First mall of Dehradun. I still remember the opening of this mall. It is in the corner of dehradun city nearby ISBT.

Carnival Cinema is a decent movie destination in the city of Dehradun and is closley located to the ISBT. It is located inside the City Junction Mall and has various Audis to cater good amount of movie enthusiasts.Quality of movie screens is standard and so is the seating along with the F&B servives. A must to go movie hall if youre nearby ISBT area.

The accelerators are usually broken so you have walk up the stairs everytime. The best place for shopping would be Big Bazaar. There are a lot of options to eat as there is a open food court outside. There are video games for kids and chilling places for adults. Enjoy.

The worst movie going experience in Dehradun(multiplexes only) hands down. The overall ambience is bad with poor parking facility and over priced food which is staight up inedible. Try some other multiplexes like Silver city and Cross road mall for a better and bang for your buck experience.

Please dont there if you are with your family or with your female friend, this is the worst movie theater i found here in Dehradun.Today 15 nov 2019, i went here for a movie last show around 10:40 with my cousin and friends, the crowd i found here is the very low class, mostly peoples are drunken and today i also found a family whos misbehaving with the staff and also slapped him for doing his job.This movie theater is near by the ISBT Dehradun, thatswhy the crowd here is so वाहियाद.Again i suggesting everyone please dont go here, even seats are also broken. People are eating गुटका and it smells very bad.Thats all i had experienced here.
