I have very stiff body .. With under guidance of preeti maam i improve my flexiblity 😍🥰.. She is very good instructor ,very kind n polite... I recommend everyone to take class from her. N feel the changes. 👍

See I am more of a gym person, so I never looked into yoga that much,But because of lockdown and gym getting shutdown,I came across this yoga instructor, and she really helped me alot, beacuase my body is pretty stiff, she really helped in her yoga session and helped in achieving mental piece that I have Been craving for since past two years.

They are professional and their way of teaching classes are promising and provide a good environment to do yoga.....

You will love yoga if you do it with a good teacher. I found it really goodthe way she teaches. Small things which have to be considered while performing yoga are explained by her. You can ask different yoga for your different problems like back pain,high blood pressure, hypertension and I think its working as I have lowered my stress level. Thank you keep it up .
