Just curious!! Why on the earth the man at the counter gets personal?? They wanted to kmow everything about me, my family, work etc. Those judgmental looks annoyed me too much.Now When I asked them for 1 lb of mutton, they gave me 1lb of bones. I was soo disheartened. Such cheaters. I have been going to we got meat near patel brothers in Sawmill. Best one ever.

No longer A1 meat, it’s now called famous meats. No longer any beef offerings.

If you buy 1 pound of goat be prepared to get 0.8 pounds of only bones and this is not an exaggeration by any means. This happened way too many times to consider this as a mistake/bad batch, please stay away from this meat shop if you are solely purchasing goat. I didn’t feel chicken as bad as goat though.

Totally agree with the comments that mention 75% bones. We usually get more than 6lbs of meat and atleast 3 lbs is ONLY bones. When I say only bones it is just plain bone with no meat in it. I am not even sure how they gather so much of bones because it does NOT happen anywhere else. This is a Rip off, very sad that they dont have decency to sell quality product and of course their customer service is a joke.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Please please learn how to behave with the customers. If you guys busy or on any break please put a note on the door. Really hate this people. I will make sure I will add the same review on all other portals

If you buy goat less than 2 lbs be prepared to receive 75% bones and only 25% meat. It looks like they pack all the bones to customers and use the meat for the Hyderabad house restaurant for good profit.. poor service and worst quality for money...

Chicken quality is good. But for lamb or goat, dont expect good customer service if you are buying just 1 or 2 pounds They dont give you an option to select fresh meat. Whatever is in the front display is given to you, no matter how old it is or if it looks stale, I have seen multiple times, it looks mostly like a very old meat. Definitely not freshly cut. You dont have options. Buy it or leave.

When will our people learn customer service? The best way to learn is a consumer choosing to send money elsewhere. Unfortunately most places selling goat will be the same. I’m tired of searching for a desi place with good customer service. Doesn’t exist in Columbus area. Just buy lamb and go to Whole Foods, or any other big box locations. At one point we will understand.

This happened second time with us.We usually buy goat meat.Yesterday evening my husband got 2 pounds of meat. Today while I was cooking I felt the way the meat was cut looked little unusual to be goat meat. I left my doubt aside and went on preparing the goat Rogan josh. It almost took more than 2 hours still the meat was not getting cooked.Since the same thing happened with me 2 months ago & that time I was polite enough for not to call the shop owner thinking it could be a human error during packing the meat and let the things go.When the same thing happened again I called the owner and told this is happening again. He was not accepting the fact that they sold me lamb or some other meat in the name of goat meat.I took the curry to the shop and had to show him the big pieces which did not seem like goat meat.Eventually the owner gave my money back. Since it was 1:30 pm and all time wasted with the curry preparations we had to end up in a restaurant for lunch.I got my money back but the question is will the owner be able to give 3 hours of wasted effort on a Sunday and the trust back ?

Been there for once. Would recommend. Their costs are definitely high, but worth paying for due to fresh and legit meat options.

The very first time I’ve tried goat and is really very bad. It took more than 17 whistles to cook just 3 lbs of goat and the taste was also not good. It dint seem like the meat was fresh and the price was also really high.

More of the same , as I now saw in some of the reviews. This guy gave us lamb meat in place of goat. When we were there buying, our first time ever ( and will be the last ), he kept on bickering about how desi’s like to complain at Indian stores.When I called him to complain, he says they do not sell lamb. He needs to look at his own menu online!! He sells bulk meat to restaurants he says. Well, he will not be for long. I am going to lodge an official complaint.

This shop was opened on 27th of Jan 2018. I live in Cleveland, Ohio, fortunately I happened to visit this place on 28th of Jan 2018. I bought 2 pound of mutton (goat meat) when we prepared mutton curry at home. The aroma was really spread inside the home, it really reminded me usual Sunday Mutton curry back in India. I can absolutely make the difference the mutton I buy in Cleveland, Detroit, MI(whenever I travel) and all.Really as the name suggests, the meat quality is definitely A1.The staff members are very very friendly. I like the way they treat their customers.Anyways Good Luck.

Maybe change the name to Goat Meat only? No beef, Pork or lamb.

The service in this shop is very slow. Poor customer service, there is no hello, no thanking, no wish to customers. They only want money from customers. This is the same in maximum every desi shops. They are also confused in taking order and work slower than sloths. The quality of meat is same as the customer service.

So far meat in this shop is of good quality. I hope they maintian same quality in long run.

Today they billed me for ground meat instead of liver. Though the price difference was small, he didn’t care to correct it and argumentative. Liver was also not good. Will never recommend it. Not going there too.
