Being a courier service, couldnt deliver to a an address specified in it. They could have atleast called for the specified phone number which they didnt. Left the courier to a wrong address without cross checking the name , number and address. Worst service ever I had met with

Even local services are worst, their office staff is so irresponsible. Dont book anything important, you will end up with tension.

I went to track a courier. The response was commendable.

Worst courier service in world. A courier was booked from coimbatore to bangalore near marathahalli . But not delivered in bangalore for more than a week. After multiple follow up and negligent answers we had asked them to return the courier as the person was not available in the destination any more. Next day they had called the delivery address asking for the place where it needs to be delivered. We had confirmed the above mentioned reply over call and asked them to return. Worst part was return took another 2 weeks and money was also not paid back saying there was nobody at the delivery point. LOOTERS. why should we pay for a courier that was not delivered to destination in time. SENDER could have walked from coimbatore to bangalore for a comparatively speedy delivery to your service.

They are not delivering properly for Kuniyamuthur Area. It is not once, it happening everytime, they are returning the courier with out informing. Letters with the same Bank delivered by Postal service but not by Professional courier. it is better they can remove the Professional in their name.. Poor service..
