In addition, I understand that Shwetha borrows money with her pity stories - please dont fool around people by telling fake stories, return the amount to them that you have to. I also got my name registered in Exploit Coimbatore. 2 years ago and built a house. But till date, the complex does not have proper roads, road lights, the right place to throw garbage, which are the first priorities in any societys development. It was the responsibility of the promoter to equip the plot with all the facilities which were prima facie required. There is no drainage system even though I was also promised that everything is fine. I got stuck with M India they are not good at all at any angle.

Please dont take any projects undertaken by M INDIA. Their project is a mess. The so called developer creates all sorts of problems with land owners, neighbours etc. which makes difficult for the people who buy plot in their project. The commitments given during the brochure is not at all fulfilled. Even the gates is not completed. They will many things like club house , Pool,zym , etc but wont provide anything.

Dont give the Advance amount . I given advance amount just 10000 only. but for that amount i given back from them i called more than 100 times and finally they given amount only 8500 after 3 months. Am asked y deducted they simply told Pick up and drop charges for site seeing. Totally Fed up.

This is a biggest fraud company. I fought for 12 months to get my money a sum of 1 lakh. I went to their office and told that I wont go away from here without my money. After one hour they told that they will give a cheque with 3 months postponed date. I refused to receive the cheque. After a long arguement they gave a 30 days post poned date cheque. By gods grace I got the amount today only. This is not a fake ID.If you asked money, they will send legal notice. So you have to fight like me.
