Very well maintained property and super hygienic rooms and really polite staff. Felt very safe to stay here during Covid. The buffet breakfast also was very good, all the dishes were well cooked and delicious. The only drawback of the property is that its located in a remote place compared to the main hotspots in the city and there arent even good restaurants around to explore the local cuisine. Apart from that, it is highly recommended and if I have to travel to Coimbatore again to the same vicinity, I would definitely consider staying at Kiscol Grands.

This is not hotel, this is lodge actually. Employees here are very unprofessional and unfit for industry because professional people only work for good company. General manager looks lack of knowledge and very childish. He should not be called GM, actually he is lodge manager.😃😆👏 keep it up guys, i have not seen such worst hotel sorry lodge ever.

The rooms are good !The service is good.And the complementary breakfast was astonishingly good.For sure it had its value for the money.One drawback I saw was with the air conditioning alone. The rooms didnt have ceiling fans and the A.C.s werent providing enough output.

Great stay... Had some parking constraints for my vehicle which took some time to fix.... No issues with any other aspect during my stay with kids. Definitely on my radar for a place to stay next time I am in Coimbatore. Support personnel were very accommodative on my additional requests as I had small kids travelling with me.

We stayed at Hotel Kiscol Gardens at Coimbatore once. Our experience was very good. The rooms are spacious and cleanly maintained. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was just Ok. The location of the hotel was convenient for our work... Closer to RK puram and easy access yo Avinashi road. Over all we had liked the hotel. The hotel tariff was also within the budget of a three star hotel. We shall stay again if we have to visit Coimbatore again.

A night halt on a business trip at this hotel was ok. The property is kind of ok and the amenities reasonable. Service could be better since the response time for any request was long.Rooms are small and compact but well appointed.Due to COVID restrictions restaurant is closed and only room service was available. The breakfast was decent and well served.The one main problem with the property is that its too close to high tension power lines and a couple of mobile towers. The humming sound of the cables is really perturbing.

Nice service, vast ample parking area

I didnt like this hotel, another person mentioned the powerlines outside, I only saw that the next day as I arrived late, I didnt sleep that well. The beds are old and lumpy, the rooms in serious need of upgrading, the service was good with some people, and gruff with others. But its not worth the money, it advertises itself as a 4 star, no where near it. There are much better 3 star hotels, and I booked through Agoda, which was more expensive than others paid, I found out later. The previous guest had left a water bottle in the room, not good on the cleaning front, hotels need to be safe. This was probably the biggest issue for me. But poor quality tea and coffee, and only a couple of those cheap sachets, no water. No room service menu, until I asked for it. The phone didnt work, all in all, tired rooms, not bad bathrooms, but feeling the covid pinch maybe. I feel a little cheated that for the same price I could have stayed in a good hotel.

Hotel located at traffic free area

One of the best stay Ive had in South India. The room was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was well kept, LED tv with hundreds of channels to enjoy.The food at Empire restaurant was delicious & alcoholic drinks were well priced. Thr complimentary breakfast had a decent range of food. Overall, worth the price you pay. Would definitely recommend to those who are coming to Coimbatore.

The hotel/room was super clean and super comfortable. The toilet was clean. Easy hot water access. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room.The staffs are super nice and friendly. They will attend to your needs very professionally and efficiently.The food is grea too. The best thing is the mid night menu, I reached at 1 am so I was worried I wouldnt be able to eat dinner but thanks to the staffs I was able to grab something to eat at 2 am. The buffet breakfast was also awesome with wide variety to choose from, continental, Indian, south Indian, fruits, etc. Very fulfilling!Special shoutout to Prabhu, Rahul, Dharma Raj (the front desk team) and driver Jeevan for their kind assistance. 👏👏👏

Kiscol Grands is an excellent property situated in a good area. The crosscut road shopping area is a stonethrow distance from this facility. The hotel is neat and clean and rooms are well maintained with high standards of cleanliness. The staff is well groomed and good professionalism along with friendly attitude and help customers in every possible way.Food is very good and has a good variety as well.Overall, We were glad to have stayed here and hope to visit again in the future. For travellers, business or leisure, this property is highly recommended.

Good rooms and infrastructure,staffs are well trained and worth for money

We stayed here for 3days. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot water was available all the time. Had good response from staff. The food was awesome. Buffet had good options of veg n non veg cuisines. One particular thing which we liked was mint flavor water. Should definitely plan to stay here if u r new to Coimbatore and planning to stay.

Stayed here for a night. Very nice reception staff and good service from the time i reached the hotel till the time o left.The bed was very comfortable and they has the latest TV with all HD channels in it.Wifi was good.The food was good but if you still want to walk out there are nice ones just next door.Easy to reach the station and a bit off the busy streets off the main bazaar.

Safe place, however wouldnt prefer it again

This is my second visit to this place. I go to Isha often. Rooms are clean and big. Locker is also available. Almost all the toiletries are supplied except the moisturiser. AC is very effective and beds are comfortable view from the window is not good. Bar has live music in the evening but too loud. The best part is if you order a beer you will get free chicken and three more bowls of snacks complimentary. Breakfast lay out is decent and food is tasty. Staff is very helpful.If you want to have local food and the place where locals eat or take away then go to Achi Mess. This place is just 50 meters away from hotel. Just walk towards right after getting out of the hotel. You can check my review for this place. I will recommend Kiscol.

We had our corporate Diwali dinner at Kiscol. Must say, it was the best dinner we ever had. It was a package of Dance music food and fun. Hats off to the team who supported us and special mention about the General Manager who had helped us by organising the party at its best. I will definitely recommend Kiscol to my friends.

Finding it for an outsider will be difficult but inside the hotel it was constructed in a well planned manner. The basement meeting halls and party facilities are good so that the people who come for other reasons will not get disturbed. If they arrange some nearby bike parking, it will be more good.

All things inside the hotel are ok.... except the surrounding areas...very near to Coimbatore north railway station

Very good hotel. Neat and clean rooms. Very good service. Very good breakfast and dinner with well spread items. Valet parking team has taken my car for parking and returned the car key only at the time of checking out. This is not recommended. The key should be returned immediately.

Good hotel rooms for stay for affordable cost with high quality

Very very good new facility. rooms are spacious and clean. bathroom is also good. restaurant and lobby are spacious. breakfast spread is also good. I had requested for early check in on which they agreed and very supportive staff. will stay again here.

The hotel is pretty near to the main bus station on Gandhipuram and about 40 mins from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel this time there were some building works happening but the management had taken measures to keep the noise and dust to a minimum which is appreciable. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Food is pretty good most of the time. The breakfast buffet is not bad at all. Facilities also include a Gym, Swimming pool and a bar. The swimming pool is not yet open officially is what I was told. The slightly negative thing.. if I could call it a negative is that the staff expect to be tipped all the time and it is obvious too which could become annoying if it is a long stay.

The Hotel seems to be good (we never stayed but over lookwise).The Car entry is really so Dangerous and a regular driver cant take it up to the front and it requires great skill. Rather this can be used for Driving tests. Dont understand why they left it like that.The Bar is decently good with good offers.

The rooms are pretty clean and ok. The room service requires 2 reminders. The towels are taken away daily but for replacement you need to keep constantly reminding them. The approach road to this hotel in the night is clogged with long distant busess occopying half section of road. The road beyond has trucks parked and doesnt look good and bit scarry post dark. The restaurant is decent the breakfast spread is decent the refills take time. The service is a bit slow so be prepared to spend some time waiting whatever time you visit. Overall staff nature is very good and helpful, just that they need reminders

The hotel is hidden in a not so posh location however everything about the place is just awesome. The receptionist were courteous, the valets were polite, the restuarant staff ever smiling and accommodative. The food tastes very good and the room were spotless. Surely one of the better hotels in Coimbatore, also being a little pocket friendly, but not by very much, none the less a good experience. Located in Gandhipuram, easy to locate, around 25 minutes from the airport. The rooms are pretty clean and there is ample space to walk around and all the facilities of a very good hotel. The staff are very polite and are ready to help whenever you might need them. The complimentary breakfast buffet is okay, though the same menu was put up on the 2 days I had stayed. The restaurant menu is good and the taste was good enough, usually a little bland, do trust them to make it a little spicy. All in all a good all round experience, would surely visit again, if traveling to Coimbatore

The dinner buffet was reasonably priced at rupees 601. It is all you can eat three course Indian food buffet. There were a veg and non-veg soup, veg and non-veg starters, pasta, noodles, mutton and chicken Briyani, mutton gravy, fish fry and lot of Indian sweets as desserts.The only downside is the food doesnt have a punch or flavours. The salt and flavours are very plain and kept low.

RigHt from my arrival till my early morning departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were affordably comfortable .They even helped me manage my city tour. The ambience of the banquet hall was quite simple and pleasant. The food was tasty and quite good. The panneer tikka masala and veg biriyani as well as the Gobi starter were good.

First when I wanted to reach the place, the Google map had taken me to a wrong location. Second when I reached the the hotel. It had nice ambience. The rooms are very neat and clean. Also the rooms are quite spacious. Food was OK and definitely they can still work on service part.

I totally loved my stay for six days. The hotel staves are very polite, friendly and always available to help. They also provide complimentary breakfast buffet service which has ample of choices. We didnt take dinner service, however they do have good menu. Food is excellent. Their chefs are very skilled. We had lunch thrice and I was pretty satisfied with the quality of food served. They have in house bar at the basement one. They have activities like live musical night and kareoke too. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This is a great hotel in Coimbatore.Pros:-1) Rooms are very spacious and super comfortable.2) Staffs are amazing from the receptionist to the welcoming girl....really great people.3) Kitchen and free breakfast is great and kitchen staffs are great too.4) Wifi connection is amazing5) There is a good place to relax in front of the reception which is good if you are bored in your room.6) Bar is decent, nothing to complain.Cons:-1) You can hear train horn noise at times in the night.Things which can be improved are:-1) Keeping clean towels in the bathroom (current one in the rooms look old and not so clean) 2) House keeping should start after 9 am and not at 7 am which is frustrating if you want to sleep in and relax.Overall amazing hotel in Coimbatore and i will definitely come here every time i visit India.

This is a upscale place. Checked out their sunday afternoon buffet. Starters are kinda average except the seafood which was fine. A little bit of tweaking there can get the buffet to next level. Desserts were great. Main course was good too. Here, they deserve nothing less then five star. Value for money food. If you wanna get a filling buffet lunch on Sunday and on a average budget, think no further!

Good place to stay when in coimbatore. They also have a nice restaurant with generous buffet and ala carte options.Service and front desk was excellent. Just dont book this through Make my trip. The price started at less than 50% of what others were selling the room at. Then we paid higher than others.

Staff are friendly and prompt2. Food is very good3. Rooms are neat and fairly well maintainedYet, here come the reasons why I am inclined to give a 2 star rating.Cons:1. Ruckus at all hours of the night. This place is definitely not family friendly. Management is unable to control extremely noisy guests. We had to complain multiple times, then ended up personally talking to the guests.2. Corridors are close to filthy with dirty stained carpets and very blatant debris which was promised to be cleaned up, but never really happened. Smells of heavy smoke, despite the room itself being non smoking.3. Hotel staff are told to arrange heavy furniture for upcoming events, really late night, which means no sleep for any one on the same floor or below.Honestly, I wanted to try this place after several glowing reviews on trip advisor, but decided that most of these reviews are probably by bachelors or business travelers, who might be immune to things that will bother respectable families.I will never stay here unless it is my last resort, and its a lesson for me to not really trust reviews online.
