ISKCON, anyone who is associated with the Almighty KRISHNA, will know about ISKCON.Temple at Coimbatore is having the deities of Jagannadha, Balarama and Subhadra of Puri.One of my pictures shows you the circle stones which are opposite to the main temple. These are 108 steps for the magical chant of HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE. HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE HAREEvery Sunday there will be bhajans, followed by preaching by Swamiji and then distribution of prasadam.Temple opens at 4.30am to 1.30pm and from 5.00pm to 8.30 pm.Every Sunday evening there will be a feast.

The iskon culture is not good for Hindu religion. They are making temples to earn money, spreading religious temperaments are less. Lord Jagannath premis could find a place to worship, but the atmosphere is not that good. Photography also prohibited here.

The calmness this place adores cannot be found in any other place in the city.Home to Lord Jagannath along with Subhadra Devi & Balarama ISKCON, Coimbatore is quaint and beautiful in its own way.Sunday evenings are filled with Bhagavad Gita Lectures & bhajans, place to find peace within the city.

Peacaeful and direct dharshan of the supreme deities. No intermediaries. Absolutely Devotional. No commercial nagging or marketing. Like to.visit again and again.

Peaceful!!This temple is located a little interior in a peaceful area.There was parking space available but it was filled with water here and there due to rains.The temple is clean and very well maintained.Bhajans were ongoing at the time we visited.We were allowed to perform aarthi to the deity.One friendly volunteer explained about the idols at the temple.(Apparently the Lord Jagannatha idol in this temple is similar to the one in Puri Jagannath temple.)Overall wonderful experience.

A Spritual Education and Beautiful

Nice place but all swamis are having evangelical targets it seems, I have seen one reputed college professor used to go there to get blessing of Krishna, on one final day he became swamiji and going to that reputed college head shaved saying Krishna mantras... Hare Krishna....

We were not allowed to sit and pray peacefully instead were disturbed by the volunteers over there forcing us to do some rituals or asking for donations for the new building constructed near by.volunteers here should be thought some basics of not interrupting someone while they are praying. Would never visit this place until the construction is complete. Hare krishna

Though the temple is not as huge as the ones in Bangalore, Delhi but it is well maintained. Its a perfect place to get some peace of mind! You can chant Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare and feel relaxed. And if you are lucky enough you can also catch a glimpse of a few peacocks behind the temple.

Calm and plesant atmosphere, divine location. The place is located just besides the Codissia mall, Coimbatore. Have been there once. Location might be a bit longer to travel from the railway station. Everyday evening poojas will be carried out for lord krishna. Nice location to enjoy.

A place of timeless tradition and learning. The Jagannath Baldev Subadra deities are really beautiful. There is a wonderful harinam mandapam outside the temple. The cows in the Goshala are a pleasant sight. The new big Temple partly constructed is a rustic site. Great place to spend a Sunday.

7.30 every day there will be a preyer. It is in the corner. Not big as other iskcon temples. It is near by coimbatore railway bus stand. You can c go to the G D Naidu museum also from that temple to see

Unlike every iskon temple its not very big temple but the big one is under construction right beside the small existing temple. Located little away from city.

We reached there by 7.45pm. Not sure if I was late to the temple. Hardly a few people were there in the temple. No priest was there to do the pooja. Again, I wasnt sure if I was late.

Best place ever same like lord krishnas place ...peaceful place to spend weekends every sunday evening u have lecture bajan keerthan and prasadam ....that is they offer food also in sunday .....so pls try to go on sunday .....on saturdays u have a program for youth called TGIS they explain about the ananswered topics n bajans go on n u will get prasadams ....but only for boys 18 to 30 yeaed .....ages below n above also n join and they have youth club called spark ......mainly i attenede this section only for prasadam ....it will be awesome .....try n see .....

It is a small place but in a quite environment..lovely and devotional

This is one of the famous ISKCON Temple situated near Coimbatore Airport. This temple was constructed 20 years back. And now there is new construction for a bigger temple. Here presiding Deities are Sri Sri Jagannatha Baladeva and Subhadra Mayi (Like Puri Jagannatha). There is a special Harinama Mandapam is there.

A very beautiful jagannath temple. When you enter coimbatore from Erode coimbatore highway this place is a must visit. Its near codissia trade fair complex. You can take a bus from any part of coimbatore to CIT college stop and walk 10 minutes to get here .
