I have approached them to get products which are not even available online and they ensure that they source and deliver these as per committed timelines and at a competitive cost. I also get home delivery of my products which is better than online shopping with even faster delivery.The owner of this shop has good rapport with all the customers and gives genuine advice on the products to suit your requirements. He DOES NOT push products for the sake of a sale. This is hard to come by these days.They have also provided me extended support on holidays on special basis. This level of customer service can only be expected from a small business owner and not from a corporate set up with a XYZ on the customer care line on the other side.I wish the Squid team all the absolute best. I also hope that these small business owners get business to sustain in the presence of huge corporations like Amazon. I am not against Amazon and I do buy products from them. Unless we have a healthy competition, we as a customer will not have a choice.

It really is a computer doctor. My pc just went blank one day while I was using it and it completely refused to start. I took it to several repair shops but nothing ever happened. They were all unable to fix. That is untill I took it to squid system and they fixed it in just 3 days. I was so glad. This has been my prefered squid system ever since.

Just to boot the OS they are asking 800 rupees...And if you want it within evening means they are asking 200 more...It takes only 1 hour to boot.For you reply sirSales lady working in your shop told me that we provide only pirated version....pirated version isnt that much value...And sir there is no need of senior engineer to boot an OS ...Just selecting options and need to install the drivers ....for that senior engineer isnt required...And if you have calls before than me means you can abruptly say no to my request by that day itself...dont try to charge extra money sir it is not that much worth for pirated version...Thank you

I received excellent service from squid system I had not met before - when my laptop died, the hard drive had crashed. Squid engineer collected my PC from my home and kept me informed of progress all the way, recommending the size of replacement SSD to install. He was able to recover my data and copy it onto the new drive which, being SSD, runs much faster than the old one. He returned my PC at the agreed time two days after collection (I had a lot of data to copy!). I would have no hesitation in recommending squid
