No proper infrastructure will be available. Many groups is available for doing politics with each of them. No proper planning by the management. Management people dont know how to treat the employees. Managers may be dummy employee or relational or same caste people, dont have guts to speak with the management whats issue are facing by the developers. Developers shouldnt tell concern to the managers if says they will be sacked within the month.
