Prices are too high. Online shopping seems easy when compared to this shop... Washing machine we saw was said that it starts from ₹15k .. seriously we get the same one for ₹10.5k in online. With free delivery. Better for people who want to spend extra money... just Mixie starts with ₹3k.... Too pricey

Huge showroom for home appliances in the heart of Coimbatore city. Products Very well displayed, category and company wise. Well informed sales man and very courteous. Prices is competitive.

Sales staffs are sitting and standing next to each other and nobody care about customers. After 5 mins, one staff came to me. I asked the price of one product, he told me that he will chk and tell . But i didnt see that person again. Then i came out and went to another shop.

I wont recommend here while we visit there they will be buttering smooth and after purchasing if it comes delivery they wont take us in mind....actually yesterday(3-5pm) I went and purchased a washing machine and today(6.50 pm) they delivered and they told us to wait for one more day for the installation I dont know when they will come to installGoing straightaway making 3days to install for that I would be getting in Amazon.Very worst servicesResponding badVery late

I always prefer vasanth and co ,because of their seasonal combo offers and variety of brands, spreaded across Tamil nadu, Today I had an opportunity to buy all the house hold items, and checked with them about the combo offers, than I realized that combo offers are just a eye wash,Waste of money, please be careful before purchasing under combo products.

Please be careful ,when you enter the shop on this shop on 100 feet road, NOBODY MAINTAINS CAB ( COVID APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR) OR PROCESSES. So many sales people and very few customers. Many of the sales staff were not wearing masks. They were all sitting / standing next to each other and talking/ gossiping.If you are going to this store you are at risk!Please be careful 🙏

Worst ever experience and service in 100ft Road vasanth and Co branch, bought fridge 5 days back and they have missed to give leg on it.. We are following for last 5 days. Everyday their response is next day service person will come and fix it.. Still nobody came and there is no good response from anybody.. Madhu sudhanan fridge sales person not giving proper response and he disconnected the call while speaking, everyday we are in the position of explaining the story to everyone who attends the call. But no resolution yet..

Dont go for this showroom. Very very worst service. An AC booked 4 days even after 4 day they didnt deliver. They are saying after 3 only installation people will come... very very worst while booking they said next day delivery same day installation. All are cheating fellows. Dont go there no intrest. They are equating their amount by document charges as min 1800... So best get products from genuine showrooms. Avoid Vasanth and co.

Stress with shameful Experience from a Traditional Dealer by buying Wirlpool Fridge by cash & Carry delivered to us next day 10.30 pm with fees INR 500 near by Airport, CBE. 3 other delivery pending further after 10.30 pm, 1st issue,Fridge Bottom bush missing and to delivery 3 days promised but finally today requested us to collect from shop as Whirlpool Demo Staff are not coordinating with our store, so you can collect yourself from us.2nd Issue.Totally worthless as a Dealer to purchase due to lag in local Dealer service and your Staff Karti who spoke with us just kept phone on hold with out saying a word when we ask about bush delivery & Wirlpool staff Demo. Is this Customer Service OMG. Its Enough. Still after 4 days from purchase, we are not able to use the Brand New Whirlpool Fridge due to poor Dealer Service.We are Customers so please provide basic local Dealer Support. Our humble request to customers check delivery time and check your items you purchase before you pay cash & leave the Shop.
