Horrible experience. Bought diamond earrings and 1 stone fell off within a month of purchase and when I took it to the store, instead of apologising for poor craftsmanship they were accusive saying that I must have dropped it. Well, first of all I didnt and even if I did a diamond doesnt fall off. Ive been using diamond jewellery for a long time and I know ! Should have never gone back but unfortunately my husband gifted me a diamond pendant bought from here and again within 4 months a part of the pendant just broke off ! When I took it to the store, the response was the same as the previous time or worse. They said I must have put a lot of pressure on it for it to break like that. Oh yeah.... I felt like telling them Yes... I sat on it !. Horrible horrible experience! To spend so much on something which is not worth the money. And customer service is really very bad. Will never ever visit this store again.
