Had the worst experience ever!.The lady worker is terrible . The male staff is okay. The lady worker is only concentrating on beautifying herself. She is not welcoming . When me n my friends went, she only gave importance to MALE customers and when we asked for help in our sizes, she gave us lame excuses and ignored us completely. She treated us badly. Even though we really wanted to buy matching tshirts for our gang, we didnt buy because if that women. I dont know if she is the manager or staff, but remove her immediately if you want your store to flourish got a very bad image on CK. Dont employ rude females. Especially females. They arent interested to do the job. They are only interested in makeup.

Recently Ive been to ck brookefields, even when I could not find the right clothing we were looking for the lady staff there was very patient and good at her service.As a manager in sales and marketing a request, please do not post something like this to a sales staff on a public post.

Madhura, You expressed your extreme hatred !!!! Just realize how disrespectful, fake & harsh your critique of that female sales assistant and the entire FEMALE CLASS is. Learn to change your cheap misconception about female employees.I was there when this happened. The female assistant was really super polite n super patience with Madhura who does not know how to even treat/talk to another human fashionably.Madhura, Remember this as long as you live, sales assistants are never your slaves to say whatever you want & CK is not your backyard to have fun.IM YUGA, AN INDO-AMERICAN. All gentlemen in our family buy CK products from Brooks for around a decade now. The salespeople, both female and male were always awesomely welcoming, friendly and courteous to everyone who enters in.Good luck CK, do great.

Great brand. Materials are highly different, quality and worth for money. T shirts are so soft to wear. No fading ever. Good customer care.
