I have booked through agoda, yes rate is fine. Hotel is located in center of Coimbatore back side of cross cut road. Disadvantages : late night dinner is not available after 9.30pm. breakfast is bit costly. Advantages : busines trip people buffet breakfast is affordable price for 180, toiletries, towels, water bottle, kettle and free sanitizer available here. Shoe cleanser available in the lobby. Maintenance is really worth for money.

This is a really nice place with extremely serviceminded staff. They are helpful in every way. Change of towels, fresh water, roomservice, late check out etc.The location is five star! Youre in the middle of the city with walking distance to shopping mall, attractions, movie theater.The room is fine but maybe the bathroom needs an update. 1 room was not even ready when we checked in. We got the key from reception and when we opened the room, room was not even ready(refer inages below). I generally dont write negative review but this was needed. Still room were clean but not so big as wide angle camera will make us beleive that.

I have stayed in many hotels through out my life time this is one of the worst experience and worst hote I have ever stayed they did not maintain the privacy of the guest. when I went out after checking in after 2 hours when I came in hotel cleaning guy was in the room I asked I didnt ask any one to clean or put any sign on the door but the manager said its the hotel police to clean every room when the guest is not in the room I kept all my jewelry on the table and all by belongings openly all over the room no one intimated that this would happen and when I asked they rudely came on me that its my mistake that I dint know the hotel policy I would never recommend this hotel to any one.And the bathroom was very dirty even the mirrors were not clean the bed spreads had strain on it the locker was broken and the towels look like its been already used worst experience ever

I really had an worst experience. without my permission, they have entered my room to clean though I didnt put any sign board to clean..I have kept my jewels and my inners n dresses. As a women, I felt really uncomfortable while someone enters your room without permission when I m out. I really felt something uncomfortable in my room. something like hidden camera might have fixed in the name of housekeeping when I m out of my room.it was terrific experience. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone

It is usually known as Mangala International. It is very near to the bus stand, cross cut road in Ram Nagar area. Easily accessible with enough parking space. The basement parking is always dark. Better lighting is needed.We did not stay here. As we went for a 2 days program no comments on the rooms part. The buffet menu during lunch was good. We had almost the same menu on both the days. We are not sure if the organiser had requested to do so. If not they have to show differences for regular footfall.The hall and other arrangements like chairs, tables, and refreshments are also good. The new title Zip by Spree Hotels Mangala International is too lengthy and people may not search for it using the full name. Good experience

We had a get together function (baby shower) recently in our family, it was really a surprise and unexpected service from the staffs. Good front office service. Clean room and toilet. Hot water in shower is available only after 7 am. When we had to leave by 6 am, took bath between 5 and 5.30 in slightly warm water. Consolation is the shower water was not biting cold. The hotel admin has to take serious not of this problem. Otherwise this hotel is very good to stay.

This property is located in central Coimbatore and within easy reach of most of the commercial and entertainment areas.Our room was comfortable except for a few issues, a major one of which was the bathroom door. It had slid down a bit from its hinges and the door closing mechanism was, as a result, noisy. Maintenence staff greased the same and said many of the doors in the hotel faced similar issues.Ventilation slats were missing in the bathroom door, resulting in quick, persistent fogging inside, making it sweaty and impossible to use the mirror.Room service was mostly prompt but frustratingly tardy at times. The same story with housekeeping.Another sticking point is that advance paid for booking was not adjusted in the final bill at check-out. I am still writing them emails for its refund which is not forthcoming. They have not been responding to my emails of late.

So many negative comments I read about this hotel before booking. But once we occupied the room... Really we had a good stay. Very spacious, staffs behaved well. Most of the hotels while booking they wont provide welcome drink, but here they offered welcome drink. Good for family stay and we didnt experience any problem.

This hotel is quite good in terms of service, room space, ambience, cleanliness, food quality and parking space. This is in heart of Gandhipuram and very close to shopping malls , hotels, park and bus stop. This hotel has inbuilt bar with dining, conference rooms and training halls. Good for keeping the small meeting and big training. Small things like saftey exit, shoe polish, big reception are good features.Overall its a good nice place.

The hotel is in the center of the city., accessible to various points. The interiors and ambience are tastefully done. The night that we stayed here was the IPL 2019 final between CSK and MI. The hotel arranged for the screening of the match on a large screen in the restaurant and also offered great discounts for dining in the restaurant.The only thing, that seemed somewhat out of place, was that we did not bump into any families or other kids. All the guests here seemed to be on official work or on business. Quiet place and friendly & helpful staff.The hotel staff permitted an early check in with an additional fee. They also charged an additional fee for late checkout. I was hoping that they would waive the additional fee on atleast one end of the booking, especially since the Hotel did not seem all that crowded.

A cozy p1iace inside the town. This been the second time Im visiting this place with a time gap of 6 years. The change happened is drastic. The bar is well maintained and the mood created is also superb. The bar is in the 5th floor of the building. They have pretty good brands of beers . The service is exemplary . The side dishes served were 5 items and chicken masala was a complimentary item by the hotel which was very nice. The bill was even discounted to a round figure. The glass serving beer was very cool.

There is only one rest room combined with wash basin for dining hall, where it is very difficult for washing hands we need to wait for some time.

I am happy to write this review after seeing the older review I feel little bad to go mangala international but one of my friend has suggested to go, after trying I really happy and my kids were enjoyed at roof top. Both food and service was excellent.
