We stayed at this property for two nights in the last week of September and Soumen Bhattacharjee and his wonderful team deserve a pat on their back for having taken care of us well during our stay... I have been here many time for conducting training for their staffs. I have met everyone from the F&B, a house keeping toReception staffs to top management. The loveliest active team they have got. Loved their hospitality & food. Had been for JCI meetings and other club meetings too. Experienced a great welcome always.

Very worst support from ibis and booking.com. I have booked room on 09th April and 10th April 2021 and paid the entire amount of Rs. 5200. Same day evening i have cancelled the rooms due to covid but so far i have not received refund from booking.com or ibis hotel. For this i have called so many times to hotel and they replied the payment was not yet received from booking.com. But this is not valid reply. Till date i have not received the refund amount.

We have meeting in this hotel for past three days ...the experience I feel was worst to the bad .they serving worst water during this pandemic situation...and in glass bottles not even in mineral watercans...frond office staffs are too bad behaviour and restaurants too...and in rooms bed was very small and bathroom Also not clean up to the level. Actually we are paying bill in LAKHS .but totally we winding up the hotel with big dissatisfaction....PLS DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL BY SEEING THIS BRAND IBIS..I will promise you .. if u vist you will surely feel bad experience ,🥵🥵🥵😷😷🤥💯 true

Easy to locate with good car parking available. The complementary breakfast spread is good but the dinner, not so much. The Biriyani was more like Pulao.Other than that, the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Rooms are very compact. Only 2 adults can stay. You cannot put an extra bed in the room to accommodate a kid. Family stay is very tough. Parking is pathetic. No persons to carry the luggage to u r room. Towels and Linens were so dirty. Service is damn poor.

We stayed here on 2nd Aug 2021. We checked out on 3rd Aug in the morning. We had lots of work piled up for the day. So conveniently, we were booked by the evening flight to Chennai. We finished our work by 2pm and we had lots of waiting time on hand. The hotel allowed us to use the room till we left for the airport. This is our 3rd stay in the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stay was good. Courteous staffs fast check in and check out. Clean rooms, maintenance is very good. But rooms are very small and bathroom is tiny one. If u stay as a family with kids it will be bit congested. But overall experience is very good.

Its clean, hygienic, following all covid-19 protocols and upto the international standards maintained by all Ibis hotels.The staff are polite, friendly and will assist us with any query or request. The breakfast buffet has a good amount of South Indian dishes, toast and eggs cooked to our liking, that all taste good.The rooms are well maintained with good decor. The prices are affordable and reasonable for the facilities provided.

Terrible Service! Staff were insolent, unprofessional and inhospitable.I booked a room through booking.com for my sisters when they went to write an exam in Coimbatore. The receptionist and a rude man who claimed to be the manager denied the room saying that all three of them should be above 21. He was impolite to the girls and made them wait until they called me all worried in tears. There is clearly no such rule in the country, nor was it mentioned anywhere in their rules/policies at the time of booking. The older one was above 21, and it was completely legal for them to book and stay at a hotel. I had to call them numerous times to explain and resolve. He was so arrogant and hubristic that he wasn’t willing to listen, understand or accept his mistake.It was the first time they travelled to a different state by themselves. We had prebooked everything for their ease and safety, yet this happened. Situations like this discourage girls, who needs to be strong and self dependent in their lives. I must say that people like him are a disgrace to our society.I will not book another room with Ibis in future nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Worst hotel, i have ever seen in my life. A training programme has been arranged by our resource institute, but there was a poor response from the front office staff(Rathika, i think). Even though there was some issues, she is harshly speaking with the guests. Water served during the event was a normal tap water with lot of dust, when we enquired, they spoke like they will serve like that only. I felt why we have chosen this hotel. Worst...Even this word seems good, the service is below that.🤑🤢🤢🤢🤢🤕🤕😷

Let me start from check in all was quite good,Room was nice and cozy.what impressed me a lot is the service I went for lunch in restaurant for lunch the girl was quite knowledgble and impressive. She take care the restaurant alone that time that so well. I took her suggestion she told me to take Paneer butter masala with roti and some jeera rice. I must say nice suggestion.What I can say is a well customer oriented staff. Well done Shushma. The one reason for being again there.

We had chosen Ibis Coimbatore City Centre because we wanted to feel safe during COVID-19, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The safety measures are taken well, and the location is very good, with traveling everywhere made easier. Except for the area where a fly-over is being built, reaching the place is easy. The room is really well-maintained, and the staff are very much supportive. The food options seem to be less, but as it is close to the city, you have a lot of restaurants everywhere around. It was a pleasant stay at Ibis, and a very comfortable one indeed.

My previous review was an error. This property is an excellent place to stay with friendly staff and genuine concern for its guests. The front office Manager and the GM go out of their way to ensure comfort and personal care. Love to be back on my next trip.
