My delivery experience was very pleasant. The rooms were good and the nurse staff support was timely and helpful, they helped me get through the first two nights with my first new born.Dr.Saranya Maam, whom I am really thankful for helping me in delivering my little one safely as my little one was breech. She was very kind with words and helped me understand all the pros and cons of my pregnancy and showed support. Very positive person and reassuring at all times. She was always available to clear any sort of doubts or provide any support out off office as well. So a special thanks to her. 💐On the whole the experience with Womens center was very pleasant. Thanks to the whole team.😊

Great hospitality and very professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital a million times.I had normal delivery. Dr. Anuradha is extremely dedicated and is on top of every patient’s situation. My labour started late Saturday evening and she followed up with the duty doctors on my condition and gave them instructions throughout the night. She was there for me early Sunday morning well before time and helped me have a normal delivery in spite of my BP complications. Very very thankful to her!!A biggg thanks to the nurses in the hospital. They knew exactly what to do and they would keep checking on us from time to time (right frm admission to discharge) They were extremely patient and understanding. No matter how many questions we asked or how many times we called them to help, they showed amazing care and never got annoyed or never showed faces. Cant thank them enough for their service.Delivery doctor, Duty doctor, Pediatrician, Lactation Consultants, Dietitian, Physiotherapist kept visiting us atleast twice a day after delivery and are were patient with all our questions.A special thanks to the facility team Sheji James and Kumaresh Babu. Sheji took special care on the facility part which was very essential during my stay at the hospital. She was also open and flexible for all facility related services on top what was expected. Her counseling was very professional.Good infrastructure, service and food.They followed Covid protocols as well.On the whole it was a great, comfortable place to meet my little baby angel and a cherishable experience that I will carry throughout my life.

We consulted Dr. Anuradha for my first pregnancy. She eased my nerves and made my first delivery memorable. She made herself available at all times. Special mention to the nursing staff whose compassion was unmatchable. They were attentive to us round the clock. Another special mention to Dr. Shobana, and dietician Chandrakala for helping me to work on my diet in staying fit throughout my pregnancy, and after delivery. I write this to appreciate the Hospital management in taking appropriate action to minimise delay in billing. Normally we find Monday and Saturday patients are more so it takes one full day for us to return back home. Since Im working women it is only possible on Saturday to visit Doctor. Im so happy with my Doctors consultation and approach. Dr. Anuradha is friendly eventhough she is too busy in scan and delivery she spends time with me whenever I met her.Last Saturday I could see patients crowded but billing had more number of billing staffs and reception coordinator ensured billing was done without delay. Excellent co-ordination from sheji and team. I once again thank management for kind attention to this problem.Keep up your compassionate care.

Based on my birth experience, I would highly recommend this hospital. The entire three days were like a miracle. The best part is irrespective of the profession or skill, the care was the same from the security professionals, mid wives, nurses, canteen people and of course the Doctors. Dr, Selvanandhini was on the top be it professionalism or service, she was really awesome. In the labor ward, Dr. Sangeeta and nurse Latha was really caring and all the other nurses were also very kind and patient, sorry I could name only a few, but I wish I mention all the names here. Even after coming to the room, it really felt like home as the nurses and staffs were always available. In just a call, in no time they respond and take care. Also Dr.Karthik Balaubramanian was superb. The dietician, physio, and all others were extremely caring and I thank everyone for the great journey. Happy to write review for Womens Center by Motherhood. We took consultation from Dr. Saranya S... Very friendly in every way, made our first pregnancy much easier... Took great care of our babies and mother.. I could say she is a gem of a person never seen a doc who is so much supportive and need to mention about Dr. Karthik who helped our babies right from the time of delivery till discharge. Great services from nurses(NICU, 4TH FLOOR and 3rd floor), a good food help you to recover faster, more than that helps to feed babies properly... a special thanks to diabetian. Also special thanks to womens center team for making our pregnancy a much delightful journey.

I was able to call her personal mobile any time for any queries.The Nurses at the Women Center are very co-operative especially during labor. Without them my labor wouldnt have been smooth. Their care for my baby was very good. They were there anytime I wanted them.Housekeeping and facility staff were very warm and friendly. We never had any bad experiences.Food is very decent. Prepared keeping patients in mind. You must remember that youre in a hospital but not a restaurant. Do not expect restaurant style food.Overall my experience at Women Center was very great. They made me feel at home. 5/5

This review is about the vaccination experience.I had a situation like, confirmation message for dose 1 was not received and was roaming around for 3 days to get it sorted out but no luck.I called upon the respective person from Womens health centre and explained the situation, he asked me to book as dose1 and schedule the slot.Once I reached the centre, a staff named Aji Antony took so much of effort and helped a lot to correct my vaccination doses confirmation and all good now, got vaccinated of Dose 2. I could see they are handling these kind of issues with patience and helping public people.When there was a scenario of where to do and whom to ask, this help from that center means a lot.

Dr Anu and her team at Womens Centre by Motherhood is extremely wonderful for pregnancy consultation and labour. Her guidance and expert medical advice helped us sail through our vpregnancy smoothly and through our labour normally. We are obliged to her forever for helping us deliver the baby safe and healthy.Dr Shobana has been our pediatrician during the short stay here post delivery - she is full of positive vibrations, is patient and shows care and experience in her answers to all our questions.Regarding the hospital, it is nothing less than a five star stay here! The staff are extremely courteous. Food is tasty and nutritious. Our labour almost felt like a short vacation 🙂

Overpriced and hyped for the quality of service in all respects like doctor (Dr. Selvanandini) and nurse support during labour, lactation support post birth and general delay in billing. Lacking in personal touch and respect especially agreeing for things during birth plan discussion but not adhering to them during actual birth. Only ambience and food were good. Can definitely find a lower priced hospital for this quality of service.

They not only taken great care of my wife Health and Delivery, but also they are lovely to speak with at every especially Dr. Pooja and. Dr. Karthick are very down to earth!!! Re-writing review after my wife delivery at women center.Initial doctor visits was very irritating as attender has to stand outside-literally outside to maintain COVID precautions( imagine standing outside hospital for hours during summer). But then yes got to understand the criticality of situation to not have any carrying women infected.Delivery review:Doctors and nurses were extremely kind. Rooms were good and ventilated. On admission, we were put up on 4th floor and COVID test was taken, after result we were shifted to 3rd floor. Until then NST and other tests are performed. Doctors check dilation while we are at room, if dilation progresses, they are shifted to labour ward.Doctor, nurses and support staffs are kind max. doctor waited for hours for normal delivery. Exercise ball was also provided if needed.Things to note:Only one attendant is allowed through out the delivery process, if swap would be needed then that person should also go thru COVID test and swap. If need of 2 attendants, go for a suit room.I did see guys accompanying their wife for delivery, nurses are open to help mother recover and also pat, bath baby.Food is provided for both.Overall the delivery journey was smooth.Remember to take extra dressesI am not a doctor though, but What I noticed,Normal delivery discharge was done in 2 days and c-section after 5 days( if both baby and mother are stable )

After looking at the reviews we took a chance and my wife visited Dr. Saranya for the regular checkup for pregnancy. The hospital staff and doctors here are very friendly and welcoming with a smile on their face. Then when the day of delivery had arrived, it all happened so smoothly and the doctors were so supportive and encouraging at that time. Dr.Saranya made sure it was a normal delivery and both the mother n child are in good health. The care taken after delivery also was very nice and on time. On the whole everything went on smoothly.

Waiting 3 hours for a blood test.. no staff coordination... Staffs are simply sitting and talking...

Great place for safe delivery...Excellent care has been given since my first month of pregnancy.Doctors are really experts, highly qualified and experienced. Doctors and nurses were too supportive throughout my labor. I have consulted Dr. Selvanandhini mam (Gynaecologist), Dr. Shobana mam (Pediatrician) & Dr. R. Shobana mam (Diabetologist). All the doctors made my pregnancy and labor very memorable one.Well maintained and disciplined environment with hygienic food.Good support was given for my baby as i had a pre-term delivery. All required facilities were readily available.Overall I would strongly recommend this hospital for high risk pregnancy, as that was my case.

Wonderful experience as a whole. Dr. Anuradha was so practical, friendly and highly responsive. My wife had a c-sec years before for our first baby in some other hospital We were inclined towards Normal delivery for our second baby. Dr. Anuradha was the one responsible for the normal delivery of my second baby that too waited patiently for close to three days after the onset of labor pain. In any other hospital, this would have surely resulted in a c-sec. Kudos to the Doctor. Special mention to all the Nurses and other staffs who all were kind enough and helpful. Admission, treatment and discharge all were hassle free. Fee is comparable to other premium hospitals and it doesnt matter when you are sure enough that your loved ones are in safe hands. I would blindly suggest this hospital and i know other doctors are also equally good, but my experience was with Dr. Anu and i would suggest her always. This hospital always welcomes you with Neat and clean facilities.

Money minded hospital , not taken care of patients and they problem even taken all test and reports spended 20000 near by but notallow to met doctor for consulting .even paid consulting fees also treating very bad like asking treatment in free , very worst service no follows up and nothing only money minded. Very worst hospital in the world please 🙏 Dont go this hospital, Fixing appointment but they itself don,t know about that appointment they asking , and arranging next appointment waiting long time then went and ask saying no doctor is not available. This hospital has always been mine happy place. Though I had few complications during my pregnancy, gynecologist Dr. Anuradha guided me right and helped me have a smooth delivery. Gynecologist Dr. Saranya is also amazing and supportive.Pediatrician Dr. Karthik Balasubramaniam is highly knowledgeable, yet super friendly and is great with babies and children. He listens to us patiently, clarifies all our doubts and explains each and everything.The hospital on has great staff and nurses are also very friendly and available to you. Though the cost is little high, is definitely worth the services that we get.The parking is chargeable and even thats very pathetic. Its just an open space with no shade. Management definitely has to work on this.

I had a very good experience with Dr ANURADHA my gynecologist throughout my delivery.One of the best doctor I had met. She makes things simple and very friendly also I was able to contact her at any point of time whenever I was in need. The staffs and nurses really helped me through the labour and post delivery they taught me each n every single thing from how to hold the baby. There were 2 nurses IRUDHAYA MARY and VINU they were my personal favorite whenever I call they leave their work n help me. Overall it was a very good experience.

Billing is pathetic, only one counter they are keeping and make patients to wait. Even if taken appointments things are not handled in organized manner and indefinite waiting time.You cannot meet doctor on time. Rush is more and hospital not giving good feeling for patients. Everytime when doctor tell some prescriptions or scan suggestions you have to wait indefinitely to pay bills or take scans. Management needs to look in to this seriously regarding these issues. Since only patients are allowed inside and every patients only has to undergo this pain. Doctors are fed with more appointments and this still add to our waiting time. Hospital cleanliness is maintained but patients waiting time needs to be looked seriously by management. I feel small hospitals give better treatment and care compared to these pathetic only money minded hospitals.

OG is perfect.Pediatrics is not recommended.Especially the system followed is worst. They changed the 14th week vaccine of my baby and found as fault at last.Tokens and waiting procedures are horrible than any other hospital in city .They book slots online but need to wait for 4 to 5 hours for every visit .Overall hospital management is responsible for all mishaps there.Kindly change the protocols favour to mother of tiny babies.You are loosing your reputation.

It was a good experience for me in terms of delivery. It was a bad experience in terms of cost and discharge procedure. Hospital staff and doctors were very friendly. Nurses were too friendly and caring and helped me lot in my delivery,very supportive they were. Midnight service was also too good with nurses,they came for help at any time. Hospital was well maintained at Covid pandemic.Food was good but for that they shouldnt charge this much. On the day of discharge they made us to wait a lot and to do the bill settlement and to get the summary they dragged it to 4 hrs. Hospital management has to look through this and change it.If money doesnt matter then people can choose this hospital. Its one of the best in terms of care.

The hospital atmosphere attracts everyone.. Clean and silent. Everything is organized. Especially nurse staff are too kind. Money we paid playing a better role. Comparatively costly. But the most cases here are high risk pregnancy. So paying is worth it. Food is good.

But this doctor asked to take all checkup. We consulted Dr.Anuradha for our checkup.She is such a sweet person. She explained all the details and complications we had in our pregnancy. During the labor we had the great support from all the nurses. They encouraged us for an normal delivery.Even after delivery also they take care of mom and baby.We choose Dr.Karthick Balasubramaniyam as pediatrician for our princess.His style of handling babies were too good and he explained all the things about baby very clearly, even attender also can understand what he is explaining. Especially physiotherapist was very polite with mom.Provided food also good. Maintenance also nice. All the staffs and house keepings also did their job well. Staffs did our discharge process also very quickly. Totally we had a great experience with womens center by motherhood.

My wife was 26 week pregnancy when we first visited to Women Center after returning from abroad. Dr. Anuradha R (Maternal Fetal Medicine) has checked all the previous history and guided us accordingly. She is always available for any queries or clarification at any point of time. Very much approachable. With her support my wife had a normal delivery on her 39th week. They waited for spontaneous labor and delivery with no external medical intervention (it may vary case to case. It is our experience). Everyone was very much committed and prompt. The mid-wife and nurses were really helpful and kind. Especially nurse Vinu was periodically checking my wife when she was on labor and was very supportive. Dietician and Physiotherapist has guided accordingly post delivery.Dr. Karthik Balasubramanian (Neonatology & Pediatrics) has taken care of the baby when we were at hospital and explained us clearly on Dos and Donts. Also the condition of the baby, vaccination given, medication given was explained to us and Doctor was open to answer any questions.The room is very spacious and was equipped with water doctor, kettle, microwave oven and small fridge where we stayed. Room was very hygienically maintained and cleaned regularly.Food quality is very good and it was on time.Everyone was a call way from intercom in your room and service was very quick from food to house keeping to insurance settlement.We felt from the day of admission to discharge everything was very smooth.

I have visited this hospital for treatment of my daughter who is a minor with my wife who wanted to accompany my daughter so that she can explain the problem in detail..but I was told that only the patient is allowed and I dont understand the rules in the name of covid..where mother of a minor is also not allowed to go with her.. which I feel unfair..the hospital management may kindly look into this problem and rectify please..

Recently happened to visit womens centre by motherhood for my Checkup and it happened to be my best visit to a hospital so far. Everything has been neatly taken care off and all staffs are courteous and humble to guide and help us. Dr. Pooja mathew was so patient to hear my history out and to make me understand the root cause of the problem I had. Special mention would be to Ms. Dhivya from the reception for her hospitality. Definitely recommendable for an impeccable *hospital experience*!!

I am little late in posting my review. We had no issues with the admin staffs, nurses and our Dr. Saranya. Dr. Saranya was very helpful and keep my wife motivated throughout the period. We also stayed here for more than 4days and the nurses was very helpful throughout the period. The rooms are okay, serves the purpose.When it comes to the negatives, we had multiple bad experiences with the diabetitian. She was never on time, we had to wait for 2hrs or more to see the diabetitian when my wife was pregnant. This happens every single time. This is a very unprofessional behaviour to be very honest. She told us that she will show up at the time of my wifes delivery but that never happened.

They dont even allow the attendees inside the hospital even in case of emergency! But I can understand its because of increasing spread of COVID!

Need to wait so long for the check up process though you took an appointment. I didnt like it much though its a famous one!

Jest money motive. For no reasons they will ask us to take unnecessary reports. After taking all the report they wont share few scan reports. Finally we consulted other doctors only then I came to know they are working for their individual targets not as a serice.

I had four days stay for my delivery.. Doctors and staffs are excellent, very polite and patient, Especially the labor ward nurses. Dr. Anuradha helped me take informed decisions about my pregnancy and labour and both baby and I was shifted to room in three hours of delivery..one of the sweetest thing is, my dietitian visited me during labour and gave me positive vibes and told me she has ordered lots n lots tender coconut and juices for hydration, which kinda was very sweet.. even after delivery, not only gyno doctor, but I had regular visitation from dietitian, physiotherapist, paediatrician, nurses for helping me and baby, since due to COVID only attender is allowed ..

Doctors explain all the things fully. Being more known, hospital gets crowded with lot of babys and Mommys and all the nurses and staff are well responsive. With more crowd only issue based on my wifes feel i could see is Feeding room. It would be helpful if good ventilation or more rooms introduced for feeding alone. But still always being hospital difficult to manage crowd. Hope management can think of some better ways like increasing rooms especially during day time to help feed babies can ease more moms.Finally good hosptial with well explaining doctors and responsive staffs and nurses.

Big hospital but no free parking.

If you find a good doctor for delivery, this place is good. However, pedestrians has not been satisfying my experience. This hospital provides good quality treatment, however it is expensive. The facility at this place are good level. The care provided by the nurses are excellent. There are many nurses to aid you.

Such a worst hospital, especially Dr. Pooja Mathew. She never mind patient condition and she never mind giving updates to patient attenders too. How much ever time you ask or you wait she wont bother us. We can even meet PM of India but cannot meet her when we ask. Also she explain everything in english only that too in 2 mins only, my mother was struggling to understand her language. If she can speak only in english then they should mention Woman center by Motherhood only for English literate not for Tamilians...... nonsense hospital and doctors. After procedure she gives 2 mins of explanation in english that can be understood by her coworkers no one else. She never visit the patient again during hospitalization. Also while discharging she never come for consulting or counseling. I dont understand why are we paying specifically for doctors, when everything is taken care by nurses and ward ladies. Please dont ever go to this hospital.

Actually this hospital was recommended by Dr.kavitha gowtham, Bloom fertility center, Chennai since im trying for a vbac. I was worried how its going to be since I came to this hospital while I was 7 months pregnant but it was more than my expectation. Excellent hospitality & services. Both doctors and nurses r kind in nature. Very Hygienic hospital. Hope everything goes well n Ill have a strong vbac.

Very much satisfied with the service. Doctor and nurses are very friendly. Im consulting Dr. Saranya, she is very supportive and explains everything very clearly which provides confidence. Looking forward for my delivery( trying my best for normal delivery and doctor is very supportive). I would highly recommend this hospital.

Best hospital for women and baby in Coimbatore. You can find best doctors only in motherhood.

Recently visited the hospital. They treating very friendly and providing the honest opinion about the concerns. Surely we will feel the positive vibes especially for womens. Care and communication with us are so kind.

Excellent service and dedicated team of doctors and nurses. Dr. Ramya has been clear and detailed in her approach towards treatment. The team of nurses are kind and supportive.Even though the waiting period is longer than usual, the quality of service rendered is impeccable.

Not at all worth for this much cost.very money motive. first of all doctors are not friendly, no positive approach. They dont have time to explain patients clearly. Eventhough its a big health issue they will explain in 5 mins only . We are not allowed to ask more questions. Then why we need to pay 400 for 5min consultation???also above 1.5 lakh only for min surgery cost. I never recommend any of my friends or relatives to visit this hospital anymore.. there are many experienced doctors in other big hospitals who can explain very well and being very positive. If I compare with other big hospitals in coimbatore , treatment in womens center is simply waste of money .

Hi allI have been coming to womens center by motherhood for 5 years. I always feel great about the hygienic ambience, doctors and nurses how they treat us. Cost what they charge is little high but it is quite worth. I would like to appreciate about the protocol what they are following for COVID-19.

Service is very good...Doctors and nurses are very kindfull and taking care the patients with responsibility not for the sake of money....They will provide proper guidance through out the treatment.

The Doctors, both my Gyno and neonatal pediatricians were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The neo natal care was good for my baby.I cant stop thanking the nurses for rest of my life who were so dedicated to these tiny warriors.Hospital was maintained reasonably clean. I didnt like the food variety provided because we stayed there for 3 months, and food was almost the same every time which doesnt help with milk production anyway. but the food service was great.Very humble and great team to be with when I needed the most.

Motherhood hospital environment is good. This is a right place to treatment for pregnancy. Dr.Ramya mam is very friendly & easy handling Gynocologist..she is clarifying very smoothly in the patient doubt. Very good service...

There was no responsibility taken by any staffs.There is no coordination between any teams and they are asking the preganent womens to wander all over hospital without any proper process.Motherhood at Banglore was too good and that allowed us to choose the woman center in Coimbatore. Very poor response from staffs.

No coordination among staff..worst hospital...We were asked to come to womens centre by motherhood (coimbatore) for full body check up at 8:am in the morning without having any food from the previous night 8:30 pm. These people did not call us for blood test until 9:45 am. If they cant keep up with the said timing then why the hell do they ask people to come so early.. That too on empty stomach. My mother was so damn tired and hungry at the end of it...Very very irresponsible and careless...i will never recommend this hospital for anyone

Hospital is good, Doctors are good.But has one drawback, they dont allow one attender with the patient inside the hospital.Since most of the patients are pregnant woman, they will definitely need atleast one attender with them to take care of them.Hope hospital management takes some action.

Had a chance to discuss few of my concerns/ issues with Facilities Director(Mr. Kumaresh). Thank you sir to spend your time to hear and note the bitter experiences faced during my recent stays at hospital.PFB the negatives of motherhood coimbatore hospitals. Kindly address at your earliest convenience.1. Please avoid prefering us especially old aged/disabled attender to go pharamacy for medicines collections during their stay.2. Please dont wait us on the day of discharge, for bill settlements and collecting necessary lab reports (approximate time consumes more than 4 hours)from the nursing station and IP billing section.3.I agreed that Corona tests protocols are mandatory and reported as negative for attenders and patients during their stay and before admission.But can you please ensure us whoever visits the room including doctors, nurses, health professionals,support and administrative staffs are tested in the similar manner in addition to normal thermal scan.😃4. Dont ask attender in front of labour ward with high pressure on wife and baby health to go and buy towel & sweater, which started creating a negative impact on the administration, why can’t they inform us earlier.5. Cockroaches and mosquitoes are high in numbers inside hospitals even inside delux rooms.6. Patient requests should be addressed in an effective manner mainly insurance and Reception departments should need be improved a lot.7. Dont always keen on getting bill settled but failing giving proper discharge reports, lab reports, scan reports and other diagnosis reports which are more important for people opting insurance cash reimbursement.8.Pharmacy staffs are very slow to service and they should treat patients quickly.Positives:Doctors(Saranya and Anuradha mam) explained all the things well and special thanks to them.Dr.Karthik sir is very good and care of my newborn.Receptionist Nithya and other staffs are very polite, well responsive.
