Decent and comfortable stay. While the property is amazing, some aspects can be improved (water leaking outside bath area after a shower for example). Will still give benefit of doubt to the hotel as theyre still to resume normal operations post COVID. Breakfast is delicious and good variety of options were available to choose from. Would recommend for anyone willing to stay around 30 mins away from Coimbatore Airport or for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Such a big hotel.. They havent allowed us to dine in at a meet and dont know whether it was intended by organizer or hotel management.. We were supposed to carry the food pack and had it outside..They should have allowed an open area for those who want to have their food on such cases in covid times..But it is bitter that the govt authorities have not given any standing instruction that not to allow dine in option.. Every other hotel in the proximity has allowed dine in as per legal permissions.. Coimbatore corporation has only advised the hotels that not to let dine in only after 6 pm..Here we were denied to have even at lunch..I have carried the stick sheet wrapped food plate all the way to some remote area to have the food.. Thats really a bitter experience..I would not take and deny such wrapped food and i can have my home food instead..

The staying experience is far from what is expected from this level of hotel.Everything from the room maintenance, services and ambience and staff is much much below standard and not worth the high charges. They seem to be on a cost cutting agenda.There are several better options in Coimbatore offering a much better and higher level of experience for much lower rates.

Very disappointed....felt the place is run down. Everything looks faded and old.The food was ordinary.The ambience was bad .The staff are friendly and great... They are willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Indoor audio quality also can be needed improvement and presentation can also be brought in to correct viewable height. Good quality of food also can be improved in better way .

The say was excellent as expected at Raddison Blu. The restaurant assistant manager Mr. Prabhakant and his team were polite and very friendly. Extremely helpful. Would really be delighted to come again and meet them.

RB has lost its value on all fronts. Be it the front desk, rooms, room service, restaurant, quality of food.Bad. Nowhere near the mark.Absolutely waste of money.

Very bad with the customer service especially Mr Mohan & Ms Afrin from banquet team behaved like anything. They dont know how to treat a valuable customer. My experience was very worst with that team even a Small hotels in town will follow some reputations. But this staffs uffff.. Horrible.. Infrastructure was Good.......It was located in the busiest Part of Coimbatore.....Food was good....But poor customer service in Buffet system......dont have enough utensils to serve....have to wait for a long time.....never Expected this !

Grand Hotel, one of the biggest in Coimbatore town, it has good greenary and enough space to accommodate whatever funtion.Restaurant is not upto the levels...Room rents is close to 5k , which is ok for a like this hotel

The food is excellent here. Not much variety in buffet but nonetheless great experience. Desserts here are great. Special mention to the The Great Indian Kebab Factory situated in 1st floor. They have some awesome variety of kebabs and tandoori items that are served hot and fresh and also this restaurant is a must try if you visit this hotel.

Visited for a kids birthday party. Courteous staff and incredible decor. Loved the ambience. We went for the dinner buffet, it was worth every penny! Salad bar was amazing.. starters were too good.. Loved the place.. will definitely return regularly. Keep up the good work please :)

During July 2021 post lockdown, I went for a wedding at Radisson Blu Hotel. The wedding hall was beautiful and magnanimous. Food was just okay. But the moment I heard it was 1800 per plate my jaw dropped cuz the food was definitely wasn’t worth it. Moreover they made us wait for 10 mins to refill chicken.

Radisson has always been good and neat in all its locations across Tamil Nadu and this branch in Coimbatore was really good and the service was really nice and they also checked on peoples need and made the arrangements accordingly.

I had attended one function. I requested one big plate for my kid. They refused. Instead service person told it costs rs1000. And next when my kid requested for second tissue he asked rs50 to her. This is not a professional service person behavior and I didnt expect this from such a reputed hotel.Hope you will correct it in feature.

This Radisson is just best and made for a private time with your loved ones. The architecture is mesmerizing. The staff is the friendliest and ready to help even if requested for a 1000th time. The food is worth it and all cuisines are extra mouth watering. Loved the cakes and pastries which were abundant and north Indian sweets like Gujiya was just wooow!!

Just dropped into the bar. Clean place quick service. Met my requirement of a quick drink. There seemed to be a shortage of simple snacks like potato chips or salted peanuts. Something about lack of supplier deliveries..

Visit Radisson restaurant during pandemic for dinner buffet. The service was too good for the poor product. Just couple of non veg starters and only 2 curries and one was fish curry. You could see the bowls displayed for food was filled with less quantity and taste was very average. None of the food items were fresh. Tandoori roti was served with no option of curries. Desert menu had variety of options but none was fresh. Overall disappointed with the food I had in the restuartant. The price you paid is not worth for the food I had.

Was there at Radisson Blu Coimbatore for the New Year Eve Celebration Party. They offered Unlimited Drinks and Unlimited Food with some Programs happening by the side. The Program included Singing by some TV fame, a small Magic show, some Dance and DJ Floor. People enjoyed DJ Floor. Other Hotels around Coimbatore had Programs by Well known Celebrities but here none were known. The Food offered was Good. Overall was just a Great place to start the New Year with Celebrations and nothing much.

I stayed at room no 310 on 27.12.20That room was not cleaned properly and even water bottles also served on request only.Me and my friend felt very ugly after staying there. My dear friend of Coimbatore paid for our stay dont know this.

The best thing about Radisson Blu coimbatore is its service by the staff. Very cordial and friendly. Right from the person who opens the gate in a uniform to the managers and chefs, every person is kind and friendly. I saw some very interesting puddings and cakes. Loved their clubhouse sandwich and musk melon juices in the restaurant. Great hotel.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Coimbatore for 2 nights.. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels in Coimbatore. but once we stayed at Radisson blu, We felt that this is the best 5 star hotel in coimbatore at the right price.We have stayed over 500+ five star hotels around the world and we felt that all the 5 star hospitality elements exists from the time entering into the lobby till check-out the room.The Bar at the 1st floor was amazing with good city view. The big screen on the open floor was amazing. We enjoyed having a nice drink. The bar attendant Raju was very cheerful and helpful.The breakfast is very good. lot of varieties. But we recommend to have some chicken sausage.The Staffs are very friendly and smiling always. Especially Raju at the Bar (1st floor), Bala Murugan (duty manager) and Santhosh who made our stay more memorable.Definitely would love to come back for our future stays and recommend to our friends too

Been there for new year eve, had a bad experience dining in “The Great Kabab Factory” @ Radisson Blu Hotel Coimbatore.Service was at snail’s pace, had to repeat orders to multiple ppl, wasn’t interested in escalating thing to manager and have an argument with ppl to spoil new year mood.Besides food wasn’t that great except for the ambience, hv a second thought before selecting “The Great Kabab Factory”.

Very poor service in bar. We have to wait for so long time for the food. We spent 30,000 in the bar but we are not happy with the service . Everytime we have to wait for 15 minutes .To be honest. Tasmac is far better than radison blu

Room facility and service is also good. Presence of Swimming pool, and Athma spa centre make it more comfortable and enjoyable for both family and friends groups

This place is really good. I visit this place frequently for meetings. And there was never a problem in the audiovisual or seating or ac... Their food had always tasted good. The staff were quite helpful all the time. I would definitely recommend to consider this place for your meetings. I have never stayed their so not writing on that..
