Best place for Sony products,Well behaving staffs,customer friendly.Just went to buy a headset ,got the best quality Bluetooth headphones under reasonable price.Variety of demo products to try out.Store is neat and well organised.If u r a music lover its the right place for getting ur sound gadgets.Store is located opp to ideal store and near to maruti theatre,its easy to locate.U can also try out some games in ps4.

TVs, home theaters and some electronic gadgets are in up here. Would prefer to get sony televisions over here.

Actually, I am trying to order a playstation for past one month and searched even in Chennai and Bangalore. But out of stock everywhere. I queried this center and initially out of stock here too. But,person from store mahendran followed up and make it available. Also he updated me status once it is available. I done payment via., Google pay and they courier the playstation to my address. As per me, it is a one place with good customer service and keep it up.....

A very descent place to buy Sony products. Nice attitude towards customers.Bought a Sony HTST5000 sound bar from there which one is for listening Dolby Atmos enabled views on Netflix, Prime video, Hotstar, You tube and Apple Tv who not interest lot of wires.

The staff is not friendly and comes across as arrogant, with a known it all attitude. Don’t step in with an expectation that they would try and help you choose the right TV as per your needs. You need to do some research beforehand. The whole purpose of buying from a brick and mortar shop is defeated as they don’t seem to have the attitude to understand the customer.ii) the prices are generally higher than elsewhere. Even compared to other shops in coimbatore not to mention online offers.iii) they seems to have a very transactional approach and I felt I won’t be welcome in case a need so arises after the sale is done.iv) they did not give the extended warranty papers (which was promised in 3 days) for 10 days and I had to repeatedly pursue them to inform me about the status. There was no attempt to communicate the reasons for the delay and they didn’t have the courtesy to at least offer to deliver the same to my house.Sony needs to find someone else as their dealer in coimbatore if they want more walk in sales. Please be wary of buying anything from here

Bought a Sony SEL200600G. Riyas provided good support. Delivered as promised.

Nice place with calm music, TV and other Sony products were nicely displayed. Courteous staffs. Bought a DUALSHOCK 4 controller for PlayStation 4. Got it in Green Camouflage. Took nearly 10 to 15 minutes for complete purchase. Cost you get at MRP. But quality and originality is what assured in stores.

Fake customer service especially RIYAS misbehavior cheater 420 etc......Vert worst customer service. Product purchased through finance. The executive promised a due month but the finance company debited amount from previous month. I was suffered on other commitments financially. The show room did not respond properly and they simply says thy cant do anything. When i ask again and again they ask me to return the product as deposit.

This people are no 1 fraud.they don’t deserve single star.i bought an tv from this centre and my experience is very bad.They told that there is cash back offer on credit card and got my card and without my knowledge they charged 1800rs extra for service charges and this charges are not included in the bill.i didn’t received any cash back from bank and Had verifie with the bank and they told that only emi option have cash back.this people cheated me without telling this condition.For Sony tv there was a power bank offer and received from this people but this item is not included in the bill.After one month power bank is not worked and took to Sony service centre,they told that this item needs to be included in bill.So be aware of this fraud people.

I was cheated by the store manager in a very unprofessional way when I made a purchase a few days back. In the name of negotiation they reduced the price and inturn cheated me by adding Rs 1000 mentioning it as processing fee for the EMI conversion. I realised that they lied when I spoke to the bank and one more dealer.Avoid visiting the branch. You can thank me later.

It is number one white collar smuggling centre.people must avoid this Sony center, because of they have ability transect and deduct amt without your knowledge when you give any card details given.they well organized and planned to insist buying any products by bad manner.i wont give even one star. they deduct 30000 and 150000 when we were speaking products details .dont give your credit card or bajai emi card for they ask checkin g offer details

Went to this showroom and asked for Sony HDR PJ675 camcorder. They didnt had it showroom. But one of the sales person, Mani, immediately went to godown and got it for me. Riyaz another sales person, had quite good knowledge on cameras and explained options in layman terms. Also, while Im waiting, one guy explained about the audio systems who is also having good knowledge on audio system. Overall experience with Sony center is good and i would suggest this showroom to others...
