Doesn’t seem to listen or care about what I have to say

I have been seeing dr. Sharma for a few years now. Always listens and remembers.

He does not listen after several visits thru more than a year of complaining about skin rashes he continued to prescribe a medication with the side effects eczema and skin rash. The internet that is where I had to find out about it not from him. We discussed what meds i was taking at each visit along with my symptoms. After I refused to take it he changed my meds twice both of witch has the same side effects listed as previous meds and one was a direct not mix warning with ibuprofen witch again he knew i was taking on a regular base. He did not know or take the time to see if I should take these medicines. Now I have eczema. Will it go away ? Would I have eczema if my concerns were given the time and thought they required instead of me taking this medication for as long as i did.
