Beautiful Railway Station in the lap of nature, situated Delhi to Howrah route, 33 km from Mirzapur Jn and 35 km from Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn and 45 km from Varansi Jn. Connectivity from other station is good. Neat and clean station it is comes under B grade category of station, opened in 1864, there is two lines meet one is Mugalsarai and other is Chopan. There are 5 platforms, station code is CAR.

Area is gd, bt peoples are non-cooperative. 🙄

Chunar junction is not so well developed. But this is a crowdy place. And the construction work is going on chunar so everyday you will face traffic.

The place is quite small and chill like you may have seen in the movie SHOLAY. Its a junction but doesnt have too much to be explored few tea stalls, food stalls. Thats it.

NiceChunar Jn is one of the important Station of New Delhi to Kolkata route.There is direct trains to Delhi, Kolkata , Mumbai, and other parts of the countryYou can change trains from here to Chopan as well.

Junction look is very simple, No more crowd, Some important trains stoppage here for Delhi and Kolkata route, but there is no screen display for compartment position, very tough to reach in expected compartment within 2 minutes.
