In my opinion this bridge is not safe. Because all heavy vehicles which are not allowed are running with over load properly. Due to this bridge vibrates very fast. Everyone can feel this vibration when he/she is on the bridge.And there are no lights on this bridge. This bridge is always covered with dust because Cleanliness never happens here.But you will enjoy this bridge whenever you travel from this bridge.Jai Hind 🇮🇳

This bridge is founded by Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, the former chief minister of UP on 13th feb 2007. And completed in 2018.

Its fantastic place.anyone who passes from here cant stop himself from taking selfies and photo.one side u have famous chunar fort view surrounded by ganga river.♥️

This Ganga Bridge is very important connecting medium for Chunar and Varanasi .It gives empor to Chunar side peoples .From that bridge varanasi distance reduces from 35 to 18 km and save lots of time .It also gives you Great view of ancient chunar fort along with Ganga .Currently this bridge needs street light .I am attaching some beautiful images look and enjoy the view.

After many years of waiting, this bridge was built and proved to be a boon.Waterways were also closed in the rainy season.Distance reduced and traffic became easier.You may get panoramic views from the bridge.

Bridge is awesome and an awesome view of chunar fort gives it a pure natural look on ganges river ..road is also tooo good not too much traffic four wheelers can also be driven over this bridge ..But heavy vehicles are not allowed..

Has been inaugurated by modi ji but till date only two wheeler are allowed becoz stil some work is pending....Seen some of the security negligence...As there were holes for erecting the light polls I think which has been left as such from which a 1-4 child easily can be pass can be seen photo of mine

Chunar fort situated next to the chunar ganga bridge

On Feb 13,2007, the chief minister at that time Mulayam Singh Yadav laid the foundation of this bridge. On 15th August 2018, it was completed and inaugurated by our current Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This bridge gave a major relieve to the people live there because before that a temporary bridge also called Peepa Pul had made to cross the holy river Ganga but in rainy season its being dislocated due to rise of water level in Ganga. This bridge give a great view and add a way to reach the Chunar Fort so that tourism should boost there.

This bridge prepared after a very long time, was the much anticipated bridge for the people of Chunar region, the people of Kiribatake got the way to join their tahsil for the whole year. But on this bridge only two wheeler and four wheeler are allowed. Still not permitted for heavy vehicles......

I m from Rajasthan. I visited the bridge a few days ago. Its really a milestone for Chunar.Because it directly connect Chunar to Varanasi road that reduce the time and fuel of many people.Its looking and construction is really precious.And the view of river Ganga and Chunar garh is super fantastic.Love to be there again and again.
