Everything about the experience this time was poor...The upkeep was terrible. I understand that this was due to Covid lockdown and its impact. But after running it successfully, for so many years, management could have opened it in phases n ensured proper upkeep. Insects abound, enter the rooms as well. Paints wearing off; leakages n satndung water in balcony. Currently this resort is in shambles.Staff too are quite uncaring n service (if we can call it so)is listless. Towels would be provided if asked... but one per room. No towels will be provided at the pool... and no prior information is given again. Literally had to walk back to the rooms, dripping wet. Didnt venture into the restaurant nor ordered for room service looking at the stagnant water in the lower levels.Only positive is what I uploaded... some decent views of setting sun.All in all... horrid experience... please keep away.

Nice place very near the Highway. Restaurant is available but dont expect extensive menu. Menu is just ok and mostly overpriced items. Surprisingly even papu podi and oil is missing. Veg thali is the best option. Mostly deserted place. Good ambience for fun with family members. Swimming pool is just 5 feet deep and you have a separate pool for kids. Good spot for shooting great photos. Wave pool, dancing lights non functional. Play area for kids pathetically maintained.

We can spend time with family members. Very clean maintain swimming pool and video games for children. Food also hygiene and tasty I love this place

The place is good but there are no many activities. Swimming pool and rain dance place is open. Except two nonsensical games all other games are in repair. Air foot ball is not working as expected though they say it is working. Bowling has too many issues to be fixed(display, Mat)

A pack of pathetic experience.Strictly no to this place,as there is no zero rating, I selected 1 star.We were on d way and due to sleepiness we checked-in there for 4 hrs. Reception guy spoke to us in a doubtful way and rejected to allow me and my wife by saying we need original Aadhar only, but not a soft copy. Even though we were married way before a decade. The way reception guy asked , made us so uncomfortable and since we are in need we had to suffer and check-in after few arguments. And the other thing is there is no room service, and no food service to room . When I asked reception guy why they havent picked call from room, he said so casually that the receiver is roaming but not answering. The in-house restaurant failed to give packed food to take to room. Iam not sure whether they did it only for us or is it same for all. We had a pathetic experience. But in their website they claim to be more customer friendly. When you cant judge between unmarried and married couple and when you cant attend room calls and when you cant serve the food to room, how can this place gives exotic experience to customers .

I have used restaurant only here for dinner, taste is good, not many items... They dont have computerized bill also and we didnt find a menu card also... Good taste and good parking space...

Best place at chittor for hangover ..But they need to maintain in a proper way ..They just kept all valuable things as trash such as wave pool,boling, indoor games e.t.c .If they maintain it definitely it will be a 5 star ✨ hotel

Ancient looking but spaciousness rooms. Decent enough food. Better carry cash as they dont have a swiping machine. (POP) Phone pay may some times work.we had network issues though.Exceptionally good staff. We wanted to leave at 5 am and one of our car tyres were flat when we were about to leave. The roads in Chittor town is so worst with poth holes which might have cased the puncture. My wife was supposed to report the next morning as elections were due in AP and she was worried.The staff enthusiastically offered to help change the flare tyre. In few minutes we were on road again. Thankful to the hotel staff for helping us on a cold morning.This was indeed going the extra mile.

We didnt stayed here and stopped several times during our journey to Bangalore / Tirupati. Liquor shop here and out side small shop is there to buy snacks. Its good place to stay and relax. I think rooms are available but we never stayed or enquire about it.
