Mixed Gyro/Chicken plate with Rice. It was delicious. I had the best of both worlds in one meal.....Yummy

Delicious food - I got a gyro plate, which for $12 (including tax) was HUGE - I eat a decent amount and it will easily last me two, if not three, meals. Like one of those styrofoam dinner containers jam packed with food, as in it couldnt even close all the way. Good service, too - went around lunchtime on a Saturday and we had our food within 10 minutes. Nothing super fancy if youre looking for really posh Greek food, but good-tasting, well-seasoned meat, fresh salad, and standard good fries.

Mixed plate. Simple Salad dressed with vinegar and oil was delicious. Ive eaten at every restaurant in GT but this is by far my go to for a fast, delicious meal with great value. The Raspberry Tea is awful though. Never make that mistake.

Ive only had one thing here so far but Ive come back twice for it. Its their chicken kabob on a pita. Delicious 😋

Food always good! The cashier is always efficient and professional. The food is fresh and well seasoned. We always get a gyro combo, chicken pita or greek chicken salad. I just wish Romaine lettuce was an option for the salad instead if iceberg

Disappointed. Greek Chicken salad is not edible - chicken too salty. Dressing is almost all oil so no flavor in the salad. Olives soft and mushy. Chicken breast plate was also awful. Chicken extremely salty. Pita bread very greasy and soggy - should be warm and fluffy. This is Greek town why is this food sooooo bad. I get better food in places where there are no Greeks:) the gyros plate was okay but nothing special. I have the place a try and will not be coming back. Many other much better places nearby.

Absolutely fantastic food, super generous portions. If you want fancy this is not your jam, but if you want quick great food for a reasonable price, look no further.

Just left zeus online website says it close at 8pm.My favorites of all gyros....but. Workers or employees said it close at 7pm.after I intentionally ask ? ..just want to make sure...any suggested help

This place is amazing. The gyros are delicious, and they give you so much meat for the price. Would highly recommend Zeus for a quick bite!

Alot of meat and very tasty but a bit too greasy. I didnt know you have to ask to have the meat grilled otherwise its straight from the spick. I dont like the fries at all. If they were to improve on their fries, I think they would earn another star from me. Also the sauce and pita are delicious and seems very fresh. I feel they are better than the corner joint.

So, I walked in and the lady at the front was on the phone, it took her 8 minutes to even say (Ill be there with you) however she never hung up the phone so I walk out , it gets worse the guy behind me also walk out even though they had not one customer. I can see why nobody was there

I love their fries! I love thay they use the flavorful oil for deep fried food. Next time I am going to try their spicy chicken sandwich. I am very excited about it. The gyro sandwich is also very generous.

I was not impressed with this place. I visited with my cousin after attending a late night event. I ordered the gyro cheese fries and quickly realized that this place was “late night, nothing else is open” food. I don’t know what I was expecting and I should have asked questions instead of assuming what I would be getting. It consisted of a huge order of bland fries, with bland cheese sauce, topped with gyro meat. The street it’s located on is full of late night restaurants. All of the other places were crazy packed and this one wasn’t. I should have known then. I ate a few bites of my food to get rid of my hunger and threw the rest away.

Food and service was fantastic. Just dont go there if youre uncomfortable around police!

Chicken salad was terrible. Chicken was dry and overcooked. No olives or feta cheese? Gyro sauce was not like anything else I have had before, runny and bland.Not good. I’m Greek. This is not a Greek restaurant. Sorry.

I can only comment on the gyros and a single instance of that. Its clear that some will prefer these to their neighbors - the meat portion flavorful and very generous, and especially the sauce has a more herby (for want of a better word) flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it and its certainly worth a try if youre a gyro fan. Still it was slightly too salty and made the pita too wet by comparison for my taste,and the meat maybe twice in quantity but not as thick. Still, a delicious choice. Had a great service and carryout experience too.

Asked for Grecian chicken barbecue on the side this what I get barbecued rice let alone I come here very often I called ask for my correct meal the owner said no because he only cook certain amount of chicken a day never will I spend a dollar in this place again or no one from my job. very rude and nasty of they mistake I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere lost a company behind this

The food is fresh hot and delicious! Each and every time. I come from Alsip,IL so that tells you how great tasting the food is. The customer service is awesome friendly courteous so give them a tip they deserve it!

Just grabbed a gyros sandwich for a bite to eat and it was prepared quickly. It was good sandwich and I like my onions although they were extremely strong on this gyro so get one if you want to keep your coworkers at bay 😁Lots of meat piled on top of the tomato, onion and sauce. Very filling. Its a bit of a walk for me so may be a while before I return unless a gyros craving hits...

Food was great. I got the chicken salad and it was great. The chicken breast plate is my favorite thing on the menu. The chicken breast is marinated perfectly and had a great charred grilled taste. It comes with a salad, pita bread and rice/fries. The mixed plate is delicious and very filling; gyros and chicken breast on a platter with salad and rice. Great deal for the amount of food you get. Great staff and they cook the food in front of you. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Pay to park street parking is available but may be hard to find on the weekends. I highly recommend this spot.

As a regular Food here is beyond ordinary.You get sick of chain restaurants because after awhile it all taste the same.The food here just has that extra kick and were that flavor comes from is probably the owners passion in what he and his cooks create every order.Friendly staff and owner will recognize and acknowledge his regulars very invitingly.

The gyro is good here. The portion sizes are ridiculous. You basically have to eat gyro meat off the top for 5 minutes before you can successfully pick up the pita. The meat is rich, juicy, and craveable.Everything else is not very good. The fries / onion rings / etc. are all frozen. The cashiers / service people are borderline rude. Both times I’ve visited, I went ~15-20 minutes after their opening time and they were late opening because the cashiers were getting frappuccinos. Seriously, the same thing happened both times. They also got snippy with me when I asked for extra napkins, and wanted to argue with me when they misunderstood my order (which was seriously not a big deal, they just left my drink order off my first ticket… but they wanted to argue with me about it).Despite all this, I’ve been back. It scratches the itch for a gyro. I just wouldn’t recommend getting anything else.

One of our favorite gyros ever, the chicken and gyros mixed plate on pita is worth the 13 mile drive we have been doing for years.

This place has amazing portion sizes to price. The value is great. I got the Gyro and it was really good. When I opened it up it exploded with meat, no skimping or portions here. The tzatziki is some of the best I have ever had. Everything was great however the meat lacked that special flavor to me.

My family and I ordered some more sandwiches and dinners , and they looked and tasted amazing 😍. I ate the food so fast, I didnt even get a picture. But definitely a good restaurant to go to if youre starving because they serve a lot for one quantity. And I recommend getting a gyro sandwich with cheese fries such a great combo.

SOOOOOO disappointed is an understatement! I just brought some ribs from ZEUS and the S%&# was horrible! The ribs were burnt, the guy on the grill even burnt part of the styrofoam plate. FU! The ribs were dry and tough. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! Too bad cause their gyros were pretty good, but the ribs hell naw!

Went here October 31, 2020 ordered an chicken 🍗 breast rice 🍚 pita 🥙 plate get to my destination which is not far from from Greek town to commence to start eating and the plate was horrible the breast and rice was over salty - the salad 🥗 was not as fresh no immediate stop 🛑 eating to call to talk to the lady who supposedly the manager and politely told her I didn’t line the plate she ask well what I did not like about I simply told her the entirely of the plate was bogus and that I had better rice plates she than tried to say different taste for different people I say no it’s not the plate was bogus since you’re trying to scrimmage a customer she hung up I call back again I simply told her I did not like the plate than that’s when she says bring the plate back and will refund you , when she could of did that on our first conversation when I was being nice stop scrimmaging customers we are rite about what we pay 💰 for and 11$-12$ For a bogus per plate it should be on point and you guys rice plate was not on point

Placed an order on Uber Eats , with special instructions. Not only were my instructions not followed, but when I called the restaurant to let them know about their mistake, the lady hung up on me. I called back to ask the lady her name, and she responded, “why do u need my name?” And hung up again?! It’s so unfortunate to spend my money and be treated so rudely. I’m sure the lady doesn’t care that I won’t ever do business here again.. but it also shows how poorly managed this place is to have hired someone so unprofessional. What a waste!!

Best quick bite in Greek Town! I highly recommend the chicken breast plate, the best thing on the menu by far (and the only thing I go there for). The chicken is seasoned fantastically!The salad that comes with it has a really good dressing and the tzatziki is one of my favorites, and I always ask for two containers. Fast and Delicious food. I been going to Zues for over a decade. They know me by name when I walk in. Staff is considering courteous and friendly. Anything you get on their menu is delicious. My favorite is the chicken pita! I suggest adding grilled onions. Their gyro Greek salad is amazing as well. I suggest the creamy garlic dressing. Shoot their gyro cheese burger is amazing too . I can go on and on. Check them out!

Such a wonderful staff of genuinely friendly people and I highly recommend their scrumptious gyros! I had to do a few errands in Greektown this past Friday and I walked right in placed my order and for only $9.99 I received a very generous portion of clean tasting and fresh lamb meat with a side of homemade yogurt and cucumber dill sauce that was obviously prepared on premises. The gyros comes with a large portion of fries and a drink of your choice. All the ingredients here was fresh and clean tasting. Definitely come in and give these nice people a try !

I came here and got something called The Gyro Cheeseburger. At the time, I figured this just meant a Gyro sandwich stacked the same way as a burger. I was wrong. It was a full cheeseburger, with additional gyros on it. This thing was absolutely MASSIVE. It mustve been the size of my head. It was the largest burger Ive ever seen, and Ive been to Texas. It was one of the most disgustingly greasy things Ive eaten in a hot minute, and was absolutely delicious. Would recommend if you skipped breakfast and lunch that day (and maybe plan to skip breakfast and lunch the next day as well).

Whoa, the tzatziki sauce has a great flavor that really sets this gyro apart. The gyro sandwich comes with a mountain of meat which is usually enough to turn into two meals. Krinkle cut fries on the side with an extra sauce? Now we are talking about the stuff dreams are made of.

We were out in Chicago for the evening just to have a date night. Yes understand they were busy as ever. But what i dont understand is why is this food soooooo greasy literally our wraps on our sandwiches as well as our brown paper bags were just soaked in grease.... barely even touched the food because we could hold yup our gyros an grease was just dripping down on the table. Its disgustingPlease hold the grease for the next customer.

I call in ahead of time to place my order. The lady asks if I want “everything” on my order and when I ask what is “everything” she immediately responds asks “Does that complete your order?”I had to then ask again, what is “everything”?. It was very apparent she was trying to rush me off the phone. Hmmm. How about actually taking your time understanding what the customers are saying to you and not rush them off the phone. I wasn’t even able to ask how long the order would take due to her rushing me off the phone.I then go in to pick up my order and the girl is talking to me with barrier set up and no mask on despite the clear sign at the entrance that says “no mask service”. How about “no mask no business”??Customer and food safety is clearly not a priority here. Follow your own signs!

You know when you walk in, and half the restaurant is filled with Chicago PD, that you have found a spot that is not only safe, but has awesome food, for a reasonable price. While in Chicago for a gig, this was right around the corner from my hotel, decided to go with the local flavor, and was not disappointed, liked it so much that i went back the next night again!Great variety of Greek and American foods.....very accomodating for special orders..... and it is quite filling and tasty.... highly recommend.

The Gyro Cheese fries. They were the best I have had. The crinkle cut fries were the thin ones that I love. The potato fries were fried perfect not too crunchy and not too soft. The right amount of cheese and a nice portion of Gyro meat to top it off. Perfect blend. I will be back to try other meals on the menu🤗

I frequent this unique place many times since I enjoy the special air that is outline this place. The crew is awfuly loving and professional. The service is remarkablywonderfully fast. Needless to say, the food you get is excellent. I ate there more than once and I was always happy. The cost is decent. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Their greek chicken salad is truly the BEST in the neighborhood. It beats all of the fancier neighborhood restaurants hands down. It also comes with delicious pita which soaks up all of the dressing perfectly. They have a large menu so you can get a bunch of different things....gyro plate, burgers, grilled chicken plate...its all good. Casual atmosphere, fast.

Great food. Lots of options for gyros in the area. Made a judgement call on a whim and lucked out. Quality and quantity are great. Ambience is your standard burger joint. Parking can be tough to find.
