They giving good service to customers.i went to that shop to buy one Chapple there but at that time my size is not available.they gave me my size to my address in free delivery within 2 days.

Very bad experience....I love to buy one of my favourite sandals...but their size is in different...pair is not there...so very bad workers...They cant even notice a silly matter...

Bata ...quality good...but have to keep more models ...should be at a lesser price...to compete with other products like vkc paragon...those are cheap and best...think about it...always costlier...pl look in to that...also..collections ..not much...

Nice collection for slippers and sandals for women and men. But the quantity might be less.... In that case you can place a order and get the footwear when they are available.... Cool belts and purses too.

No proper air circulation, literally one has to sweat, I dont know may be due to pandemic or its usual but no proper staff to answer, if you buy for 3000 also they will charge for useless paperbag, where even a low vegetable vendors also will not charge. Totally unpleasant experience.

This place sucks !and u know why?He has an offer for which if you order above 800 u get a watch free !Even though its the local led watxh-200 bucks!He wont give it to u!And if u think Im lying go check how many bills he keeps to himself and how ready he is to keep the watches to himself !He wont say a word wen u leave the showroom unless u ask for the watch to which he replies -I TRIED CALLING YOU!Yeah sure -the bulls that u have kept proves them all!

Average collection in the shop, you will have to make your own choice, the store keeper would not help you identify your favorite pair of shoes. Have a little patience to go around and find a right fit for you.

We all know about the quality of Bata products.. so Im not going to talk about it... however this is the worst Bata showroom in the city... there were hardly 4 customers and staffs werent prepared to attend to them... and worst of all when they were questioned on why they are not attending to the customers properly they were very rough and rude to us and not apologetic.. they dont even have a store manager to oversee all these... Worst experience ever..

Good showroom. Service require improvement. It is situated on a busy 2+2 four lane road close to Thirumalaiappan MRTS Station. Parking on the road only. The shop is visible from the vehicles on the road itself. They accept both cash and credit card and debit card payments.

Bata shoes give us a good quality product but some stock is not available

They dont have sizes.. n even if slippers are damaged they dont give you any discounts.. Quality is good.. Lasts long

I used to buy my leg wares from Bata only. 15 or 20 days back I have visited a Bata show room at M G Road Shastri Nagar and purchased a Westminster slip-on. Unfortunately while visiting Vallieswsrar Koil the same has been stolen away. Immediately I took an Auto and went to the above show room and purchased two pairs of Slippers.

No much varieties..and quality is also less..i got one sandals from here it didnt even last one month..was very disappointed. Slipper quality is good..especially sunshine brand..loved them..they need to update models..staff are very gentle and polite..
