This place can be easily located.Good Govt Office. I went there for interstate transfer. Officers are behaving politely. Paper checking , vehicle inspection etc are done without taking much time. Now Im waiting for the new registration mark.In case of you forgot the Xerox, you can take it from the ground floor.The only downside i felt is about the location. It would have been better if this place has enough facility to park the cars. Because its located on small service road. Still you can park your vehicle on the road near to the pollution test center.

I had to get my car re registered on my return to Chennai from Kerala. Staff support was courteous and very supportive. RTO too was personally very supportive and accessible to all.

Everybody is responding good and i got my license within a day.The only drawback is in driving test appointment slot it will be 9:00-12:00 but you have to be there on atleast 8:15-8:30.The testing ground location if you dont know means ask the person in browing center which is located below the rto office

Very crowdy located on a busy road. So its in the middle of traffic. No toilet, no lift, no wheel chair accessibility for public. This is also like any other government offices. Mostly Even ceiling fan wont work. Again Ill go there only there is compulsory necessity. This is a place which we normally dont like to go.This place gives lot of information about road rules and traffic decipline.

I am from Dehradun Uttrakhand and this is one of the worst, laziest, and casual attitude government staff I have ever seen in my life. I applied for NOC to transfer my two wheeler to another state. I had carried all documents the first day (15/07/2021 - Thursday) itself along with me. The person who sits at dispatch section after I received sign from the RTO and Assistant RTO officers, collected and verified the documents. He did not ask for original RC(mandatory document) and I believed maybe it was not required. I also did not enquire about it as the person said everything was alright and asked to collect on upcoming Thursday/Friday. In all the government offices so far I have visited personnel who receives the application will verify our documents thoroughly and then only receive it. It was otherwise in this case. Next day on Friday around mid noon I receive a call from the RTO office and asked why I had not submitted my original RC. I tell them over call they didnt insist on it when I submitted my application. He asked to submit as then only they will process my application. I stayed in Ekattuthangal so I had to travel to Shozhinganallur RTO again which is about 25km and submitted my original RC same day on Friday around 1.30pm to the female officer who sits one counter left to the dispatch section. She collected my original RC and stapled it to my documents and informed since the application is considered to be submitted now only I was supposed to collect it upcoming Friday. I thought procedure was over and I can simply send someone on my behalf to collect the documents on Friday with an authority Letter and had travelled back to Dehradun on Saturday (17 July 2021)But unfortunately today (20 July 2021) Tuesday I received a call from RTO female officer ( I believe the same officer who collected original RC) that I had missed to put my signatures on Application Form 28 and it is mandatory to process my application. She could have verified the documents properly that day itself and asked to sign it then and there but thanks to her casual attitude. Her english was not good and my tamizh is not good, I wanted to scold but I did not. Before I could further ask her why they are not verifying the documents at one time itself she dropped the call.Damn I missed it and now I have to courier 3 copies of Form28 again with chassis imprints and with signature. I am not couriering directly to them as I believe they would not acknowledge the receival considering the casual attitude. So I decided to post it to my friend in Chennai and submit on my behalf.Yes all mistakes are mine, I did not submit the original RC and missed to put signatures on Form 28 and did not inquire them 100 times if there was still anything pending. So it is my job to visit you again and again until you verify my documents properly.If these RTO officers could have verified my documents properly on the first day itself I believe I could have saved on a lot of things.1. Fuel charges (To and Fro - Ekattuthangal to Shozhinganallur) - 50Kms - I travelled via Scooter so atleast Rs 150 petrol at Rs 103 per litre.2. Someone on my behalf has to travel again - Rs 1503. Courier Charges - Rs 354. Mental Harassment and wastage of my precious time. - Invaluable.God only knows if at all I will receive my NOC or not as they may wake up again tomorrow and turn pages and see something else is also missing.I find these are the reasons which encourage common folks to go via agents. Who knows with agents these officers may have fixed commissions and process the applications faster.Who will pay for the above harassment now, and also in the digital era and times of Artifical Intellligence our government offices still suffering from these paper based procedures to manifest corruption.Edit 1 - After resubmitting form 28 on July 27. I hv received my NOC successfully on 29 July.

As covid cases are rising the rto is very conjested no body follows the covid protocal of maintaining social distancing its not the people fault in a small footway they make 2 separate lines one for renual and another for new barely any gap betwween both the line and to show that we are wrong the manager comes and acts like a dictator and again goes back to office in general the enterance of the rto is very conjested and according to the location maintaining social distancing in that place is impossible as it will lead the queue to the road and it will creat traffic as it is a main junction hub

Went there for hypothecation removal from RC book. Process is really simple. Just go between 10am and 1pm and give below documents-RCParivahan fee receipt (apply online for this)Loan closureNOCForm 35InsurancePUCC ( near by shop give this certificate in 100 rupees for bike)Now they will ask you to come next week between 3pm and 5pm, go and within 20 minutes you will get the new RC

Was a very good experience. If the documents required for the transaction are in order, it is matter of few minutes. Very good knowledgeable officers and very cooperative too. In spite of space restrictions, the staff try to minimize hardships to the public. Now it is for the government to allocate more spacious office for the RTO.

The PA to RTO is an excellent man, he was very considerate answering my questions very patiently. It is rare to come across such people.

Office starts only at 10:20am. If you have appointments scheduled for 10-11, you can safely start from home only by 9:45. Need to improve people handling and give more training to resources.

Here they wont work after 1pm, after 1pm if you go they say come on next day,My wife is pregnant, to close Hypothication she has to sign, we came by 2.30pm they said after 1pm no work will be dont here come on next day.Very careless employees.

I have completed my work in 10 mins. Always go to the PRO first who sit at the entrance and he checks all documents and guides u to correct person. The online facility made zero corruption possible which u shld thank central govt and thank state govt for good governace in rto.

Except a person in entrance none of them didnt even bother to speak patiently. They are totally not ready to handle their customers. Went there for removing hypothecation, just because of the person in entrance felt comfortable else it is very difficult to handle such a group of attitudes. Process was smooth that I just gave form 35,NOC, original RC, Emission certificate and paid 25. I was asked to come after a week. Emission certificate is mandatory and you can get it in nearby pollution test center.

I just completed my LLR, guys whoever feels lazy and difficult to get license this place is nice .. dont know about other places..things i felt easy1.I just went without finishing any details in llr form but one office peraon came and asked for form by seeing my form he just said go to inspector for correction and fill up these details ..the thing is he was polite and kind .2) Then I went to inspector who was very kind and finished my work within 1 min .. tgere also i didnt arrange my doc properly so he said the things to do think i didnt even stick my photo also but he signed and said to complete that3. actually it just takes maximum 10min if you are not making mistakes like me .. and final thing within 15 min llr number was processed for me .. All the best guys whoever apply for llr and license .

Waiting is the name of the game?Just wanted to share my thoughts.....THERE IS SOME THING MISSING ????Surprising to see, suddenly a new system being introduced which the concerned staff is aware of.This became ‘server down’ after 30 minutes....Waited for almost one & a half hours like many others. No space or sufficient chairs, people everywhere.MAY BE, BOARDS INDICATING WHAT IS WHAT & WHO FOR WHAT WOULD HELP THE PUBLIC.This will save time for all ( Value of time needs to be imbibed ..... ).Thinking of the gross resource of the waiting people’s time, their unused resources, etc., gross wastage. 🤔PATIENCE OF PUBLIC IS A BIG BOON 😎Is a course correction in sight ????? Worst staff and they dont know how to behave people.Feels likenthey totally fogot they are public servants.They wont respect others time at all,they dont kano how to keep the things .Myself kept waiting for hours to search my papers from their bins.they seems confused and check one room another where it is,which date.. which range.They will tell you section name,if we ask.. one officer ita there if we ask there they will its back to there where you checked first.They spoiled by 2 days official leave and damaged a lot to daily work.After all its India.TN,Chennai, things will be like this.Feeling looted .

It is a mess. They dont know what they do. No proper communication. They have a separate website and nobody has any information until going there. RTO is collecting Rs.50 from each person and saying that this money is for Army relief fund. No proper documentation of this money. If 200 people are visiting everyday, then collection would be Rs.10,000 per day. That comes to Rs.2,00,000/month. God knows if this is really reaching the ARMY. The guy sits behind the RTO and doesnt have to look at the application. The Fees counter guy directs to him and only after collecting this Rs.50, the guy will give us a simple serial no. in which we have to approach the RTO.

It is a pretty good place for a government office. Public Retationship Officer (PRO) was helping everyone and communicating to everyone without any disrespect eventhough he was managing and coordinating a large crowd. Very much satisfied with his service. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ONLINE APPLICANTS: 1) Dont go there one hour in advance like the appointment letter says. Just be there by 9.50AM. Slots timings not followed there, but only first come first served basis. 2) Make sure you check with P.R.O. or the coordinator on where to get test question paper, since people applying from driving schools might have received the test sheet from their driving schools. Hint: There is a Xerox shop next door. 3) Even though website shows affidavit as valid document, inspectors dont usually accept notarized affidavits. So, if you dont have any valid address proof, better update your Aadhar card with correct DoB and address and upload it online. Keep a self attested Xerox copy of all proof documents

I am waiting for collecting RC book, no one respond properly, 2:40pm to still person not available in is seat. I made a complaint to head of the RTO office, his response, says like he is unfit for this post.

Not a happy occasion ....No body tells anything clearly. They are used to corrupt money. Now agencies nearby make money in uploading, medical, affidavit , notary , etc for a fee and still you have to spend 300 or 400 rupees. and still I have not got LLR. Even after I got my application uploaded properly also , the person verifying behind the RTO inspectors plays a trick, saying some docs not uploaded, without property seeing the attachments. They dont say anything about test even after asking. Still corrupt fellows...looking for opportunity-costs.

As long as you have all the papers ready, work will move quickly here. Every day morning 09:45 to 11:00 LLR time. So plan accordingly.

It is just simple processs to remove hypothication from RC with ₹25 as fee. But they make half a day to complete it. People refuse to take the work and redirect to other person and other person may send you to the same person. Finally you need patience and keep requesting them to get the job done.Make sure you carry staplers, pin , glue. You have to arrange everything by yourself or else get scolded by the staff.You need pollution certificate, RC original, vehicle insurance copy, form35, NOC from bank. Pin them altogether and submit them.

I came here for Re registration of my bike, Have Got the Registration number today finally, I am attaching the pics of list of documents required for different process Hope it will help a lot..Once you come here first thing get in touch with Public Relations Officer he sits at the entrance to help people out for sorting the documents and arrange them he helped me a lot.Then I also met RTO sir he too guided me in best way possible after submitting the documents at the counter which have a board written on it FEES COUNTER TIMING 10:00 Aam to 1:00pm , you will be asked to get the vehicle checked by Inspecting officers , They are very helpful as they will let you know the time of inspection, Inspection takes place on the lane which is beside the Pollution checking Shop, Both the inspecting officers are very helpful and patient to hear you,After that you have to pay road tax as told by PRO sir at same which have (counter board written on it FEES COUNTER TIMG 10:00 Aam to 1:00pm) then you will be told when to come to receive your RC and Tamil Nadu Number which will be given by next window person just before TAPAL section.I Hope this will help in getting the things done.Officials sitting at counters can speak Tamil and English also helpful.In the end I will say you have to wait patiently and come to rto often if you are getting things done by yourself.

I have experienced a very bad issue from Mohan who sits in Counter.I have given all my documents and after he verified i have paid my bill.But when i went to collect my RC he is saying he didnt get anything from me. He is saying he is on leave.People be aware of that guy, I am not going to leave this issue.I am going to approach the government to remove his work as he is looking for bribes.I am sure my tamil nadu government will do the needful for me.Thanks,Hari
