The place is big and spacious. But they do not have any notice where a customer should wait. After entering watchman asking us to go and wait outside was a bit rude I feel

I have waited to get my package more than a month. UPS did not delivered the package at my home. I have traveled more than 60 KM to get my package from their office. I have reached Ashok Nagar branch to collect my package. There was a huge queue waiting in front of me to collect the package. Waited for almost 1 hour to collect the package. Such a pathetic service.

Excellent logistic services with high quality packing. Located next to Ashok Nagar Saravana Bhavan Hotel. They have very good parking space for both four wheelers and for two wheeler. Logistic services at entrance they do it and their corporate office located back side with multiple floors.

Worst customer service by UPS. Trying to call the office and everyone puts call on hold. Atleast ask the person what sort of information do the customer wants. Best to close the service.

Useless chennai UPS office(Spoiling their international billion dollar company reputation), Unethical people, never keep their words, No words to praise them. Keeping a pack received from US in warehouse more than a week , Only apt for giving dirty reasons and sleeping. Have to rate with BIG BIG ZEROES 000000000000, But here nothing available like that, so only gave 1 STAR. Completely demoralized with their VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Such a bad experience. Kindly don,t send courier through these people. Its better to send through Blue dart OR DHL directly.
