First of all, I’d like to thank my friend Mabel Vanessa for suggesting me this salon. She’d taken the service from Lakme for her betrothal, wedding and reception.The bridal package was offered by Ms. Harshini and it impressed me the way the makeup looked on her. It wasn’t overwhelming, floundering nor was it little or cheap pasty. It was subtle and graceful and enhanced the person’s features rather than making them look like someone else. I decided to take the service from Ms. Harshini for my cousin sister’s wedding. I’d say they delivered a pretty impressive package. I’d enquired with many of the upcoming makeup artists, for the money they asked for the hair extensions and props used for hairstyling, wasn’t inclusive of the charges. Harshini was courteous enough to take care of all that. She even suggested the right services for the type of skin that my sister had. Apart from makeup, they used quality and top tier products. The crux to influence my decision was the cordial and neighbourly interaction that she portrayed. My only suggestion is that Lakme could be a a lot more affordable when it comes to it’s available services. P.S. I’m not talking about the makeup. The elites don’t care about the price nor they would want to get their services from Lakme. It’s the upper middle and lower middle class who’d like to afford to get the looks of their dreams. In trying to attain they’d be disappointed with the cost they incur in pursing such look. Given the rise of individual salons and celebrity stylists Lakme could play a bit more aggressive with their pricing is my suggestion if not humble request.

A complete professional parlour. Neatly maintained. I did my hair treatment and It has given my hair a different look. Maya was the one who did my treatment and kudos to her. I strongly recommend this parlour

A hairstylist named ANUSHA she just chopped my hair into pieces.She even did not ask my concern how much to cut the hair.I just had my hair below the hip level but now I just have upto my shoulder.Such an horrible experience. And it was my first experience in lakme salon and it is my last experience also.Please dont try with ANUSHA...I am adding points to my review... The salon is clean and maintained well. Staff are friendly. I styled my hair and it was a complete makeover for me. Products used are good. Special mention about Sarah who is a thorough professional and deals customer queries with lot of patience. All in all a good salon for women. Keep up the good work.

The parlor is well maintained and the norms of social distancing and hygiene are followed very strictly. The service is top notch as always.

Great service here and I love their hospitality and the care with which they suggest different things for customers. Unlike a lot of other places where they force services on you, you can trust them to tell you exactly what you need. If you visit, do ask for Maya as I think she is the best! :)

Staffs are very carring and professionally well trained. They are very caring and friendly people. Their reminds our service took times properly. Specially I appreciate Praveena. And Harshini mam was awesome, she is the best captain of this salon. She is a perfect professionalist.very good caring and friendly approach. I took my bridal makeup with her, she made me feel awesome on my reception and I like to mentioned one thing, when my marriage day morning time some little electrical issues at community hall but Harshini mam took my make up within 30 mins.She Made me gorgeous look, really I feel awesome.
