Great place to live in if you dont mind a few shortcomings.

Best place I have meant to meet my person there ,it is the richest place in the surrounding. There is a nice road for car parking and route. There is a provisional store in the entrance and ambulance and medical facility is available. In Chennai it is one of the best place to have peaceful home except it is outer from the Central City.

Looks amazing flats & parking really good feel like you are living in Foreign socity compound but approach from main road is not so good very narrow road.

S&P LIVING SPACES township also includes a commercial complex which has a lot of space for an ATM, coffee shop & restaurant, unisex salon, pharmacy and a departmental store etc which can be easily accessed by us residing in the township

Worst place its a wrong decision for me to come here. Maintenance is high and STP stinks and has worst foul smell. I am complaining on this from last two months but no response at all . Not a better planning at all.No proper road connectvity.. Association is also not at all responding to issues.

In an interior part of Ambattur industrial estate. Good society if you have your own vehicle otherwise its too interior part at the end of the industrial estate.

One of the Lousiest & Worst location surrounded by very dirty industrial units with no proper approach roads. This so called Living Space is not that upmarket decent Living Space. Those unlucky people bought flats with S&P are now in total remorse as the Quality of Construction incredibly bad. More than 200 flats are suffering from Seepage problems from Roof (Seepage fm upstair flats) & Rest Rooms to all Bed Room walls & even up to Kitchen due to unprofessional plumbing & civil engineering.There are many thefts & house breaking incidents happened in 2017 itself @ this so called Gated Community. Surrounding area is not at all decent & located inside a semi-slum type of Colonies with no decent shops or hotels.Right from the start of Construction @ 2010, the whole Project was in mess as they were many break downs @ Construction stage as many civil contractors ran away due to payment problems & handing over of flats gone beyond schedule by almost 1.5 years and buyer of flat suffered a lot.Only those unlucky morons will end up @ S&P and remorse for their life time.

One of biggest gated communities in North-west chennai. Reach koyambedu within 20 mins(depends on traffic). This has 600 flats with gym facilities, park & swimming pool.
