Worst service. Service person came removed water heater and kept 2 days back. He said dont have parts will bring tomorrow. Still I wonder tomorrow did not come for that person. What kind of joking service u people providing?

I have purchased water purifier from AO SmithAfter 1 year of purchase, The main filter goes bad and need to spend more amount to replace it since device goes out of warranty. Again technician comes in for service and next we get other electrical related problem.

Very worst product and service. I used to buy Racold water heaters for all my bathrooms. But first time I bought this product and I felt that took wrong decision for buying A O Smith water heaters. The service coordinator (Mr. Prasanna from chennai service) behaved rude and not giving proper response and also service technicians also unskilled. I bought new product which was not working properly when I installed with my professional engineer. Herewith I have attached the product image which was handled wrongly (they damaged the product) by AO Smith engineer. When I asked about the replacement of damaged (ie thermocol packaging) item, they said not possible because of product design. I am totally disappointed with AO Smith product and service.

Very poor installation of water heater and demanding tips for such a bad service. Never buy such product and Rathna Fan house should avoid such products.

Please do not buy AO Smith water purifiers. They charge 5500 per year while the product costs around 18000 (for X8 model). I bought the product 3 years ago and the product always gets faulty at least 3 to 4 times every year. Most importantly, the product stops working, so you will be left without purified water for 2 to 3 days and you have to buy water from outside. Very poor quality and unreliable substandard product.

I have been using water filter X4 plus. It is very substandard product. Unit failed 6 times within span of 10 months. I have escalted my concern to their company and fighting for replacement of product since last 6 months. But no response. It is punishment for me for buying substandard ao Smith very much dispaointed with product and support.

May be the company claims them as No 1 company( In your logo you have claimed - FIT IT & FORGOT IT with highest warranty period & best service & India most trusted water heater brand but I strongly see this as no meaning & this product does not suit Indian water condition ,due to tripping problem does not adhere to safety conditions prescribed ) but very poor product quality & service . From the month 1 we are facing with problem one or other , whenever heater was switched on , we get noise , they came & changed the heating element ,(Anode rod was completely removed)after which sound reduced but there was tripping problem ,.In month of Jan , after giving complaint , they told some panel wiring problem & changed & gave the wire ,now again same tripping problem . due to of lock down i havent raised complaint . i purchased in July 8th 2019 at Vasnath & co chennai Bill no 11211170027497 .Initially when there was a problem within a month of purchasing , the customer care people told if further compalint arise they would change and give me the unit .Either you change the unit or refund the Amount of Rs 10,000/- back .Hope you will take this review & revert back .

Worst service people. I paid 1300 for amc. No service done after that. Attend my issue at the earliest.

Leave alone the hefty installation cost of RO units of A.O.smith but post maintenance as told by many is very poor with inefficient staff though collecting much AMC cost. The mechanic himself feeds a prospective review in his mobile get elctronic approval themselves without disclosing merits of the case. Stop this and make customers give feedback from their move like in LG, Whirlpool,haier etc. should you get your name tarnished. Not a big issue to set right atleast hereafter.

3rd class service never buy their water filters. Just sweet talk no action when we want any service. I regret buying their water filter .

This water heater does not last( it burnt out) . The name sounds great to the Indian ears, but product is not worth. Service also was so bad, finally we dumped this after barely using it for a year and went back to the old faithful Racold ( the old one lasted us 15 years)

WORST PRODUCT FREQUENTLY PROBLEM & VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE CHARGES

NEVER EVER make the mistake of buying either the water heater or water purifier from this company.THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES and charge everytime even if the product is under an AMC or warranty period. Their Chennai service technician is unrelaible. They make you take the contract on false pretenses.

I bought a water purifier in August 2018 and by December iI had to call customer care three times as the tank was overflowing each time. The service response was delayed by 3-4 days each time and no proper repair was carried out. this time (third call) the technecian says that I need a new sensor which seems to have stopped functioning within two months after I bought the purifier and that it is not available in any of the service centers in Chennai and that I will have to wait for 3-4 days more for the replacement. I placed the complaint 3 days ago.The machine is bad and the service is even worse! Even 1 star is too much!

The water from the heater smells like sewage water even after repeatedly calling the technician. I recommend people not to buy this water heater

Very worst service and the treatment plant is not working properly after 6 months of purchase. Service people approach is not proper as well. If we call customer care support they are asking to call after sometime

Dont buy any RO unit from AO Smith India since they charge 30-40% of the Unit cost as the AMC charges per year which is nothing but looting the indian public money. Moreover, the parts being used for the AMC are not being sold in the open market. If AO Smith sells the spare parts, there are many servicing companies which can offer AMC within 10-15% of the unit cost. Wake up AO Smith India, else you need to close the shop in India.

I have a heat pump installed by spending over Rs.60,000 from AO Smith. It took 3 months for even someone to respond to complaint lodged and it again broke down in 6 months. Now again complained but no response for 15 days (other than auto reply) !!! Never buy for products from AO smith due to their poor after sales service, spares also not easily availble

Very worst I ordered for white and blue color combination but they sent a plain white color and when I complained them they all ways Dodge the costumer. They are not professionals.

Very disappointed with AO Smith water heater.if the water is not used for few days it smells of rotten eggs and is blackish in colour. Ive had to call technicians 5 times over the last one year.
