Was a very frequent customer to them back when they started, now years later i find them as rude as it can be, call in for a quote theyll ask to to visit to wait there. Then later the same part if he want to get and ask them i.e a graphics card he jus rudely responded they dont sell graphic cards without pc, who is he kidding. Ajeeth has changed so much in the past years has forgotten the way to handle customers in the right way. Better stay away lots of shops in the city not just you ajeeth

Very harsh attitude. Went to buy a game controller which didn’t work. They were not accepting return even within an hour. Reason: Game controller will work only for some of the games. Did not tell this at the time of purchase. Very arrogantly replied.

Please refrain from going to this place and avoid this at all possible costs. They are not at all skilled personnel and they ruined my laptop and were giving invalid reasons when I questioned them about it. There are a lot of better places available and even if this place is nearby to you I highly recommend that you avoid this place and go somewhere else where there are skilled professionals who are capable of performing the job are available and wont ruin your laptop.

Amazing service with proper guidance and after sales service is excellent

I have been a customer for several years and then i realized how much i have been cheated by Computer Galaxy all these years with frequent replacement of Laptop keyboards, and non working HP cartridges and printers.I got so frustrated that i left my HP Wireless Printer and a brand new set of cartridges with him. Ill write the full story when I am find time. Stay away guys.
