Very very busy bus stand at the same time Very very worst maintenance. Fruit shops and flower Vendors occupying the bus platforms, so we cannot stand or sit there. Everyone will spit wherever they want, always there will be a bad smell there. If everything is controlled properly and give priority to the passengers then this bus stand will become example for others.

This bus stand used to be the main MTC bus terminus of chennai before CMBT. I visited here after 10+ years today and I can hardly anything has changed. Only the bus colors have changed.Platforms are still occupied by homeless, drainage leaks everywhere, unhygienic food joints. I have no clue why chennai corporation hasnt maintained this place. It is pretty busy and thousands of people visit here everyday. Sad nothing has changed in all these days.

Its not clean, open defecation, its a very congested busstand but the advantage is that there are buses to nearly everywhere in Chennai.

This bus terminal is present near the high court near the high court metro. There is Parrys bazzar is located. Especially the fruit shop and vegetable shop. You can buy fruit there numerous shop is there. Yes, its too Crowded and the place is traffic. You can take the bus to Thiruvanmiyur, Guindy, marina beach etc. Bus terminal is not properly maintained.

Broadway!This is one of the main bus terminal in chennai.Not so neat but big place and all in all services and products are available near this place.Nearby fruit shops, clothes shop , hotels sweet shops are famous .Long distance travel around 50 kilometers are coming with this bus stop.Always there will be buses filled here and every bus moves with max time of 25 mins.Monthly passes are available here.

From here one can go to any part of the city but the only drawback is cleanliness.I wonder how no government official doesnt know the condition of the bus stand.This bus stand connects the two part of Chennai (north&south).Being such a important place for the people as well as for traders why no one cares for our surrounding.Equal care should be given as like metro station.

It is surprising to see that this bus terminus which once had buses going down south is in a pathetic state. Road in the terminus is in extreme bad condition. No toilet/restroom only says bad maintenance. The drivers, conductors and passengers should be given a good hygienic place.

Centrally located and ideal for accessing wholesale markets and flower bazaar. The upkeep of the terminus is a lot left to desire. The roads need urgent relaying as it is very bumpy. Cleaning I guess has been not done in a long time. Bays are not clearly mentioned. Accident prone as there is no proper pedestrian pathway. Badly maintained.

Can get buses to almost all parts of Chennai. Cleanliness & Maintenance is very much required. Pits & garbages need to be cleared. Bus lanes need to be displayed & maintained by buses standing in proper lanes. Hoarders & shops in platforms need to be cleared strictly. Two wheelers coming into the bus station need to be checked. Very importantly Public(we) need to change our mindset to maintain the station clean.

Some development works should be taken. Say for example... Frequency of Buses. And enough chairs for senior citizens. Supply of free drinking water etc....

Bus timings is the problem and lot of people using the place on a daily basis we cant expect it to be clean.As it is one of the many place crowd is the other problem.There are lot shops and small vendors inside the terminus.It is our own responsibility to be careful with people we cant believe everyone there.To be on safe side for knowing proper timing and all it is better to go in and ask the office itself.

One of the worst maintenance places in Chennai.Broadway Terminus is Biggest Terminus next to CMBT but the maintenance is really poor. There is place but cant sit, there is shelter but cant stand.Too much of Encroachment in every places.There is no restroom and will be really difficult for ladies. Men are urinating in the open place and cant stand nearby places.No proper road in the Terminus hence buses will be coming and going with dance.
