Most Pathetic courier service... They literally dont care about customers... I was calling them, sending watts message, emailing them, to know my parcel status... after 2 weeks of expected arrival date, they lift my call and coolly said we are sending your parcel back to destination as you are not available. Seriously! This happend with my friends too. DTDC Chennai, is worst.
