This place is a loot. The owner, Mr. Sanjay charges a bomb for repairs. And when I asked him if I could check if it’s repaired, he said you go home and do it. Not here. Pay my money and walk out. He is extremely rude. His mentality is based on looting his clients and having no shame about it. To top it all, he sold the controllers I gave him for repair and gave me 3 other ones. It’s absolute fraud. I didn’t pay him a single rupee even though I lost the 3 controllers I initially gave him. Regret visiting here and would suggest any other place but Gypsy.

Owner is a theif, I gave my PS4 for repair he charged me 5500rs . It worked for 2 days and again same problem came back . I asked him about it , he said it will cost another 3000rs more . I told him to take my PS4 itself and asked for my cash back . He said with my joystick he will take for 4500rs . I was helpless and he gave 4000 for my PS4 alone

How many more Sawlani, Ramchandani are you going to ask to give you a fake 5 star review ? All friends and family, no genuine good reviews. Non genuine products, owner not bothered, no after sales service, fake promises and information to sell the products at any cost. This shop is outdated, time to move on, when the owner is not bothered customers should not even give them the time of day. Much much better video game retailers with better customer service, discounts and genuine products , and if not them, just buy from online.

Purchased a ps4 controller 2 weeks ago from Mr. Sahil Sawlani who happens to be the son of the owner. I purchased it through olx during the lockdown, he assured me that it was genuine and it was imported from Dubai, after one week of usage the left stick started showing signs of drifting so took it to the Sony center nearby my place to check with the issue and I was shocked to hear that the controller was a copy and not a genuine one. Tried contacting Mr. Sawlani who conveniently ignored all my messages.

Worst service and behaviour. Become very worse after service.I serviced my PS3 for 5000 power issue.Told me will work 1 year for sure but its not working after a week. When asked they say you have to decide whether to spend more for repair or buy New one.

Sells fake products. I wanted to buy xbox one charge and play kit for my controller . He told me its original from Singapore but when i saw the box it was old and battery acids leaking cheap wire given inside. Owner told me its a original battery and he told the box was untouched. Owner just speaks well thats it. I wold give less than 1 star and request Microsoft to remove this seller from their official website.

Since 2005, my brother’s ps2 games were not working on ps2 console due to lense problem, me & dad went there to give ps2 for repair, the owner did a good job by replacing the new lense, he instructed me not to play ps2 more than 1 hour, but my brother disobeyed him, he accused him for not doing proper repair, the owner repaired it again & the games are working fine but playstaion 2 logo is not showing on the screen except full stop but the games are working very nicely.Less than one month back I went there after more than 10 years to go & buy wiimote, I did trail run, it worked well & I bought it, I went home, I switched on my PC, I went to Bluetooth settings, pressed & holded 1+2 buttons, 4 blue lights blinked, I clicked add Bluetooth devices, Nintendo appeared, clicked it, it asked for pass code, i skipped it, it’s connected, I opened glove pie, opened guitar hero wii script, I hit play, one light stays stable which means the wiimote is connected & I took my kmd guitar hero double frets controller, on the back side of the body part, I opened wii mote slot, there is a connector cable, I plugged it to the wiimote connector slot, I pushed the wiimote into the slot, I closed with the lid, I opened guitar hero Aerosmith pc, when I pressed fret buttons, it’s working & I can rock with all the songs.For video game consoles users:Please play for 1 hour & give one hour rest.For wiimote & guitar hero wii controller on PC:1. Hold 1+2 on wiimote then 4 lights appears & blinks.2. Go to Bluetooth settings if it’s built in or after you connect Bluetooth adapter, click add devices, Nintendo will be displayed, click on it, it will prompt you to enter pass code, skip it & then it’s connected.3. You need glove pie. Open that application, open guitar hero wii script, then click play & one light should stay stable which means wiimote is connected.4. Connect wii mote to guitar hero wii controller at back side of body part wiimote slot and you are ready to play.

Owner will speak like he is only gentlemen, before buy. Later he will change like anniyan if you go for problem. From my point owner is 420, fraud. Beware of buying here. I wont give not even single star.

Worst Experience.Owner speaks very well. He ll try to avoid listening to your words. One way speech.My problem with gypsy.I had good condition PS2 console which plays both original and duplicate cds very well. Last few months only few CDs didnt play. I brought my console here to check. Without even asking what is the problem, saying lens is the problem. I keep on saying my problem. He is not listening my words. I replied, changing of lens is the only solution for me to play all my CDs means change it. But I want my ps2 back with good condition. The next day it was ready when I am trying to play my CDs, not even a single CD playing. Nothing. Got very upset. And came again here. He is replying irresponsible answers. Jumping answers. First replying me, he ll return some amount of money. When I shouted, he is asking another 1500 and saying motherboard problem. If not he ll return the console and half amount. Again when i shouted, he made call using technician and said by evening it ll be ready. Technician is saying, he ll make ready the console with their own playable cds. I replied i want all my cds should play. For this they are replying my cds are not playable. All these days it played well. When i gave it to them, did something wrong and saying like this.By evening it was ready. Again went, checked my cds, some cds loaded and some not loaded. When i asked again, they replied i should get new cds. I frustrated and came out. Because upto day, it played all CDs. Now telling scratches CDs ll not work. This is stupid. Atleast game should load and struck if it was scratch. But here my problem, its showing Please insert PlayStation CD. At last my console is almost dead now. I am going to buy new console. Think he is stealing lens and fixing some where. Cheating. So think twice while entering Gypsy. If you have enough money and time, go for it. Anyways he ll list some problem(blindly he ll say lens problem, CD scratch problem) and asks you for money. If you want quality and good service dont go for it. Totally irritating shop. So better go to Ritchie Street. So many shops are there.
