This Kids Shop is in 2nd floor of Phoenix Mall us nit having much collections of Kids Toys. They sell only Kuda Dresses.

I bought a 9 month old girl baby frock with small size in phoenix mall chennai and requested the shopkeeper to exchange the new dress with a upgraded size number but he denied to do so. Hence I am sharing my view in all social forum not purchase any product in first step as the shop outlet is not cooperative.

Product collection is good but service is not good. My babys stroller wheel has broken after 6-7 months of purchase. Several time I made calls for the possibility of getting it repaired. Everytime response waa they are looking for the parts in their workshop. But no resolution yet.

Charging for the paper bag with their logo and wordings on it, which is not legal. With reference to the case happened with BATA showroom.

Fulfills needs for new borns. Prams, crib, toys etc

Extremely costly. Products are good

All for new born babies

Very less collection and over priced for the given quality.
