Its one of the 108 divya Desam...this temple is more special for the people who did not marry ...if we give flowers to the Nithya kalyana perumal and walk 9 rounds around the temple ,we get easily married..this is ithiga of this temple..now due to corona no one is allowed for this special pooja..we can only visit see the main gods of the temple which is Nithya kalayana Perumal as a varahaavathar and thaayar... Saturday will be very crowded now...but in day time we can get very people free seva....kalyana pooja will be stopped for comming days due to corona it may be for 2 months...
