It was a mistake that I booked the room without physically checking it.For a solo traveler, I was allotted a single room, hardly a cot could be fit in, and I was charged a princely 1300/day, and I was told, you have to forego breakfast. For a small room, when you pay that much, we expect some sort of better room.Once I checked in, I found no mirror.Later that night, they brought one and kept it in table, making the small table even more unusable.Lesser said the better about the washroom.Broken bucket, broken, non-functional tap (normal water). Had to use hot water for usage in hot Chennai climate. Refer pictures.And cleanliness: they didnt clean below the cot, could see hair strands (yuck)I dont know about other rooms. But this is just horrible!

The staff is really friendly & well mannered...the room are clean & nice!!!I really enjoyed my stay at sky residency.

Nice and decent room in this locality. Bus station and railway station are in accessible limit. Plenty of restaurant near by.

Good rooms

Worst in the whole world. No neet and dirty toilet. Bed and blanket not cleaned even bad smell. Totally waste pls dont select sky residency. Reception staff speaking roudly. If you ask anything like (ei,why like this) then finish your day. Break fast no words, dont waste your money. My personal experience.

Great place. Located in a bit of a crowded area. Highly recommend for family stay. The place does not have a restaurant, but if ordered, they arrange from nearby hotels.The rooms are clean and so is the attached toilet/shower.Friendly staff. Modern amenities with a business hotel ambience.Limited parking space within the hotel complex, but I guess they have valet parking, which should take care of any parking challenges.

Good things- Clean Bathroom. Good bathroom fittings, good lighting, overall good hotel.Bad things- Theyll not change the bedroll & towel daily. If u want, you have to tell them each time. They will not even clean the rooms daily.Restaurant is not available inside hotel. You have to order food from outside.2K is really more for this type of service.

A decent hotel in Tambaram. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, service is not great but okey ish.Some parking space is available but not much. HDFC & BOI banks & ATMs are available nearby.A good place to stay for Bussiness trips.

Receptionist so kind and patiently helped me to book air tickets. Accommodation & Service was so good. Would recommend strongly

It is located in West Tambaram. Good location very easy to locate this hotel and very close to all major shopping area. 2 km away from Bus Stand and Tambaram Railway station.

I booked in advance a non Ac room for Rs.800/- and wen I checked in they said all non Ac rooms are sold out and I was corned to take double bedroom for 2000/- as it was early morning & nicely raining too....The person in the reception was explaining me a funny answer about not alloting a non Ac room....No hotwater...Washbasin not at all draining....Horrible bed.......good breakfast from hot chips...Can improve ure service...

Dont book this hotel if you are looking for Sky Residency-Tambaram.Searched for hotels in Tambaram and i got Sky Residency as one of the hotels list and MMT showed the price for booking and i completed the booking. Once i reached the hotel, the hotel executive the booking is not available and the next question he asked is, did you book from MMT which he meant the booking happened for a similar hotel in Chennai central are and not in actual Tambaram area which is a common issue for the hotel executive and MMT never fixed this issue. so with this black hole i lost my booking amount as its a non-refundable booking and MMT wont/cant fix it as per MMT executive to whom i contacted.*MMT-MakeMyTrip
