Clean and well maintained houseboat, with polite staff, food was tasty especially chicken curry. Advance and booking done on phone itself. Joy and Saji guided us to the boarding point , overall very good experience of backwaters.One advice to travellers, if you wish to enjoy sea food in houseboat , let them know in advance so they could arrange it ,otherwise it is very expensive at shop in backwaters.

Boat house at kerala experience was good, neatly maintained, my family enjoyed the tour, cruise members were friendly and cooperative. Instead of 11am, tour began 1 hour late due to some technical issue in the boat, but they ensured that we were given another extra hour as a compensation to the lost hour. Food preparation, presentation, and was delicious. I am very happy with overall service.

Overall fine with low cost... The boat is very clean and good... food was really good like home made.. enjoyed well with more freedom... only one small negative is broken item should repair immediately because in rest room few things were broken already , that should be replace by new.

We visited Kerala in January 2018 end and booked 3 bedroom deluxe houseboat from ZOOKA Tours & Travels. The houseboat provided to us was clean with similar rooms which was shown to us at the time of booking. Food on the houseboat was hygienic and tasty. Overall our day night stay was memorable one in the houseboat.

First of all thanks to Zooka team for co-ordinating boat house stay in Allepey. From the day we arrived and check -out they were guiding us with all routes and supportive.Coming to the stay, it was very much comfortable and well planned. Support staffs were helping with cooking live sea foods on the way as per our wish.Altogether stay with my family was memorable.And the climate made it so good as well.Would recommend the boat house stay for family and couples too. Spent christmas night of 2017 at the houseboat in Alleppey. It was a very good experience. Excellent staff. Good boat. Excellent cruising experience and the best part of it all was the food. The food was just perfect with the cook taking care of all the requirements.

We stayed at the boat house at aleppy our stay was very pleasant the crew their were very cooperative since we were vegetarians asked them to prepare only vegetarian dishes which they readily accepted and the food was very tasty all the 3 meals we had was good whatever we asked them they prepared really enjoyed our trip

I have booked independent two bed room houseboat for one night 12PM to 9AM and experinenced the same as per the schedule, Entire booking has done over phone call only. MR.joy and shajid guided us to reach the exact location after reaching at alleppey YMCA junction.Houseboat they maintained clean and good,Really it was good experience,They provided nice food as per their menu with snacks and coffeeStaffs are very respectful to their guest.IT WAS A GREAT DAY :-)

It was a good experience with Zooka travels. Would have been more appreciative if the price was little negotiable. Boat doesnt resemble the same as in pictures. My suggestion to travelers is to make sure with the agent that the tv is in ground floor because in the night you cannot watch tv because of mosquitoes torture, we were helpless and couldnt enjoy tv. Crew on the boat was awesome and helpful. Overall a satisfying service.

I found their contact by a random Google search about Kerala houseboats n Im lucky I did. Such a patient service. The quality, quantity n experience, everything was awesome. Totally recommend it if u r planning your Kerala trip well in advance.The way they accomodated every single thing I asked for on the houseboat was brilliant.

It started with very warm welcome drinks which is was really good, food was tooo good and scenary which was something which everyone should see as boat house experience was just amazing and i recommand to plan from zooka tours nd travels.

I stayed in one room boat of zooka on 28.10.17 at alleppy. Boat team was so cordial. Housekeeping is excellent. Lunch/dinner both are too good and with fresh pulka. Hot water for bathing privided. Next day morning we r supposed to leave at that time also fresh & hot coffee was served. Thanks to zooka travels. Wish them all the best.

Awesome experience..All thanks to Smijo as he has made available a house boat for us during Onam.. ( As onam is a big festival of Kerala so find a house boat on Onam is very difficult ).Houseboat was good, the staff in the boat was very helpful and supportive..The chef of the boat was great. He cooked lips smacking dishes for us..Overall a beautiful experience to cherish.All thanks to Zooka tours and travels team..
