Staffs are very rude. And when I gave one of the lady my parcel to weight she literally threw my parcel and I had fragile things inside it.One of the staff denied to deliver my product and asked me to go to tambaram post office as according to her Chromphet post office dont have all facilities as compared to Tambaram post office.

Went for aadhar update. Work done within 5 mins. Asked only 50 rs service charge which is charged by the govt. and no more extra. Didnt expect it would be this convinient

Got my aadhaar card . They havent deliver it and lost it. When I ask with speed post delivery number . They reverts online is not updated. Ridiculous

Fast and reliable the staffs are good, but please keep exact tender before going to speed Post or registered Post... Services are open till 3:30 pm 2 pm on Saturday ...So be cautious about timeing. Dont forget to take the receipt for everything they issue a receipt so you can track your article online. You can request to add your mobile number so when it will be delivered you will get a sms. Really :)

Will u please change the timing what u given in this chart... I went to the post office at 1.20pm the shutter was close i have asked them that the post office closes at 1pm... What if people come by seeing this timing given in the map.....

Irresponsible and irritating staffs, especially one who receives Speed Post Parcels.They wont bother the long queue, the poor and old people.Slow. Very Slow.

Nothing special here and it is just a government office and there is no very customer friendly environment.... Staffs are not very responsive for customer queries. Only benefit is this post office is easily locatable and very near to bus stop... For quick need we can go here... Else choose your best like tambaram etc.,

Entering this building and waiting in queue is scary .As the building might collapse at anytime .The working staffs are least bothered about it .The queue line were standing till outside gate and system not working properly .Feels like still we are in early 1980s , filling up forms and it passes several benches for approval for a simple step which can be done online .Over unsatisfactory with this branch office ..

Negative place with Negative humans there, typical government office, they treat all customers as their slaves. I request everyone dont visit this place at any cost.
