One food can ruin your whole experience. Thats true. The Ambiance of the restaurant was good. The food taste was okayish, but not up to the mark. The food taste was not really worth for the price.We ordered full barbeque chicken. It was the worst I have ever had in my whole life. It just had the bones with zero flesh and the taste was poor and it was completely burnt. All others were average.Ambiance : The place has good parking space and the hotel ambiance was dark and looked cool.

Not just the ambiance, also the food was amazing! Dragon Chicken is a must try here. And the bread varieties were soft and full filling.Chicken was well cooked and juicy, Cheese balls & crispy fried baby corn could have been better. The Sabji had too much of oil in it. Overall a great place.

Waterfall base theme resturant, Belive me you will really feel that water fall is there and some sound effects will make you feel like you arr really at some water fall. Highly recommend.Few things i liked here:1. The theme of the restaurant2. Sufficient number of staffs3. Rich numbed of food items specially in non veg4. Bike & car parking spaceOnly the thing is its open during night after 7:00pm. So you can only go for a party or dinner during night.

The place for a themed restaurant never caught my eye for its ambience. Walk in was allowed and hence wait time was quite long. After placing order for starter and main dish, it was served quite late than usual given it was only biryani and two fish dishes.Food was good but could be better.Has scope for improvement.Waiters and managers were hospitable and kudos to them for managing the crowd well.

Waterfall theme.! A different one.Ambience is gud. Lighting is bit on the lower side, may be it comes with the theme. Food was good. Served hot too.! Quantity is also sufficient. Price is moderate and is gud for quantity provided.Crowd was moderate and ample parking also available. They operate only between 7-10. They have a beautiful party hall for a Verity of functions.They also organise surprise birthday parties during dinner like the one which happened for me.

Ambience of this place is kinda okay. Not much of a big theme, jus a waterfall on one side with just a little water flowing. Food was fine, we ordered 65 briyani which was average, prawn fried rice was oki, BBQ chicken was good, dragon chicken was too sweet, butter naan was good, chicken Chettinad was not upto to the mark, fish fingers tasted gud, plain roti was good. Overall GOod. Staffs were courteous. Can be visited once. There banquet hall at second floor can accommodate around 300 people which is quiet elegant and the parking lot is quite spacious.

Food was good. They have some unnecessary rules like cameras not allowed. Its a themed restaurant. So people would definitely want to take pictures for a few seconds. Maybe they should do something about it. Good ambience.

Crowd management is horrible, they should either run by reservation or manage better. Big menu but atleast 40% items not available. More than water we can hear noise - fish market environment ruins the whole ambiance. No covid norms followed.

I cant remember the books I have read any more than the meals I have eaten;even so they have made me. . . . .The waterfall restaurant is a nature themed multicuisine restaurant with waterfalls caves in the decor.The place was quite awesome and pretty gud to have food.it is a best place to celebrate our birthdays.The taste of the food is good.The cost is slightly high.It is a nice place to spend time with our family in weekends.And there r many beautiful scenes to pic with.From children to adult everyone likes the theme of it.Entirely its a nice place to visit.experience once.

Ambience was good. Food was good but some items are very costly like mushroom fried rice which was 239 rs the rice didnt had a single whole mushroom in it. I was pleasantly surprised by the crowd in the restaurant during this pandemic time. The customer service and the tasty dishes are great contributing factors.The vegetarian food was also equally good as the non-vegetarian. So, if you are planning to set out with your family or friends, this is a nice place to go.

I visited this restaurant with my buddy gang and it was a good experience when considering the ambience. Coming to the food, cheese chicken was good. Biryani was spicy to me and the taste was okay. I also had Schezwan noodles which was spicy too but the taste was good.

Great place for family dinner.

Claims to be the only waterfall theme restaurant in chennai.... But didnt have an actual small waterfall that I assumed, its water running down a false rock wall....The food was good, though I was able to eat only Veg for my friends sake. But the pepper mushroom and Malai Kofta stood out. So do try those.Place gets crowded and a bit noisy quick... So get here early if you have something planned. You can sit near the rock wall as well or call them up for a special table on the first floor.

Situated at a residential locality you cannot notice this restaurant from the main road. But still its a crowd puller with their waterfall theme, valet car parking facilities, ambience and not to forget their great taste.All the items we ordered were to our liking and spicy (as we prefer) and the service was delightfully quick. Good place to hangout with friends and family and some illusion photo shoots can be taken here.

Without any disrespect to the staff and the current situation. The service which was provided to us was really bad. The basic service like water was not provided, no menu card was handed over and even cutlery was not provided at the table. We had to completely help ourselves on our own. I can understand the rush they had but has a customer I would expect these basic things to be provided. So much expectations on the restaurant all went to drain. Only the Dragon chicken was good among the dishes which we ordered. Our friends birthday celebration was Spoilt due to this whole experience.

Family of 12 went to dine here made a booking a day in advance so we got 10% off. Nice ambience, food is okay, not all the items mentioned in the menu are available, the waiter tells us what is available for that evening, we were craving to have Biriyani but the waiter said that they run out of Biriyani and it was not available at 9 pm, we couldnt believe it, but that was the fact. Worth trying once.

Sunday 8.30 they dont have half of their elaborate menu.. why open such a grand fine dining restaurant without any support staff.. ordered some after so many items missing finally came a three main course straight away bypassing starters.. half the way having the served item never came the ordered starters. When enquired came a shock those starters were not available.. immediately told the service person to close the bill, paid and started.. avoid this horrible service and restaurant..Prem Anand

Visited today with my friends 9 people. Restaurant ambience is good, good for family and romantic too. Food taste was extraordinary but the problem is good preparation time, we waited atleast 30 mins for every order which makes us frustrated. If this delay was avoided I would have given 5 star. Finally they have a setup for photoshoot outside the parking and its nice time clicking pics with friends

1. They keep a good quantity on all the dishes we order.2. Unique ambience with waterfall setup, you have to take a seat in the ground floor to enjoy it.3. It’s usually crowed on the weekends and takes time for the orders to come.4. Should cost around 2000 to 2500 for a family of 4 or 5.5. Good amount of parking space and also valet parking is available.6. Great customer service, they provide hot water bowls with lemon to wash our hands even without asking.

We went to the hotel at 8.30 pm ,the ambience was good but when we asked for dishes they are we are only having fried rice and naan,the didnt have any starters or biriyani or thandoori,very disappointed ☹️

Ambience is good. Food was good. But i dont think this is enough for a customer who to dine in. He/She needs a peace of mind to have his/her meal. When i entered the restaurant and asked for a table or 3, I was directed to a place and the hotel was empty with couple of ppl in. I was abt to sit and restaurant person asked for the order and i said give sometime as my friends were abt to reach the place. Instantly the restaurant person sent me to the lobby, i was asked to get in once my frds turn out. I felt humiliated with the gesture they threw on me. and the fam sittin out there was lookin at me. Is this how a restaurant person treats their customer. And lot of families popped in and other 2 girls were asked to stay n lobby as they r friends didnt turn up. The lobby had no a/c too and tried to justify for what they ve done. My question to the hotel is what does 1st come 1st serve means and think of if your restaurant wld ve filled with rest of families and We had to wait until others leave. I have been to lot of restaurants and none treated us like this. We wait for our friends inside the hotel with a table and not allowed to sit in a lobby with no a/c or also a fan. Such a worst experience I had and I would never suggest this restaurant if u r suppose to land up before ur frds arrive. Customer service is extremely poor and am totally annoyed of it. Maintainin a res wit a such a ambience and varieties of food doesn gives happiness to a cstomer.. even their experience fr such worst treatment in a hotel.

Called and booked a reservation only to be informed that they couldnt serve us. Lack of proper communication and customer service.

The concept is incredibly unique for a restaurant but the execution seems to be lacking in a few places. The restaurant has a kind of cave like theme going on but then in a few places I see normal brick blocks sticking out which dampens the overall experience. The second problem is that the service was nothing to write home about. We spent nearly 2 hours in the restaurant and the best part of 2 hours was spent waiting for the dishes we ordered. They will definitely need to speed up in delivery of the order. Another problem was that the served extras only when asked and it did not come with the dish ordered. The food was a little too spicy for my liking as well. Apart from that, the taste was good and the experience was satisfactory.

Very good ambience. I was a bit skeptical at first to visit this place in fear of stale smell because of its water theme. But not only that i was in for a pleasant surprise with pleasant odour, the water fall set up in the backdrop of rocks was majestic and in large size for a restaurant. Definitely worth visiting once atleast for the ambience.The cuisine is heavily focused on North Indian and Oriental. I am not a big fan of both but found the food here to be pretty palatable. I also had a doubt whether mutton served here was goat or sheep but the waiters confirmed it to be goat.Cost for 2 came around 1,000 bucks excluding the desserts. Staff were courteous and cant complain about the service. The restaurant was busy enough for a late working day night.Recommending this place to all - worth a few km drive and a must visit for those who reside nearby.

Went with my frnds for friendship day... Crowded place.. waited for one hour to get a table and waited again an hour for the dishes to come... Interior was awesome... Pathetic is the word to describe their service. We had our unit get together 3 days back. Service was too slow, many items we ordered were missing and we werent even served water on time. Food was just average too. Whole evening got spoiled due to them. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone nor would i dare visit this place again.

Service is too bad. Ordered two items, biriyani and fried rice. We had waited for more than 30 mins and after 30 mins the server is asking the order again. Even we had to wait for water. They brought water after we reminded them the third time. Service is very bad but the food was good.
