Great place to stay of you are on business trip around that place. Ibis always had the modular bathroom model, which I never preferred. Barring that the staff was fantastic and very accommodating to requests. Special mention of Aparajita Mallick who is sales manager at this hotel. She was quick to respond and add in additional requests that I needed for my 10 days stay.Very budget friendly and had decent food.

Not an Accor experience at all. Right from booking to checkout, the experience was very bumpy.No one picks up the call if you want to reach reception before check-in if you want to convey some important info.Check-in process was complex and not welcoming.Had to carry our own luggage since they were low on staff.AC was malfunctioning which led to people entering the room in middle of stay.Bathroom was terrible, it is a cheap & compact plastic made ready made bathroom cabin.Overall, I wouldnt recommend this if you are looking for a 3/4 star experience from Accor.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very good interiors. The room and bathroom cubicles are small but the space is utilized very well and we never felt cramped for two people. The locality is also good with access to other restaurants and shopping places. Real value for money.

First of all, the bookings were not managed properly and they said it as first come, first serve. So we waited for more than two hours for our check-ins. Next, the house-keeping is terrible. We have to keep calling them at least for thrice or four times, so that they could bring them. Terrible stay experience. The room size was very small, which is not suited for family stay. And you may have to wait for long time to check in even though if u have booked and paid long time back, since the bookings are not properly managed.

The best pet friendly hotel in chennai.I never expected to have such an experience.Usually tough there are many pet friendly hotels, in this including the room service, lobby staff, security were very friendly with my pet. He just had an amazing time. Food was excellent. The taste was out of the world experience.

We loved the stay in IBIS sip-cot .Rooms where small but it was so clean thats fine at sometimes to accept it .Note to Team IBIS: We booked room through AGODA when the time we reached in the reception they made us wait for half an hour even though we came on on time as mentioned while booking this is so frustrating . This has to be rectified else IBIS will start losing customers.Breakfast was awesome :) Helpful Employees:)

The stay with Ibis is always a bliss. We mostly choose to stay with Ibis in various locations. The hospitality is too good, the staffs are very friendly. Especially the time spent on my wife birthday was awesome. They have done special surprises, I would like thank the day and evening staffs (Rajesh) for the arrangements. I am a Gold level member of Accor hotels. I have booked 3 rooms for my family on 11.09.2021. When I reached the hotel around 17:00 hrs, lot of guests were waiting in the lobby. I was also asked to wait. I was waiting, waiting and waiting. After waiting for almost 4 hours, reception guy handed over a key of room number 301.Then, we have taken the luggage ourselves to the room. When I open the room, I could not find the bed in the room. I was just wondering whether the bed is of foldable type. Finally, I have realised that the room was supposed to be used as store room.Then I came back to the reception and told them the ordeal. They have tendered their apologies. I cancelled my booking and asked them to void my payment.Then I booked in Novotel and stayed there that night.I strongly advise that the brand image is more than money. Once you spoil your brand image, from it would be almost impossible to repair it.

Ibis has always been my choice of accomodation for personal or professional travel (wherever its available). While the accomodation itself is great but my check-in experience could have been better.Edit: I seeked help from Ibis to setup logistics for unplanned event (2 days before the event) and to my surprise the whole team from Sales (Aparijita) to Restaurant (Sujeeth) were extremely helpful in making the event memorable for all the participants. The room was extremely clean and good and service was outstanding and the complimentary breakfast was awesome and worthy but during the breakfast there was hotel guy who was constantly walking up and down with a mosquito bat and was trying to catch mosquitoes while we were eating and it was absolutely disturbing and annoying to sit and eat.

IBIS, part of Indigo Airlines group, is an excellent place for a quite getaway. The sound proof windows ensure tranquility 24x7. The path leading to IBIS is adorned with fragrant flower-bearing trees. Bang opposite SIPCOT entrance, IBIS is my instant favourite. Reviewing the hotel now on my 3rd visit. The room tariff is fairly priced - doesnt burn a hole in your pocket.

I rarely give reviews but I was indeed very touched by the service of Mr Rajesh Kumar who went out of the way ,yesterday at 1130 pm , and arranged dinner for me and my colleague when everything was closed .He infact paid first from his personal account and later I reimbursed .Thanks Rajesh ..speaks a lot about you and Ibis Sipcot

Huge wake up and alarm to IBIS management. It looks like you are exploiting your employees who are more interested in dodging their responsibilies. Just imagine customer being asked to collect emply plates and bowl from your restaurant despite he being waiting for 20 min before asked to collect it.No news papers available in the reception lobby to read.Utilities in the room hardly function.Cant even take your breakfast properly.
