I dont have 0 star to select.. Never seen such a pathetic courier services in my life.Staffs are very lazy and not cooperating.They tell Airway and they charge, but they will take 10 days to deliver a document. They have only one customer number which they never lift the call.Office operates only strictly till 6pm.. they dont lift call after that.They just put on hold, dont call if they have any doubt during address delivery.. Its been 10 days they are holding the documents without checking the address or return it further. Very risky and suspicious courier which you cannot send any trustable documents. I would recommend they should shut off this..Even if you walk and go to that destination instead of giving that courier to FRANCH EXPRESS..Name looks fancy & Catchy.. But dont get your urgent courier stuck here.Again - This delay of document delivery cost me to do the entire paper work again , which incur cost me 50k .. This is one of the worst of worst courier services which i seen in India.

Giving one star is itself waste for them.. never seen this much poor customer response, especially in guduvanchery- person called mathi behaves very badly and dont even know how to speak to a customer.

They doesnt even deserve 1 star rating... They update wrong statuses while tracking the shipment and they will delay the delivery. In my case, the status said out for delivery but when checked the contact person he cooly said he didnt even receive the parcel in their office. Also, they said it will be delivered tomorrow. Charges are more but service is pathetic... You will regret if you use their service...

They donot have any professionalism. The courier boy +918522882771 calls me up and asks us to collect the parcel, where is was home delivery. When told of inability to collect , he started abusing. No curtesy , no responsibility. Customer care does not respond. Worst service. They should go out of business ASAP

I have had the worst experience of my entire life with these people. I ordered saree from one of the most famous shops in Tamilnadu and those people chose this pathetic courier service for delivering my saree. Its to be delivered within Tamilnadu and it has been 9 days already,yet it has not been delivered. Ive been calling them day and night. They either pick up the call and say that it will be delivered in the next 45 minutes, or they do not pick the call at all. Just now I got the information from my sources that my parcel has been *dropped* at a bakery, 4-5 kms away from the actual location of delivery and this delivery boy has been playing games with me all this while saying that it will be delivered. Their strategy is that the customers will stop trying at a point and will go and collect it by themselves. This saree was supposed to be a gift for my grandmother who lives alone and is not in a position to collect it by herself. Could anyone spoil my surprise in a better way than this? Request you all to never choose their services. Wish I could give a zero rating! The customer care is careless and the delivery people lack the most basic manners.
