The reception staff are sort of arrogant at times. If you speak the local language they are a bit more helpful. The rooms are well maintained but the closet will not have any hangers for your clothes. The breakfast is far from good but you do not have many options in the city. If you get to know the staff well and break the ice and tip them a bit they will provide you with lunch and dinner from better hotels or restaurants and at times will go along with you to the hotel. I had luck finding a good, clean room but my friends werent so fortunate and ended up changing the room 3 times.

Incorrect location shared on Google maps. It takes you behind the actual location. The correct location is Rahamath Shopping Mall on GST Road.The staff here had to be reminded of giving towels, toiletries, breakfast or drinking water. For once, they even denied to give water or breakfast. The place has a large number of mosquitoes and on being requested for a mosquito repellent or liquidator, was outrightly denied by the staff even after agreeing earlier. Couldnt have sound sleep any of the nights we slept here.Had booked 3 corporate large rooms for 3 nights.

Staff and Behaiour is good but no one asked for Breakfast or Tea. Its very frustating when I asked for dinner he said dinner is not available even I ready to pay for dinner. No room seTVice for Tea, Breakfast. Even they are not knowing that how he should welcome the guest. Its not recommended.

One of the best hotels you can be when you travel to Chengalpattu. You can get great diacounts if you book through Oyo app.

Charging too much. Asked the receptionist to book two rooms and he said rs.1800 each room. We asked to lower for 1500 as we gonna stay only for 7 to 8 hrs only. But he is such a harsh person telling us to leave the hotel if u dont pay the one day cost.. is that the way to talk..
