Check your bill thoroughly. Hindi guys cheat here by adding more quantity in the bill than what is delivered or they bill with different item name to increase the bill amount. I never checked the bill for the past 5 years. I dont know how much I lost here in these years.

The sweets are in a great taste and so fresh. This is a factory outlet so you can defenitely expect the sweets to be fresh but you cant expect any special discounts just because it is a factory outlet. Good place.. The shop assistants service is defenitely friendly.

Even if the sweet tastes good, dont believe the staffs and check your sweet box once before you leave the place. There is chance that staff may replace the sweets which was actually ordered by customer. Happened with me on on 24th of this month. After reaching relatives home I realised that the ordered sweets were missing.

Freshly prepared sweets as the factory is just beside this location. Highly recommended for some bulk sweets and orders here. 4 star is for the staffs behaviour. Very casual and lethargic and their priority is chitchat between them even if customer had to ask samething over and over.

Nice place to buy sweets. We do not come here regularly, but only during festival time. They sell assorted sweets in pre-weighed boxes. We generally buy 4 or 5 boxes for distribution and buy some additional sweets for home use. Only two wheeler can be parked.

The ambience is pretty clumsy and crowded. But their array of sweets and snacks is huge and taste great too. Chat items are pretty decent, a bit over priced though. Sandwiches are good and I kinda enjoyed their new Chat parottas. Absolutely no complaints about their sweets, and their packed snacks have also improved big time... Must try their different types of puffs.

Earlier we used to go regularly for eating chat,at that time it was good and tasty, worthy. But now they increased the price of chat, and reduced the quandity n quality, not worthy and waste of time n money.Earlier for dahi poori, they serve 6 poori for ₹45, but now they increased to ₹85 and serve only 4 poori per plate.4 dahi poori per plate for ₹85 is too costly.
