This is in a very key location in Tambaram west and the tailoring work has been done very nicely and they know their job very well. I gave some clothes for stitching and they have done it very nicely and according to my expectations and requirements. So I feel that they have the necessary experience for this. Also, delivery was on time (I had called on the delivery date and confirmed that it was ready).

Unprofessional behavior. Slow service. Grew big too fast. Delay in delivering at said date. When asked why not informed in advance, spoke very rudely. Recommend not to go there. So many smaller tailors who do better work and deliver on time. Please do not go.

Bad ! Mr Srinivasan and CO-Owners ! Looks like you are spoiling Credibility by wrong commitment.Example : Your Team is not aligned and doesnt know your other division shop timings too.Strongly recommend schools not to partner with them for students uniforms!

Very bad experience. Shirts shoulder was very big and the tailor was not even accepting that this was his mistake. He blames you for his own mistakes.Not just me, I have seen many customers comes and shouts at their staffs .Finally, one another tailor had accepted that mistake and has altered mistake.

Got silk shirt stitched here. They made it ready on time. As soon as it was ready, they sent a SMS.

Been here twice for Stitching my clothes.1st time they did their job well.2nd time there were minor measurement errors,was a bit disappointing but they fixed it on the spot gave me a perfect suit.My overall experience is okay, only thing man made errors can be rectified by changing employee and I suppose they would have fixed it.

The New Line tailor stitches the shirt and paint well. But he has not provided the receipt for my payment of Rs 2500/-. Still saying the auditor is not provided the GST billing format (as on 01/06/2018), and card swiping machine is under repair condition. His activity proves that he dont want to pay any single Paise to government as TAX...
