This is my second review as my first one is missing.. This shop has one of the worst tailoring unit.. I personally have had bad experience every time expecting a quality work to my dismay.. I was embrassed when my friends orders were messed too. I stopped recommending. Their fabrics and dresses are also too expensive. Hope this review is not deleted. Its for the good of the prospective customers I dont recommend this shop. Both the branches are equally bad!!

The material of every clothing is very good. You might find a good dress here n there. But, according to my experience after seeing 4-5 kurtis they all looked so monotonous. So as the material is comfortable may be for daily wear, but I wouldnt wear for any occasions. Didnt use the services of the tailor so no comments on that...

Very good dress materials but very costly. Only high income group can buy here

The worst store experience I’ve had ever was at Sanginee, Alwarpet. Uncouth employees who raise their voice towards customers and a manager whose words were ‘I don’t care’ when the customer raised a complaint. They didn’t have the decency to even apologise when they sold a sub par, overpriced, low quality clothing to me, neither did they speak respectfully. But indeed, they proudly compared themselves to Fab India, when they don’t even remotely conduct themselves with respect like the former. Please head to Sanginee if you wish to be disrespected and sold low quality clothing.

Pricing is very reasonable, deliver on time, Good embroidery services and also if there are any fitting issues they normally do on the spot alterations and ensure customer satisfaction.

The embroidery work done here is amazing but never give a blouse here, it will never fit you ! Absolute waste of time giving your measurements to the tailor because he stitches it to whatever size he wants! Definitely not worth the time and money !

At first its very difficult to get your fit right. Then slowly they improvise.

Never listen,they stitch according to what they feel. One dress tight one loose, when size given is same. Very Careless and practice in our dress new methods

Terrible experience. I gave my blouse for stitching and it wasnt ready on the date committed. In fact they dint even start the work. When they finally got it ready the blouses dint fit.On speaking to the owner I was told I make 12 L a month one bad customer review doesnt affect my business

Absolutely terrible service. The staff are not fluent in the local language and it makes telling them the specifications to stitch extremely difficult. They were totally non responsive when I called them regarding my order and they lost my sample also. When I collected my order most of what I has requested was also not delivered. All in all extremely disappointed.

Very bad stitching.. I had to wait for three weeks to get my dresses delivered..was in utter disappointment..the fitting was not good.. the dresses were totally screwed up..was seriously disappointed with the stitching..
