Good super market store for this locality, mostly all the grocery items are available here. Friendly staff and they provide good goodies sometimes when your bill Cross the total of 200, mostly steel item goodies. Rarely the goodies are worthless 😜 but overall good.

The major pain point of More Supermarket is the availability of fresh vegetables.You will be surprised to see fresh veggies on few days and left wanting on other days so they arent consistent in providing good vegetables.Their shop is now completely infested with their own products and which may lead to preferential treatment for their own goods.

Here Im bought some chocolates and asked the staff for missing chocolate they go and take for me... Good service to customers ☺️

The only super market in india which sells products higher than MRP. They dont have any offers & billing is done by scan & enter the price model. Twice I ended up in paying amount higher than MRP. Have to check price of every item before leaving the store.

During weekends diificult to get billing quick. But in weekdays easy to buy

The billing person done wrong payment (high amount instead of my original bill amount) by mistake. It is okay, however, the shop dont have online facility to transfer my cost. They ask one day time to transfer the amount, it is really bad that the big shop have no money transfer facility. I have some auto debits on that time and I feel very stressed.

Products of their own brand was promoted than other brands. People looking for specific brand products will have only less choice.

Decent varieties of groceries, dairy products, minimal stationaries, fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are not that fresh and they sometimes close to being spoiled, so be little careful when buying them. They also have their own brand products across categories - snakcs & some groceries. The most frustrating part is the check out process - very slow with just one or two counters operating. Cashiers chit-chat when customers are waiting in line.

Poor sevice!!!! very bad experience....got stucked with server issue which could not be resolved for more than half an hour..we are not responsible was their only response to all customers standing in queue.. new approach was followed where customers with one product gets first priority in a queue...worst!!!!!
