Its the fraudulent company ever seen before, cheated around 60k but still they havent booked the vacation on my preferred date and moreover they use to Cal AMC alone.. its the blady cheating company and even the employee of the company doesnt know the CEO mail id...is actually any such person is in this company, because employee will do what the management instructs...my concerns to each and everyone of the citizen...pls dont go for the membership or even dont opt for the stay...its full of money waste and there is no worth of spending such a huge money in this fraudulent hotel.

Big fraud company. They gave me an offer to pay the full amount of blue studio and get 2nights extra. After paying the full amount, they are doing auto debit from my credit card. When asked, they say, it is in process and my money will get refunded but no money has been refunded till now and they have not stopped auto debit from my card. Every month, money gets debited from my credit card.

I usually do not writing scathing reviews. But this company takes the cake in cheating customers. I had booked a fully refundable holiday worth half a lac rupees with them. I then cancelled it due to some family commitments, and cancelled the booking. I received an email from them, saying it will be refunded within 3-5 working days. It has been 5 months, with no refund inspite of repeatedly writing to them. Shameful, how they can swindle customers. I have registered complaint with consumer courts anyways.

This is one of the biggest scam ever. Think twice before you guys spend your hard earned money over there.That plan is well devised to cheat the customers. I got a call from them anonymously asking me to come and attend the meeting. And then they started using all cajoling words to convince me to spend about 3 lakh rupees. When I asked them about the entire details. They were not responding clearly. Which made be bit suspicious.Then I started looking at the chart that they kept at the last page of the brochure. It was clearly designed to confuse anyone. When I looked closely I found that they are not providing the mentioned no of days that we can stay in the hotel. It changes as per plan drastically.For example.If you take their basic plan. these are the things that they say that you will get.(this is what they said to me)1. you can bring as may people as you want.2. you can carry forward point to next year as well.3. you can get seven days per year and you can make use of the points from future years as well.But this is what they dont mention. A clear skills to deceive people.1. you cant take vacation on any day of the year. For example if you take vacation on December. One day stay is equal to 7 days. so per year you can stay for only one day. so when it is all summed up. you can stay for 25 days for 25 years. and you are paying 3,34,000 to stay for 25 days in a hotel.2. the time when people usually travel is the time that you cant travel. So if you wanna visit flower festival in Ooty then you cant. you can visit when your kids are going to examsInstead of getting cheated by then book some good hotels and enjoy as per your liking.Never waste your hard earned money to make cunning business man rich.

Very worst experience . waste of time. we are searching tour package in google , we seen sterling holiday package . we called them to explain the details. they arrange the executive to visit my house . they explained the plan whatever they have.they take 5 to 6 hours to explain and finally they asked the amount of rs.41,000 or Cheque payment . we said, we need a time to ask with family member. but , they did not give the time.finally we given 2 cheque . Without my knowledge they are dropped the first cheque into the bank .we got the message cheque bounce . we called and asked the person who came to my house . he simply said , without him knowledge accounts team dropped the cheque in bank .after 2 days , again they put 2nd cheque also. they are cheated . Please dont trust them. they are not convincing the customer. they are forcing the customer to take a plain .please dont give your cheque them .

I deeply regret to say that my vacation at OOTY FERN HILL was spoilt by your staff yesterday .One of the Thomas cook employees - Prabhu walked into our room yesterday and asked if he could give a brief about sterlings latest developments and RCI Offers. We listened very patiently, he fast forwarded some videos of some random international adS . What started out to be fifteen minutes turned to be a 60 min marketing pitch .He then asked FOR MY membership details and looks it up in his system and concludes that I’m only a VTS member and not an IVTS member . ( which meant me and my family just wasted 60 min )He then tells us that sterling should have sent me an email about the special offer to convert to IVTS In March for which I denied after re checking my email. He calls up one of his superiors who he said was the regional head ANIL .This is the person who harassed us ! He walks into our room after 10 min, listens to prabhu and then excuses himself to make a call ...He comes back and tells us - there is no problem in getting us an IVTS. We need to pay 2.5 or so Lakhs with 40 percent advance and the rest on EMI . He immediately ordered his associate to go and get the CARD MACHINE . this is where I said I can’t make a decision for a large amount now and needed 2-3 days time .He gave me various options and was very persistent that I paid up immediately . When I strongly refused , he threw a tantrum and stomped out of the room .My vacation was entirely spoilt because of such an employee behavior . What started out to be a friendly overview of sterling was a hardcore sales pitch .In course of the discussion , MR ANIL told us to lie to customer care of sterling when we received a call for the IVTS , when asked about the late payment - we should tell that we had given a cheque( at fern hill) that didn’t clear and so we are making this payment and also the application dates would be back tracked to April / May.I expect a clear apology from this person for his behavior our and I’m not sure how sterling is going to handle such people in future .

Waste of time . our family members spend a half day time with their executive . he is forcing to take a plain .Finally they are collect the cheque from us. without our knowledge they filled the amount and dropped to bank. Please dont give your cheque to them. they are cheated the customer . very worst experience in my life..Big cheat company. Total fraud persons.

Very poor service. Sales executive give all commitments and finalise the deals and forget you. After that, you have to run behind them like dog chasing its own tail. For getting offers assured at the time of sales, customer care team will divert you to sales team. Sales team will not pick your call. Success ratio of picking call will be 1:20 to 1:30.At Kodaikanal property to get a Menu card to room I had to call reception 7 times and waited for 40 minutes. Dont waste your money by joining in Sterling resort. Better options are out there.

As i worked as a steward in sterling fernhill ooty...from 2016 to 2017march...still now i could not able to get my pf and uan number...as i visited the resort hr manager many times after i got resigned ....i could not able to get my pf number...this problem not only for me its has been done for many employees who had been worked with me together..so kindly make us a helpful for us to get a pf soon as possible.orlse next step we should plan to take...😐😐😔😔😔

I have been one of the earliest Sterling time share owners and have been a member for over 20 years. I had this week booked Sterling Shirdi under my membership for one of my good friends, a senior Director of Indigo Airlines and his family. They had checked in on Monday May 27 and checked out on My 28 and had a horrible experience that has caused me immense embarrassment. Firstly, while I had provided my guest duly valid vouchers debited from my account, the guests were charged in full for the stay for reasons not known to me. When I called up the Resort Manager and complained he was immensely rude and refused to provide me an explanation. To add to the guest inconvenience, he informed me that there was no AC in the room the whole night, the internal phones were not working, no water for shower. This is downright atrocious of Sterling to treat a guest in such a horrific manner - much more the guests being well placed professionals and I had out of my friendship for them offered Sterling accommodation for their one day trip to Shirdi. Besides such treatment being totally unacceptable to the guests family, which included two children and an aged mother, this has caused terrible embarrassment to me as a member. I would never ever recommend Sterling to any of my guest ever and would strongly discourage any visitors to Sterlings resort in Shirdi for the fraud and arrogant behaviour meted out to my guests. I demand complete refund of the amounts paid by my guests. The required vouchers and stay details are available under my membership no 213685. Ganesh Subramaniam, Chennai

Costly. Not a regular Resort. Its an office located here. They have resorts across India. You should have membership. They will offer free holiday resort if youre willing to take membership. You can say no also if you dont like.

I took the membership after paying downpayment of 55,000. But within few days changed the plan, after seeing the total negative review. By 7th day i informed the agent about the cancellation but he didnt made me do that as he was crying and telling that he will lose his incentives if i cancel now. But i told him iam not interested and pls make the cancellation asap. He told me we will discuss face to face as i was out station that time. I stictly told him to cancel it and no need of any further discussion. But he didnt. I mention him that dont make this delay and told him that this delay should not be a reason for not refunding the downpayment. But he didnt informed the head office.Later on 20th day i realised that their is no point in telling him about this and i contacted the branch head. He again took 2 days for the idea and told me to mail the same to the company.The reply from the company was that they cannot do the refund because i didnt informed it before 10 days. And that means my 55,000 is simply looted.The agents got their incentives and company got the looted amount and i lost my time n money. I cant believe such fraud companies still exists.We have filled a complaint to the city police commissioner regarding this cheating and is waiting for the hearing...Its not that we lost our 50,000. But no one should get cheated again. Will file a case in the consumer court too.

‪I am a senior advocate from madras high court chennai. I am staying through RCI AT STERLING FERN HILL RESORT for past 3days. I park my car at the parking place, now the management staffs are telling that, theres a MP or the minister, so NO parking, ONLY VIP PARKING. But our PM, has announced that , theres no VIP treatment to anyone. ALL ARE EQUAL. The sterling staffs are behaving very rough.‬
