Dont give any to advance payment to this developers. Incase if your situation placed you to cancel the property, you have to wait for some years to get the advance amount because they will put that amount to some other development and pretend like their company running out of money

I had bad experience with this developer, They have so much of brokers and integrated other developer agent in their site. They are raising plot price with false commitments
